I’ve used J. Anthony twice. Once for resizing and an appraisal and the second time for a repair. Both times they were friendly and quick to respond to my inquiry. Price for the repair was fair. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff was wonderful. We came in with my engagement ring and they helped me find the perfect wedding band to complete the look. Plus, they did a great job with my husbands wedding ring, as well. Excellent customer service and a great price.

Ben at J Anthony Jewelers made the process of choosing a diamond and designing an engagement ring incredibly easy. I swung by J. Anthony Jewelers today to buy two chains for my wife to replace an old one that had broken. The service I received was top notch, Joseph the owner sat and talked with me the entire time as I looked but there was absolutely zero sales pressure at the same time. I brought in my engagement ring to replace a lost diamond. They replaced it, tightened all the diamonds, cleaned the ring and rhodium plated. Within a couple days, I lost a different diamond??? I took it back and had that one replaced. I then decided to also bring in the band for rhodium plating. Within a couple days, I lost another diamond. Coincidence? I don’t think so. They replaced the diamond at their cost. However, they damaged the milgrain detail on the ring. The ring is now ruined. Now I need to find a jeweler that can repair the damage as I do not trust this jeweler to do any repair work.

I have been a customer for many years. I needed to know if they could cut off a ring so I left a message on their chat. Received a cute message that they were closed, it was 11pm. They would get back to me in the morning. They did. They were very helpful getting the ring off, came to the car to do it. It was just a great experience. Very pleasant peeps!

Having never been into J. Anthony Jewelers before, I took a chance. My wifes wedding ring needed to be soldered and since they are local to me, I took it in to have them have a look.I was given a cost and an estimated completion date. before I left the office. They called me to let me know that my work was complete 2 days before the estimated completion date. There was no pressured upsales tactic or push to buy something else, although I did ask some questions about a couple of pieces. They even offered service on my piece even though it was not purchased from them originally.I would certainly return in the future. I took my wedding bands in to simply get cleaned. They offered to do a full inspection, clean and re dip it. They estimated a week but were done quicker than expected. Great work and will go back for sure.

I bought an engagement ring through Joe and it was a great experience. He created a custom design for me and reset diamonds I already had into a new band. He was very accommodating with shooting requests back and forth as we fine tuned the design of the ring and was quick to reply to emails. Would definitely go here again!

Great old fashioned family customer service. After an other jeweler butchered my wedding ring, father, mother and son collaborated on the best way to fix it. It turned out beautiful.Another great thing I noticed while I was there is that everything in their display cases had the price clearly marked so you could see it. If you want to just look, you can without having to ask, How much is this one?They were also able to tell us on the spot if they could get something because when you go in, the salesperson who greets you is the owner, buyer and goldsmith. This was a refreshing change from, Well I will have to talk to my manager. Or, We send this to our design center and the do the work...

I had a GREAT experience shopping for an engagement ring. Before shopping I knew next to nothing about diamonds and fine jewelry. Ben took the time to explain various aspects of diamonds and jewelry with me. He worked very well with me and accommodated my budget. I was very impressed with the final result (my fiance is impressed too!) The prices were comparable if not better than other outlets but the service was outstanding. Because of this I will definitely be using J Anthony Jewelers for my future purchases.

Ben helped me find just the right piece for a Christmas gift this past December. My wife was so surprised and so pleased! I searched every jewelry store in the valley to find something unique and J.Anthony Jewelers had the most options by far.

While this Jeweler has wonderful customer service and great products I am afraid I could not recommend going to them to design anything. Joe was very accommodating when I went in to design my engagement ring. He listened to what I wanted and the computer image looked perfect. Once it was done I had to point out 4 or 5 things on different occasions that I was not happy about. Dents, details added that I had not asked for, not including something I had asked for, losing a diamond (one with sentimental value) and a bad diamond setting.After only 6 months I ended up losing a side diamond because it just wasnt set right. All the diamonds had sentimental value so I was very upset. They put in a new diamond but when I went to go pick it up I had to point out again that it was still not what I had asked for. It seems to be set correctly now but I really worry about losing another one.I felt I had to keep point out things that a jeweler should not have missed. In the future I may have it melted down and created at a different jewelers. I am just not as excited as I was when I initially went in to design the ring.Again, they are wonderful if you want to buy a premade piece of jewelry. They are also very knowledgeable and told me the history behind my engagement diamond which was very interesting. I just would not recommend them to create something from scratch.
