Unfortunately doesnt seem to be open.Google thinks its open, but it isnt. And there is no labeling that I could find at the door indicating the state of the business. Website doesnt work and phone was not picked up. Almost seems like maybe its under construction? Maybe just winterized. Really wish I could give it a better review based on parts and actual service.Owner: let me know if you updated all that and Ill come back and check it out and update my review. Seems like the only electronic supply store in the Appleton area so Ill check from time to time if thats not possible.

The place is a disaster, things laying all over, half the shelves are empty, and cables & parts are just haphazardly laying about. Ive been in hoarders houses that are better organized with 1000x more stuff.The owner wasnt wearing a mask either, which is unacceptable I. A storefront business these days.

Great place that is very helpful. Every time I call them looking for odd ball items they seem to have them in stock when the big name places have lead times of 1 week +. 60% cheaper than leading retailers and no lead time. Great place to do business with. I hope they are around for years to come.

I came here upon a recommendation from a co-worker and found John very helpful and knowledgeable. I was repairing a vintage stereo from the late 60s and he was able to ID then supply me with the components I needed. Most of the capacitors were in stock and no issues ordering the ones he didnt have at the store.

Ive used AES a few times for personal and professional projects. These guys are always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. Compared to some other suppliers in the area they have beat their prices upwards of 60%. I definitely will come to them when the need arises.
