Frank Webb Home in Needham did a terrific job for us! We updated our kids bathroom with expert advice from showroom consultant Dianne Matta. From floor to ceiling and everything in between including an excellent contractor, Diannes advice and guidance was of great value. We could not be happier and will use her again.

Friendly employees made a great experience. I called before visiting and had all of my questions answered by a knowledgeable salesperson who I later met at the store. We got what we needed quickly and are likely to return for more of our home needs.

Wanted to give this place a 2nd try, but woefully disappointed at the staff attitude. Pulled up to a seemingly empty showroom and was told I could return when I had made an appointment. Yet, there was a sign out front that said walks in were available if sales staff was available.... well let me tell you there was no cars parked in the frank webb customer parking spots and the shop appeared empty of customers. Ill take my business else where because they apparently dont need it.

This is a large showroom, nicely laid out with friendly employees. They are also very knowledgeable about the different product lines and have an eye for design. We placed two separate orders to completely redo our bathroom. We were 100% pleased with the service. Far pricier than Home Depot but the service and quality products are very much worth it.

My husband and I went in to just browse and ended up buying everything we needed for our kitchen and bath remodels. Lots of selection and friendly staff. We worked with Angela Shaw and she was amazing. She understood what we wanted to do and gave us great suggestions without any upselling. She suggested products based on quality with fair price points. Angela is great with communication, via phone, email and text!

The team here did an amazing job helping me find our dream bathroom and kitchen fixtures for our new home. The orders came in a timely manner, all the items were a good value and are beautiful. They even worked to help me find a very specific size and model for our kitchen by calling several different FW Webb locations and getting it ready for me to pick up the next day. So many parts of our home look great because our work with FW Webb.

The show room has a wide array of brands and options on display, so you can get a feel for the fixtures. They can also order just about anything you want. Dianne Matta was excellent, she knows bathroom design in and out, and was extremely helpful in helping us find just the right items. Email and phone communications were also great, super professional!

We renovated our master bathroom last January and worked with Emily Blacker. We purchased all of our hardware and toilet, vanity, sink and bathtub from there. Emily was fantastic. Knowledge of products was excellent. She helped make the process stressless . A few returns and exchanges were seamless. Every came on time and nothing held up our project. Pricing was very competitive, matching on line prices. We highly recommend Emily and FrankWeb in Needham

We stopped in at Frank Webb Home showroom to look at faucets to replace our kitchen faucet that broke. The sales woman (Dianne) asked about our problem, and said that the faucet company should replace it since it was not that old. She contacted Hansgrohe, and they agreed to replace faucet. This was a great service by Dianne - to go to the trouble of contacting and explaining problem - all without making a sale. Very thoughtful, Dianne went over and above! Will certainly go back to Frank Webb Home store when next we need anything for our bath, kitchen or lighting!!!

The showroom has a large collection, and are carefully chosen. The associate who helped is was very patient, kind, and helpful. Their prices are competitive. Will go directly there next time.

Very slow, not ready to help, never again.

I browsed the web for remodeling options for my home and, with minimal instruction from my contractor, almost wasted hundreds of dollars on my new bathroom fixtures!!! I happened to drive by Webb Needham, and decided to stop in to look around. I wasnt planning to buy anything, but once I started speaking with Kim in the showroom I realized the fixtures I had chosen were all wrong!! Her knowledge saved me so much time, money and hassle, and now my bathroom feels like a trip to the day spa!! THANK YOU KIM AND THANK YOU WEBB!

Rude and arrogant manager alert. I watched in horror when the manager, a woman I hope is no longer employed yelled and degraded multiple staff members in my presents. I wanted to exchange a faucet I had previously bought and my sales person did not have us sign off or discuss the 20% restocking fee assessed if we returned the in Stock faucet. We got our money back but the manager was rude and mean to me and her staff. When you call there you are hard pressed to get someone who knows,everything. It is also one of those places that hook you up with a high pressure sales person and then you can only deal with them . Stay away there are better options

Nice showroom and very helpful staff. They will certainly get our business.
