In these times of rather suspect customer service it is very refreshing to deal with people that have the customer service thing right. From the moment I called, to the time I picked up my vehicle, Neenah Bergstrom was nothing less than exceptional.The rep I dealt with was Dan Tibbits. Dan made a stressful situation almost stress free, keeping me informed, explaining each step and offering help to work around my unusual schedule.In the end, when Dan is going over the specifics with me, I couldnt help but notice he seemed proud.
