Took 5 days to receive a package that was supposed to be second day delivery. The day it was supposed to arrive initially, the package left needham for delivery at 9AM and then due to a storm at 7:30PM it was called back and now is sitting in the same place again for no apparent reason (I received an Amazon package from ups that same day at 7:40). Do yourself a favor and use UPS instead. FedEx has been really good in terms of keeping my packages intact but they are highly unreliable
I travel all over the us I work with fedex on a daily basis, this one is in fact the worst one that I have ever been to. The amount of time that it took to create this message is how long they took to even acknowledge my existence in there location. Some one needs to check on these people for realDay 2: I have been sitting at this fedex for over an hour wait to get my packages for work. When I came in at 9:00 am they told me that the packages haven’t made it to the hub. There is not very many customers. But there are even few workers.( well workers that are helping customers). Thank god I’ll be leaving this area tomorrow.
The young man named Keagan is truly remarkable. He helped me with my shipment with such class and kindness and made my week. Not only did he reassure me he would do anything to help me get my shipment out that day but he also went out of his way to find a box and repackage it to FedEx standards. He was patient and I cannot say enough great things about his customer service. 5 stars!

Thank you to the super nice lady (wish I had your name to thank you by name but she had me in and out the door in under three.minutes and I did not get it...) who did it all here. I handed her two boxes not packed and a sheet of paper with address. She packed and shipped and all was perfect. All arrived perfect and on time!

Total confusion between counter clerks. They had an extremely difficult time trying to assist the person ahead of me. All they wanted to do is send one package to Canada. Two clerks, started with chuckling and quickly went to bickering. I was there for a pickup, for 20 minutes.
Of course they have the best delivery service in the world. I had a next day air priority mail shipped on Wednesday (Feb 10th) and get delayed by 3 days until Saturday (Feb 13) for delivery. On the day of their first attempt of delivery, I received a text message from FedEx saying that it is scheduled to be delivered by 12P, I waited at home the whole day until 2:50PM, received another from FedEx saying that I was NOT AT AVAILABLE?! Well did you ever try to ring my bell? If you can’t find the bell, can’t you call me or at least give me a notice saying that you are attempting to deliver between 2:30pm and 3pm? Didn’t you tell me that delivery is schedule for anytime before 12pm? Don’t you guys have such a thing called phone to contact your customer?
Usually very fast and polite. Always clean. Had one incident of them tossing a live animal package upside down on the counter.

Internet says it’s open until 5. If you call they say they are open until 4. They close at some time randomly earlier. It would have been quicker if the shipper walked the package too me.
I had 3 books to send to 3 friends - one in Wisconsin, one in Phoenix, and one in Chicago. The attendant said he would put the books in the boxes. I told him that I had signed each book with a personal message and he said he would take care of it. Two of the three people got the wrong book. Service was terrible. I will never return. Next time UPS.
Incredibly rude on the phone when we called them out for having a driver mark a delivery business closed at a residential single family house in a 100 percent residential neighborhood. I get that you want to stick up for your drivers, but maybe hire ones that arent lazy and actually do their job instead of falsely marking packages so they can skip stops.

On hold for more than 30 minutes at 800 gofedex this time. Last time I called they picked up in 10 minutes and told me the Fed X box I was parked in front of did not exist. Fed X customer service is now officially worse than Comcast. Time to try UPS.
Incredibly unhelpful service. Claimed to attempt to deliver a package containing medical equipment. Never actually made a true attempt and expected me to drive 30 miles at 9pm to fix their mistake. Garbage.
Same experience as other customers. Delivery was not done even though an update was posted as customer not available. I paid for the delivery at a specific time, but nobody came, nobody rang the doorbell, nobody knocked at the door. I did not even see a delivery vehicle stop by. The online update says door tag will provide etc. etc. Well, you know what? There was no door tag on our door. This only leads me to believe that the delivery person never came to drop off the package.
Staff at this location are the best Ive dealt with and I visit a lot of FedEx and UPS locations during the week. Despite any large queue they move very fast and efficient through each customer and pay the very same attention to all.
Love this place! I ship lots of packages and the staff is always very friendly and fast. Deliveries always arrive on time or early. I also receive many packages from Fedex and have never had a problem.
Was at home all day, fedex guy didnt even knock. Just because there was no car in the driveway they decided that nobody was home? Two stars only because they have an entire system in place to coordinate re-delivery.

Where do I begin? The company dropped off while I wasn’t home in a Saturday and I had to wait until Monday to get a package. I get here and the line is so long with one person working the register and all I needed to do was pick up the package! So frustrating and the worker was rude. Never again fedex.
Everytime I get a package from fedex I always get a horrible experience. they DONT knock on your door I remember walking to my home ( and my parents were home) and the fedex car just drives by my house they didnt even get out the car and this is the 4th time in a row they delay this package, I check my phone for the update of my package and it says its been delayed for the next day cause no one was home. 4 times this happened!! Then I remembered getting a call about how they cant deliver my package cause no one was home and have to send it back. Why did it matter if anyone was home? it didnt need a signature and heck you guys dont even knock is like we have to stand right at the front door waiting to make it clear were here thats BS. And again I ordered some for quick shipping and had no idea that it was FedEx shipping it right as I saw that I knew no good was happen and I was right. My package has been delayed 3 times now for no reason and Im still waiting for it to show dispite me getting 3 to 5 day shipping. They even lost one of my package!! I swear they just said they delivered it cause I was refreshing the tracking like crazy and as soon as it said delivery I ran out and nothing was there I bet they didnt even leave it they just took it. I gotten to the point that I stopped shopping at websites that use FedEx UPS is 100 times better and loads more faster then FedEx.
Had a simple parcel to ship from MA to MI. They said it would be $242.00, ground. When I questioned it they said its more expensive if its not in one of our boxes. So I left, went to a UPS store and shipped it for about $35. Bye bye Bozos. Last time I try to ship FedEx.

My workplace has given FedEx A LOT of business over the last two years I have never dealt with someone as rude and unaccommodating as I have at this facility today by the manager who would not even give me her name.A package with very sensitive information was shipped FexEx overnight with signature required. The package was delivered somewhere and signed by someone, but not the intended recipient. The automated machine says it was signed at a shipping and receiving facility and they claim to have GPS that identified that package as going to the correct location (although will not show this proof to me). They will not take responsibility for the lost package. The manager was aggressive over the phone claiming they did their job and that she did not have time to deal with this and hung up on me (I never raised my voice or provoked that kind of response). TOTALLY unprofessional and leaves me considering using a different delivery company.

Customer service at this location is atrocious. The employee sees me at the counter and says be with you in a minute, then keeps talking to his coworker about some health condition she has and takes 11 more minutes until he comes out and scans my prepaid packages. In that time three more customers were behind me waiting, and asking me if I had seen someone yet. And no apology what so ever from the clown that finally comes out to help.
Good and friendly staff as long as you show the the respect that they deserve.

Very dissapointed with their service or lack of service. They were supposed to deliver a package twice today and both times I was told they came by when they hadnt. Getting the run-around and now its Monday when Im told it will be delivered. Lets see if they use their Waze this time.

I always had a great opinion of FedEx, even since I was young. I always thought they were the best, and certainly Tom Hanks helped out their image. Well,...... for the last couple years FedEx has been one huge disappointment after another for me. I have since consciously stopped using them when I am shipping something, and use USPS and UPS instead. Unfortunately some people ship items to me using FedEx. Urgh! I have had everything from FedEx reporting undelivered packages as delivered, to no one was home or business was closed when I was sitting next to the front door all day waiting for the time sensitive overnighted item, to items arriving damaged so badly that the box does not even resemble a box anymore! On one instance that the box was severely damage and the damaged contents were visible as the box was now ripped open and someone used some inferior tape to try and hold the box together, the FedEx driver said Hey man, this wasnt my fault, I received it this way. Like that would make everything OK?! I told the driver I wanted to take a picture of him and the package to show this is how they delivered my package to me, as I thought that would help in the insurance claim I was going to file against them. So even though the $1200 item was insured with FedEx for $800 (the item was sold on eBay for $800), after a month long battle the bastards would only give me half ($400) for the totaled item that they destroyed. I could go on and on, and on, and on, as they truly are a constant disappointment. Overnighted items NEVER arrive to me the next day for one reason or another. I am talking about packages being delivered to me at my office, which is a National Corporation with large signage out front, open and staffed from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, 10 miles from Boston in the city of Waltham. I am writing this review as I am waiting for yet another highly perishable expensive item that was overnighted and supposed to be delivered by 10:30 AM yesterday morning but the driver had notated at 9:12 AM yesterday that the business was closed, which is a flat out lie. I have called Customer Service twice yesterday, and twice today, but no one can tell me where my package is, only that it is scheduled to be delivered sometime today. Oh, and if youre still wondering if any of this is at least a little bit my fault,.... I have a FedEx account, and when things are shipped to me via FedEx with my account number, FedEx has all the correct information they need to deliver the package, and contact me via e-mail, phone, and text, with the tracking details. There is no excuse for their incompetence. So ship your stuff USPS, they have really stepped up their game in the last few years.

Horrible service. Paid for express 2d delivery, after 4d still did not get the package. Tracking system says that customer was not at home, while I was waiting all day for the package. Tried to call and explain the situation but the representative just disconnected me.
Left a door tag on my door and didnt even try to ring the bell. The package doesnt even require a signature! I was at home waiting for the package. Disappointed.

Driver left a note on the door that he tried to deliver the package, and no one was home. Someone was home all day waiting for the package but driver did not even ring the door bell. Horrible service. Save yourself the stress, ship through someone else.
Delivery exception as the others here note. The driver does not make the minimum attempt to see if there is actually no one at home. Customer service is useless.

If it wasnt for me tracking my package I would not have any idea whats going on. I live in an apartment building that takes packages at the front desk. He the driver was trying to drop of my package at the wrong building and never left a door note for me or the front desk. I finally called customer service to find out I only had ONE day to pick it up at the store in Needham.
