Hit or miss, depending on whos working. When one guy (I presume the owner?) is working, all the pizza is awesome. When hes not, the other guy doesnt do a very good job. I picked up a Detroit pizza today that was very under cooked :/.Ill keep going here, though, because when its good, its really good.
Needham house of pizza is my go to place the staff are very friendly warm and welcoming the owner is hilarious such a good guy the food is amazing if you have not try them please go you will not be disappointed yummy

I gave them a 1-star rating; however, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friends and I ordered pizza for the Super Bowl at 1 pm so they could deliver it to us at 6:30 pm. We live on a college campus and gave them the exact location of the building we were in. The delivery guy came to the site and was confused about where to walk in, and instead of calling us to let us know he was outside, he decided to leave. We had reached out, and they responded to us saying that the order was out for delivery. Yet, after an hour and a half of waiting, we decided to call again, and we found out the situation and became frustrated. By the time the pizza got to us, it was completely cold, and when we talked to the delivery guy, he said, Ya, I get it, I really dont care if you dont pay. Later, we got a call from the manager trying to convince us that they did call us to let us know that the pizza was outside and guilt trip us to pay the full service. The manager was utterly unprofessional and was yelling through the phone, disrespectfully trying to guilt-trip us into paying the total price. I was in absolute shock with the customer service. If the manager acts this way, I cannot expect much for the rest of the company. Never ordering from this place again, and I hope you all dont either.

Variety of food choices. I ordered Alfredo meatball spaghetti XD yes, i know its a weird combo, but i love their alfredo sauce. If you visit here at lunch, it may be jammed, but worth waiting. The only negative is the person on the phone who is taking orders looked upset and angry. I dont know why but she made me feel like I did something wrong...
I tried Needham House of Pizza for the first time this evening, and the food was great! I highly recommend their meatballs, which I had over pasta and found delicious.
Food is good most of the time, the employees have order wrong Many times. I would suggest eating there, the staff is nice, but I have received my order a few times and it was messed up. (Got the wrong item.)
I’ve been dining at Needham House of Pizza for about 3 years now and I love their food. But within the last 3 months I’ve received 2 tuna subs with a white hair in the tuna and that curbs my appetite when I see this. I love their pizza but I might have to stick with my pizza options instead
Got take out. The price wasnt too bad. They give you plenty of pepperoni n cheese. Just the size seemed a bit small. Got a medium and lucky I got wings to fill us up. Wings were okay but not Buffalo wings from the Anchor bar.
Rated the best Pizza in Melbournes east. Theres a good reason. The wide range of gourmet pizzas are lovely. Reasonable price for brilliant pizza. Go there. They have delivery as well!

I order a seafood plate Im sorry to say that it was one of the worst I have had. Mind you I have ordered them before and it was great but when I call to tell them he basically called me a lier. Very disappointed!!!!

Great, dependable pizza with light fluffy crust, zesty sauce and generous amounts of cheese. My go-to place for take out pizza and a fantastic value. Staff are very courteous and you can tell that they are happy to be preparing great food. Also, love their meatball sub--delicious!
Grilled peppers & onions??? Doesn’t go well on a regular sub!! Maybe a Steak & Cheese or an Egg sub but I can’t think of any other type YET everytime I’ve tried again ordering a COLD sub or even a toasted sub with onion (specifying I want RAW onion) it comes with grilled peppers & onions. So gross - always goes in the trash. I’m done trying & wasting my $ here
Been going there since it opened in the 60s. Consistently have made and served a great pizza. Really good Gobbler sub!
I spent for a visit with friend and my son visiting the city. The owner personally serves the customers, a very traditional place in the community and with a great reputation.

I have so much to say but I dont even know where to begin I am just so angry right now. I have never been treated so POORLY as I was last night by Needham Houes of pizza. I will NEVER order or RECOMMEND them ever again....Stuff service and ever thing else that follows is poor! Over 40 years in business... How?! Called stuff and was hung up on twice! And dont get me started on how Louis (if that is even his real name) the delivery driver started yelling at me on the phone because hes lost. I then called back and asked to speak to a Manager/owner. Guess what! The manager refused to speak to me, the owners sister in law (Jennifer) referred me to his email to complain... What?! Is this how you do your customer? Great customer service experience! I only missed ONE phone call (Monday @ 7:53pm) from a blocked unknown number and was left a voicemail. I didnt hang up on your delivery driver or on your sister-in-law. For someone to just hang up in MY FACE TWICE in the mist of a conversation, its like a spit in the face. Its declining. Food is still decent, but they screw up a lot of orders. Brothers is a better choice.
Pizza cruise has mold on it. Tried to contact them thru website but no email to send photo to. So I figured Id warn others. Im not going to bother calling them.( Ordering was painful enough). They need email for problems! Etc

The steak and cheese is one of the worst I have ever had. Low quality steak, which was fatty and not well broken up. Also very skimpy amount of meat. Will never go there again.
