I had a great experience with Albert whom I had come into contact with after researching local Buffet Crampon authorized dealers. Although he had numerous requests from existing clients ahead of mine, Albert took the time to inspect a saxophone that I had recently acquired for my daughter. It was clear to me that he had done so because it was important to him that a young musician’s experience with her first instrument be a positive one – even though I hadn’t purchased it from him. Helpful over the phone for the sake of repairs. He basically said he would not do my repair because my flute is from a company he has never heard of. Not that it was a major repair anyway, but I didnt lke being put off so quickly. I would reccomend going somewhere else.
