I am a former employee. They’re windows trump any in the area. As an employer, you couldn’t ask for anyone better to work for. It felt more like family. I decided to get all my exterior doors done along with all my windows and patio doors with intention of not only making my home more desirable, but also increase the value. They’re programs make it super affordable. I went with the 18 months 0% APR no monthly payments plan. After the install, my home was valued at a much higher dollar than the project costed me. Very impressed with their work. Needless to say, if you’re selling your home I would definitely get this company in as they fulfill their promises. Only regret is I didn’t get them installed sooner so I could’ve saved on my energy bill as I lived there. Oh well, down in Florida now. Maybe they’ll open a second location *cross fingers*

I got new windows put in about two months ago from this company. The windows are a drastic change for the better over what I had. Not only do they block the wind from across the lake, but they also help with noise reduction. The sales rep was very informative and helpful when it came to selecting the new windows. The install crew was respectful of our space and time, as the windows were installed in a timely fashion and the installers cleaned up afterwards.

Exterior Custom Solutions was great to work with from seeing them at the home show to the free estimate to the installation. The salesman was so informative about how these windows are built and how they compare to others. I had no idea so much went into windows. But I do care about how they will save me money on my next gas bill. Installers were great to and cleaned up really well. Will definitely recommend and hope to do my front door soon.

Every person we worked with made us feel confident and at ease with the process of replacing windows (no small investment!). The sales rep was great with no pressure, the customer service was timely and communicated regularly with us about the status of our job, and the install team was efficient and did a great job! In reference to the Emily Engelke review I was the installer at this job, the two window pictures are pictures I took before I left. We close up openings all the time and dont normally mud but we went over and above to try to make the customer happy. I have also included three pictures of the drywall Gary took after he went back the second time.

Fixed internal/underneath door issues!! Install was quick- took about a couple hours. higher priced door with lifetime warranty. Took old door. Gave better deal on door for ordering that same day. Overall very happy with the new door it looks great 👍🏼

Exterior Custom Solutions installed an exterior side door on our home. We could not be happier with the outcome! Their administrative staff is very friendly and keep customers updated. The salesman and the installers who visited our home were respectful of our need to maintain social distancing and were incredibly knowledgeable about doors. The installer even helped us get the screen on our sliding glass door back on track for no extra charge! Would definitely hire this company again.

We had an old window that had cracked and needed replacing and we also wanted another access point to our back yard other than through the garage. We found it difficult to find a contractor willing to reframe a window opening to receive a patio door. Those we did find had inferior products, said it would take multiple days, and we’re asking for incredible amounts of money to do it. Then we found Exterior Custom Solutions. They gave us a fair price, showed up when they said they would, and it took them half a day from start to finish. The workmanship is top notch, they cleaned up incredibly well, and they insure both the product as well as their work for decades longer than anyone else and the insurance/warranty is transferable to the next family that lives here should we choose to sell in the future. We are beyond pleased with the process from start to finish. Why would you hire anyone else!

We had new windows installed, the crew came out around 8:30 and they were finished by 1:00. The windows are great and the installation was flawless. The guys went above and beyond and were enjoyable to deal with. I would highly recommend Exterior Custom Solutions for future work.

Nice presentation, but TEN THOUSAND PLUS DOLLARS for an interior door and one sidelight purchased and installed plus a pre-purchased screen door installed?! I dont need a door strong enough for three hits from a police officers battering ram. My roof was done for less. Excellent quality and work. I can also get siding done for less. Pass.

Very thorough and polite from planning through installation. I have a character home that needed a new side door that I thought would be a bit of a mess to replace. They replaced it without any issues, and handled all the minor problems easily and quickly while on site. I will absolutely use them again for windows, and fully recommend to anyone.

I had 2 windows done previously by another company and they were more expensive and they are much harder to open and close. After checking around and doing my research back in September, I finally ordered my windows. They were installed Wednesday. I couldnt be happier. I already turned back my thermostat, and I can no longer hear 441. First class operation from the owner to the installation helper.

Would not recommend them. Met them at the home show in Stevens Point and we liked them. Set up an appointment and Brexton was really good. Called him up a few weeks later and told him we wanted to have window done. He told us he would come out 2 weeks later. Never heard from him again. Spoke to a manager the day we were suppose to meet him and they told us he quit. They never thought to call the protentional clients he was working with. Told us they will have a senior sales rep come out. Well today is the day they were suppose to come out and they never came. No call no text. This company is all talk but done not deliver.

It sure is great to open my new windows from Exterior Custom Solutions! My regret, I didnt do the whole house. A few years back I replaced my front two windows, with another vendor and was told the windows were the Best ... they lied! Now that I have my windows from ECS, I know what the BEST is! These windows literal glide open and shut, I can do it with one finger!!! Super energy efficient, great savings on energy costs, and they look great! I have no doubt that ease of operation will win me over and I will either have to replace the two windows or I simply wont use them. Brandon was a very informative salesman and the Installer Mike was so helpful. He even fixed an area of wood that was rotted out from water damage. Thanks for being a great company to work with!

So many concerns about the entire process of this from 1) being told the plaster work would be completed with 2 coats of mud (not done, only one very poor coat with several areas of damaged drywall where it was filled in with mud and is cracking and uneven in the wall- as pictured), 2) the contractor continuously tracking snow, mud, and salt through my house and carpet when there was another door he couldve used, 3) breaking the window during removal and not cleaning it up from the bathroom THEN tracking broken glass through our carpet and dining room (we have 4 small children and a dog). The installer took a break halfway through the day to run and pick up drywall screws (he informed me he forgot them) and left a bedsheet over the 22x46 opening in the wall for about an hour when it was 20 degrees outside. When we asked the installer about what we were told about the 2 coats of mud and drywall being completed, after checking with and confirming with both the salesman and contractor several times, we were rudely confronted with the contract we signed which indicated they were not responsible for finishing the drywall; at least they left us the bucket of mud to do it ourselves. We were finally given a referral for a mason to complete the brickwork on the outside since it currently has what looks like cardboard (were told that they would give us the contact info for someone they recommend when the salesman was here). Lastly, be aware that you will need to contact the city inspector yourself to purchase and apply for permits since nobody at ECS ever said anything about it until we were scheduled for the install already just one week prior. Would never recommend these amateurs to anyone who wants a job well done, lots of other options out there who would do much better!**follow up to this review one week later, the contractor returned to repair the drywall and did a great job making it look nice, then apologized for the installers unprofessional job and trashing our house. It looks great now and Gary was very quick to fix the issue!

Great windows and door products. Fast installation. After the job we noticed damage/scratches to our hardwood floors. Installation team used drop cloths but apparently were not diligent in keeping them in place.

Both representative and installers were patient, honest and took time to explain things to me. Everything was done in a timely manner and to a professional level.
