Im really impressed. I have AHS home warranty and they came (as contractors) out the very next day after my service request with AHS. Not only resolved my issue quickly but lubed both garage doors, inspected systems and changed bulbs from CFL to LED (CFLs can create RFI that can mess with garage door remotes which I didnt know) and they were very friendly and professional. Probably the very best sub contractors for AHS Ive ever encountered and Ive been an AHS customer since 2001 on every home Ive owned. (5)

If we could give zero stars we would. We had a technician come out on 02/12/2021 for a ticket we put in with our home warranty company. Prior to the technician leaving our home there were no updates given as far as parts needed, only that the paperwork would need to be submitted to the home warranty company. It is now 03/01/2021 and we called this company for an update on the repair and the parts requested as we were told by the home warranty company that companies do not replace parts without first submitting and getting the claim approved by the home warranty company. We spoke with the owner of this company who said it is not their responsibility to update us and that the necessary parts were replaced on the day the technician came out. If this were the case you would think the technician would have let us know. Furthermore, on this follow-up call the owner was very rude and stated that her technicians do not know what they are talking about. That statement kind of speaks for itself. Will never recommend or use this company again.

Our door almost fell off on Friday. They quoted me a very reasonable price on a new door and a replacement opener. They arrived early on Monday morning, repaired the existing door, put in the new opener, and were amazing!!! Excellent service and an amazing product!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Opened my garage door this morning and a spring broke. Door wide open on a cool November day. GDS had a technician here in little more than an hour. He had it fixed quickly and took the extra time to lubricate hinges and rollers. Excellent, friendly service today. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

I order a new garage door on June 30 2020 but was informed they were behind due to no products available due to covid shut downs. Had a garage door installed on August 13 2020. On Monday morning August 17 2020 I received a call from them stating I have not paid for my garage door yet and they would like to get paid. I received an invoice later that day in the mail for the work done. I called them that after noon that I just received the invoice in the mail and would pay them.I also told them one of my panels was damaged when it was installed. They told me that there was no damaged noticed when it was installed. They sent someone over and took pictures and said it looks like strap damage from shipping and they would order a new panel. On 8-19-2020 I received another invoice stating it was 30 days over due. I paid the bill in full on 8-19-20. The new panel came in and was installed on 10/16/2020 the panel was supposed to be installed between 11 and 1 at 3:00 I called the office wondering were they crew was they informed me they were just packing it up and heading over and is it okay if they install it then. I received no call stating they were running late and if it was okay to come later.

My spring busted on my rather large garage door. I do most my own repair but garage door springs scare me. We called them up and they had someone show up within an hour. They replaced the spring and lubricated the door within the next. Very happy with the quick service!

Jean with Garage Door Specialists, Inc, was amazing! He was quick to respond and came out on short notice. Jean is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain the issue and gave tips on how to maintain the door. We called many companies and Garage Door Specialists had the best pricing. We will be using them again.

Garage Door Specialists were great to work with. They repaired an older garage door in my mothers home in Oshkosh that did not open and close properly. They came out and spent a lot of time trying to adjust the old style springs, rails and even the tension. The older system was just failing and without more work or new springs, they suggested a new front overhead torsion conversion system to replace the old system and old technology. We agreed with their recommendation and after securing the parts, and two days later, they installed the torsion springs, drums and shaft within an hour. We could have had it the next day, but we were not in an urgent need. Their pricing was more than fair. Scheduling was no problem, the office staff was great and the service techs, Paul and Jake were great to work with. Thanks to you all

Called for service on my overhead door with some broken parts. They came out the same day and had me up and running again. Very friendly staff on the phone and extremely prompt service. I will use them again for sure.

We’ve had two separate visits by these guys and they’ve been nothing but amazing each time. They were timely, professional, & friendly. Installed my new door about two years ago; did a great job and were very friendly. Someone hit my garage door last night. They were here within an hour this morning and had it all fixed up for me in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. Their specialists have all been nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had to call GDSI for an emergency garage door fix and had a guy out in an hour. Fixed the problem and got my fiances car freed from the garage. Thanks for the quick help, you guys are awesome. Highly recommended for repairs or whole door replacements. This is the 3rd time we have used them, 5 star service each time.

I ordered a new garage door for an opening a month later when I inquired about when it was going to get put in Gean the owner passed the buck, over three months later 3 days after the tech finish install, the techs were great and polite did good work, I get a bill thats due in 5 days not 30 days I ask about it t, hats just how our computer send them out Gean says. So what Im hearing is it takes best case 60 to 90 days for my door top get installed and you want to be paid in 8 days?

One hour from phone call to finished replacing a sprocket and we live in Oshkosh. Just got sticker shock with $90 service call, they never said anything about a service call when my wife asked for them to come and look at the garage door (otherwise they wouldve gotten 5 stars).

Friendly staff and quality work

Technician was great. Jean (Owner) rude. 9 months after the install I get a nasty voicemail about sending me to collections for an unpaid bill. Ultimately invoice got misplaced and yes bill went unpaid. My fault. I take full responsibility for that. But to get such a rude response/voicemail after I called back and inquired more... there was no reason for that. She said they called and sent additional invoices sent to my address which I never received. Ultimately the bill was paid... Late... and I didnt contest. But I will never do business with this company again. 1st and last experience. I made a mistake but to be belittled that way; it could have been handled more professionally. 3 stars because the tech was great.

My garage door broke on a Friday night and I was home alone and on crutches. Thanks to Cody with Garage Door Specialists, Inc. in Neenah, WI, my garage door was repaired within 2 hours of making the emergency call. I cant thank them enough and highly recommend this company!
