The company trying to charge us extra money by doing multiple visits for one simple fan replacement, which is extra unmoral during this difficult time. when their staff came over, the mask wasnt worn properly and the problem was still unsolved after multiple visits. When we called them out, they tried to use covid as an excuse stating we were not following their covid policy, while thus policy had never been mentioned in any conversation we had with them. Instead of trying to make our community better during this difficult time, they are trying to rip people off.
Purchased $10,000 of equipment from Garment Machinery. When they failed to deliver in the time frame they promised, I asked to change the location of the delivery, which they said would result in an additional charge. I told them not to change the location of the delivery, but they said I had to pay additional fees anyway, just for asking if the location could be changed! When I refused to pay their unauthorized fee, I was informed that they were going to keep the file open so I could not get warranty work on the equipment from the manufacturer. Im regretting my decision to trust this company.
