This is a great Walmart conveniently located near the center of Neenah. Overall, it’s very clean and well organized and everything is super easy to find. You also really can’t beat their prices! The grocery section is stocked with beautiful, fresh produce with a great selection of center-store items as well. You can order your groceries online, and then have someone load them into your car for you – the process is super easy and quick. The rest of the store has basically everything else you need. The employees are more than willing to help you out if you need something.

By far the cleanest and most organized product line I have ever encountered with regards to visiting any Walmart in any state within the United States.Not only were the workers fastidiously restocking shelves, they were also making sure that the stores overall cleanliness was being maintained and overall basis which was very comforting with regards to our current pandemic.I did speak to two different store managers during this visit, Carlos and Art. I specifically asked to speak with them to commend they’re amazing efforts as managers in leading such impressive employee teams which created work performances and observable amazing display of goods.Products line like no other Walmart. I will be back and I highly highly recommend this store.

Johnny in the car service station is the best. Very helpful and would highly recommend. Prices by far exceed other service stations.

Wasnt too crowded. Only needed a few things so got in and out quickly. Used the self check. Most people didnt have masks on.

The Neenah Walmart is not as crowded as the Appleton stores. Its clean and well organized. I went there for a pickup order once. That was a smooth process. I parked in one of the pickup spaces on the west side of the building, checked in on my Walmart app, and someone brought my stuff out in a few minutes. The store is near a Kohls, Aldi, and decent fast food options.

The pharmacy staff are the best! They helped me with all my prescription needs. Hats off to the pharmacy staff, Thank you so much!

Always get everything on the list. Deals on summer clearance and had a very nice conversation with an order filler about possible part time job.

It is a Super Wal-Mart, need i say more... YESThis Wal-Mart is a medium sized Wal-Mart. It has most departments of a normal Wal-Mart including a tire/battery garage, sporting goods, and fresh Deli.The Sporting good no longer sells powder guns, only pellet guns. They do sell ammo, but are usually out of stock.The store is often cluttered with items poorly placed and occasionally miss-priced. The bathrooms are cleanish most of the time.This store adopted the Self-Check principle for most its shoppers (might as well go online). They usually have two live cashiers and the rest is self serve. The attendants at the self serve are pretty quick, but I have had to wait a few minutes on bad days.You can pre-order and pickup outside. They are usually pretty good but I have had a couple bad experiences including rotten produce and a 30-minute wait for my delivery.You can score some deals at this store, but you must look around. There is a general clearance section but the best buys are in the departments.

Good store wide selection of fruit in stock at the time

It truly is a supercenter! With super supply and super demand!But with that come super ambition, and they dont care so much for your individual needs.

I can find most of what I need at Walmart. I wish that they had more of a selection in the staples sections. For example, I wanted to purchase Cheese Nips crackers, they no longer carry Cheese Nips, they carry Cheese Its, I think thats what they are called. The selection is like this with many other items. That is frustrating. Gone are the days when a customer had a lot to choose from when shopping.

Used self check out, there were two girls, walmart employees. The check out were just filthy dirty, they need to sanitize these check out after someone leaves the check out! We are on a high covid area,and this should not happen, instead they just stood there talking and on there phones. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Not well stocked, sizes all mixed up, you have to dig to find. The store is not very clean. 1 check out cashier. Time for schools to hire teachers that actually teach so these kids that work in Walmart know the the difference between 1,2,3,4..... please train your employees in customer service, or hire intelligent life!

This Neenah Walmart appears to be on a different level than some others in the area. It seems to have more upscale lines and a different selections in some departments. I have found different items and there appears to have brands our store doesn’t. It is cleaner and less busier than others in the area making it easier to shop. We often find they have items our store is out of.

Store is noticeably dirty. Tons of junk on the floors. Merchandise is thrown all over the place. Its depressing. Ill pay more to go get things in better managed stores around town.

Black Friday lanes never enough open.

This Walmart is so nice compared to many others I been in. Feels clean and more open rather than cluttered. I love that they have the large self check out lines for when you just wanna get in and out. I have a Walmart in my city, but I drive to Neenah when I want to shop instead.

Heard cashier Laura being rude to a elderly lady sad. I am a store manager in the mall I would definitely write her up. She seems to have anger issues.

Things are just different since the pandemic. However, this Wal-mart has made a lot of improvements. Cleanliness, organization, and surprisingly customer service seems to be a regular thing....especially when dealing with Wal-Mart.

Would be nice if they would open back up 24/7 since the mask wearing will be lifted June 1st

Prices went up by a couple dollars on everything and very little baskets in the store as they were all used outside

Probably the worst Walmart Ive ever gotten grocery pickup at, every single time I get groceries there are at least a handful of things they didnt have in stock that were in stock when I ordered. Ill save the drive to this Walmart for the drive Ill have to make to another Walmart when they dont actually have what I need.

Placed an online order from my hometown for 2 cans of silicon spray which would have to be picked up in an adjacent citys Walmart 20 miles away.About a week later a email was received and that the order has come in.Drove to the store and looked for the orange pickup signs as directed in the email. Not sure what to do next I waited to talk to someone when they had a chance.The store assistant came over and brought me over to a tall orange wall and said I needed to scan in the bar code. First try it couldnt read it so I enlarged the screen and tried again. The screen blinked and the window closed, scanned in?, no clue if anything happened. Asked how do I know anything happened and was told will have to wait and someone will come.Waited for 5-10 minutes, then found an assistant again because there wasnt any feedback that someone even got a message. They offered to call back there and I suggested that or a manager.A few more minutes and a different associate showed up and asked me my name and what was ordered. He then left to go back somewhere, and a few minutes later came back and said there was an order restriction and he needed my birth date. Then I had to sign to get and received my order.Needless to say I will never order like this in the future.

Got food and stuff through delivery and all 3 orders were wrong. The worst was they somehow believe they can substitute boxer shorts from 34/36 to 40/42. I understand substituting food or even drink or even cups and napkins but boxer shorts? What did they think that I could gain weight overnight to accommodate the fact that they choose to substitute boxer shorts? Ive seen stupid but this surely takes the cake.lol

I went to Walmart to pick a few items for Easter. I got my items find but the employees their were rude and arrogant. Some even REFUSED to help and acted annoyed. When I finally got to the cash register their machine couldn’t even read a card so I had to go to customer service who also we unkind, rude, and were bothered. I will go to other places then to continue to go to this Walmart. I would rather drive to appleton to Target than to come her

Trash store. Nothing ever in stock, machine froze as I waited a HALF HOUR for transaction to go through and for a receipt. Guy told me it may not go through and I could possibly walk away with the purchase or I could come back for a receipt. Turns out it did go through, should have just gave the stuff to me for free after that annoying mishap.

NICE PEOPLE CLEAN ROOM

When it comes to their produce be very careful many times its rotten or just about to or of sub par quality it literally has no flavor. Very limited variety or the just would carry a national brand cause they wont been to WALMARTS WAY OF BULLYING SUPPLIERS ON PRICE.

Fast efficient shopping location. You can get groceries, pet supplies, toys, bathroom goods, tools and hardware, pretty much everything you need in one trip!

Great prices for food and childrens clothes, flat sceens are priced good as well... I highly recommend this store..

The place was so messy; every aisle I went through there was stuff all over the floor,. Looked for gravy; sign said gravy. There were packets to make gravy but not canned gravy. Canned gravy was in the soup aisle🤷. This is why I seldom shop at Walmart. It never used to be like this when Sam was alive. Back then it was about people; not making the God-Almighy dollar

There shelfs are empty and stuff laying all over scattered about.And Neenah Walmart has managers walking around or standing in a huddle,get to work and clean up your store!I will not returning to this one. Calumet Stre one is so much more brighter, cleaner,and organized.

Walmart was well stocked. Only negative thing i have to say is I rarely shop at Walmart I hate checking myself out. I think the whole Walmart only had 2 lanes open the last thing I want to do is get out of work and check out my own groceries.

Almost all of the employees were pretty nice! We were able to find the things that we needed except for the candy isle but that area is never stocked. But when my husband and i went to check out in the self checkout i was trying to figure out how to pay for my items with a gift card that my sister had emailed me on the phone. The attendant that helped me called the manager named nick the poster child of customer service and he came over and after i was explaining what i was trying to do. And he looked at me and said idk. And he just turned away i said u didnt even look at it and he said i know and walked away?cheese and rice??????!!!!!!!

Out of stock on alot of stuff

Limited stock, not enough cashiers / checkouts open. Line to pay was very long with A two year old en toe.

Went for electronic purchase, but unfortunately Walmart no longer requires electronic knowledge to work in this area. Would be nice for some customers to get good advice before making expensive purchases.

Walmart is a good place to go for affordable prices. They dont treat there employees the best but they have good benefits.

Neenah Walmart I believe is better than Oshkosh. Cleaner and better selections

They dont enforce there mask policy with their staff or customers, Ive heard some of the staff gossiping about customer who was just the next aisle over. Overall there are better Walmarts in the area then this one.

They showed us to tires but claimed they arent allowed to help find out if another Walmart nearby had the correct size. So 2 hours later we are still stuck with a bad dolly tire. Calling everywhere searching for one. I agree never should have left without one, but was trying to help someone out.

Complete failure at grocery pick-up. They lost my order, had no idea where it was or if it would show up.

I tried to make a purchase using my UHC healthy food card linked to my insurance. The elderly walmart check out employee in the scan and go area had no idea how to scan the card. I left without my purchase and went to kwik trip instead.

Some very nice people working here but also some rude. I drive 40min to go to this location of walmart but the last 2-3 times Ive been here, the people at the door checking receipts are super rude about it. I have no problem showing my receipt but at least be decent about it.

Very clean establishment and kind and friendly workers. My visit was very pleasurable.

Shopped at 9pm and few customers were in the store. Store person counting people as they entered and left the store. Even though the Deli Dept was in the process of being closed, I received superior service from Chris, who is a definite asset to the store.

Dont ever have what I want

Last time I was here was for an eatstreet order I showed up 15 minutes early and they had my order in 5 minutes. They have no complaints and do their job which is hard coming from a former fast food worker. I couldnt do any better if I worked there myself.

The mounting hardware for the curtain rods are included, for free! Tbh, the curtains from dollar general are nicer for the same price, but definitely get vinyl blinds and curtain rods here!

The bathroom was really gross they had carts all over the parking lot . Shelves were very sloppy

This is a great walmart! Clean, and not too busy. Some of the workers stand around a bit, and are hard to find walking through the store, but it is well taken care of!
