My daughter is special needs, and we have always had a hard time getting her to cooperate during audiology appointments. This was our first time going here, and it was amazing! Erin Krueger took the extra time to figure out how my daughter would respond best to let her know she could hear the prompts. It was a breath of fresh air to have an audiology appointment go well and get some actual feedback and results for once.

I have had nothing but the best experience with my hearing needs. I cannot say enough good about them.

Our children have been patients of the audiology clinic at ENT Specialists since they were babies. Dr. Roh has been incredible! She has always been available for short notice appointments (which is often the case with kids!) and always so nice to work with. Shes been a huge part of our hearing loss journey and Im thankful for all she has done for my family. Weve worked with other providers in the office and they have been equally accommodating and helpful when we have needed care.

Excellent staff! They all were very respectful and listened to understand my symptoms. The provider went through all my options then ultimately let me decided the course of treatment I was most comfortable with. I havent ever had this great of an experience with health care or customer service. I cant say enough good about them! I feel very blessed to have been in their care!

The receptionist is very kind and professional. Dr. Burton is an amazing Dr. A miracle happened when he walked into the room where I patiently waited with chronic sinus issues. He told me he would perform surgery to cure my sinus condition. I now know how it feels now to breath in the fresh air, to wake up without my head pounding my nose stuffed my eyes filled with pressure. Because of him I can enjoy time with my family outdoors more than I ever could before. I am truly blessed and consider Dr. Burton one of my miracles in life.

Without a doubt, Erin Krueger is an exceptional audiologist! She worked long and patiently with me until my hearing aids fit and worked to my satisfaction. I think she goes above and beyond with her patients - I feel she did - and still does - with me. First time coming here and it was welcoming. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Mjaanes and his nurse were great. I am happy I decided to make an appointment with them and will keep going to them for my allergy needs.

Sometimes a bit of a wait, but I love my immunotherapy nurse, Mary. Also, their payment plan system is not really helpful and really kind of stinks. They will put you on a payment plan for your current bill and charge you $25 to do so, but then your next bill is not part of that plan. I had no choice but to switch to them when my Ascension doctor partnered with them. Ascension was much more helpful and considerate with billing. A $677 bill is not always the easiest to pay in full.Edited for response to providers response: That $677 was a bill that had gone through insurance and was discounted. It included vials and shots.

My step mom was able to meet with Dr. Conradt for her hearing issues and it has been life-changing. He is always very prompt and timely with his appointments and listened compassionately and carefully to our concerns. She now has the TV volume back to a reasonable level and doesnt miss out on important conversations both live and on the phone with her high-tech hearing aid gear that nobody even notices shes wearing.

The staff is always very friendly and we never have to wait long to get in to see Dr. Mjannes! They always take the time to explain things to my daughter in a way she will understand. They take the time to build a relationship with the patient instead of rushing in and out. My daughter looks forward to the visits to the allergist and I love that.

Ive been seeing Doctor Burton for a number of years related to issues with my sinuses. I hold Doctor Burton in the highest of regards when it comes to a Specialist. He was able to diagnose my sinus problem accurately, after other doctors I had seen previously had not been able to help me. I suffered for many years before finding Doctor Burton. Once I began treatment under his direction, he literally gave me my quality of life back.

Dr. Burton takes time to address every issue Hes intelligent, extremely caring and has great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mjaanes is great. Since a skin problem i’m having wasn’t allergy related he referred me to an excellent Neurologist. Four other doctors had said, “sorry, cant help you.” Always a nice experience getting my allergy shots there, too. I like that there’s a chart for the countdown for when you’ll finish your shots. Never had that before at 3 other places.

Waited an hour after my appointment time before being seen by Dr. Swanson. Had been seeing him for years regarding my ENT issues as well as allergies. My experience with ENT of WI was so terrible, I quit using their services. While on allergy injections through Dr. Swanson, I was constantly ill with various colds and other sinus issues. I have stopped seeing him and havent had an allergy injection in about 3 months. I havent felt this good and stayed healthy for this long in a long time! Wont be going back to ENT Specialists of WI.After getting reply from audiology (owner), it sounds like a cookie cutter response. Maybe an apology the day of explaining computer issues would have been more believable. I also understand and expect compassionate Care for ALL patients. However, I did not receive that. Once Dr. Swanson finally made it to me, he was looking at his watch every few minutes. He looked at his watch while I was talking to him no less than 5 times.I was also never made aware of any counseling or other services.

I was very disappointed in Dr. Keller. My son struggled with ear infections and I am thankful that he ended up not needing tubes but Dr. Keller didnt seem to have the time of day for us. My son was 2 at the time and Dr. Keller seemed to have no patience for a 2 year old. He also didnt seem to care about my concerns for my son and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Dr. Keller seems very knowledgeable, however, if you are thinking about taking a young child to see him, I would reconsider.

Fast, thorough, pleasant, patient service, always, for 10 years now. Adjustments made whenever you need them. I highly recommend Dr. Erin Krueger.

Dr. Burton removed a 40 year old Stapectomy implant ..to replace it with an MRI friendly implant. I am anticipating getting into a Alzheimers study and they require 2 MRI s a year! My surgery went off with out a hitch! woke up...NOT dizzy ( my memory from 40 years ago was extream dizziness for about 5 days)..home the same day...all good! Ive had several surgerys in my life...any this one was the easiest!! 5 stars!

Dr. Mark Conradt is a patient, caring audiologist. If a problem cannot be solved with a phone call, it is easy to get an office appointment very quickly. He also takes plenty of time to listen to a patients complaints about hearing aids and works hard to resolve any problems. Highly recommended!

I think they are pretty disorganized but theyre good over all. Went in for what i thought was an ear infection, after a battery of tests and being left in the doctors exam room alone for 40 min (probably forgotten about), the doc came in and in 30 seconds diagnosed that indeed i did have an ear infection. drugs prescribed and a crazy expensive bill arrived six weeks later. i think if they were a bit more up front about their process, i could have saved nearly half the cost of the visit. Im confident that i was clear about my explanation of the symptoms i had.Office is clean and the people are friendly. I think their hearing testing headphones should be updated, theyre really uncomfortable and look the same as they did when I visited another ear doc 30 years ago.

Dr. Prehn (and all the staff at the Neenah center) was absolutely fantastic. He showed sincere concern for my condition, and was clearly dedicated to helping me make a full recovery. He gave me options in terms of my treatment but in the end left it up to me to determine what path we would take, which I appreciated. I always felt comfortable with Dr. Prehn and his staff, and would highly recommend them for your ENT Specialist needs.

I will Never recommend the Audiology and Hearing Aid Center again. Amanda was very rude and disrespectful, and clearly has no intentions on helping those in need. Steer away from dealing with Amanda. We now will be going elsewhere!

Great! Almost life changing.I havent had a new set of hearings aids for nine years. Not only is the new technology far superior to the old, but Dr. Marks ability to do the proper testing and to diagnose the right type of hearing aids for me, versus what I thought I needed, and then me listening to him was almost life changing.He is very up to date on the latest technology and the newest hearing aid options. Dr. Mark sent me home with a new set of hearings aids to try and then I came back to trial a different set of hearing aids. It was a very comfortable process and there was no pressure. I could easily tell the difference between the two pairs and purchased the better set. The noise and wind whistling cancelation technology was truly the difference.After going to Ear Nose & Throat Specialists - Neenah Im hearing things I havent heard for a long time. Hes very helpful afterwards as well. A week after getting my new hearing aids I ran into a problem. I called and they got me in immediately and had the issue taken care of right away. It was just a programming issue. He did great. Know that you are in good hands when you call him.Please note that my wife, family, co-workers and friends all appreciate my new hearing aids as well.

We love this place! They helped my youngest hear again! They found issues with my middle child that no other doctor saw, and the difference was night and day after just a few appointments! We struggled for years with problems that other Doctors misdiagnosed!Once we switched to ENT of Neenah on Bell St, we found answers and results!They are super friendly and amazing with children! I would recommend them to anyone having troubles with ENT, Allergies, or Asthsma!

I had a complete thyroidectomy done in december 2015 and my voice still isnt where it should be. Dr. Burton has tried two temp fixes to wake up my left vocal fold. They failed. Went to see him a third time recently because I still choke on liquids frequently. He would not see me because I owed a little over 200.00 dollars and could not pay that day. Would not allow us to pay some of the money as we did not have all. No one called to tell us we owed. So we wasted half hour in gas and 40 minutes in waiting room. 20 minutes with financial officer who admitted they should have called us ahead of time to make arrangements or cancel the appointment. We were unhappy to have wasted all that time. Dr should have seen me.

I decided to get some sinus issues checked out while I was still on my parents health insurance. I dont have a lot of money as I am a current graduate student. I had a short procedure done involving a small probe placed up my nose for less than five minutes or so. Since it was considered somewhat invasive, it counts as a surgery and requires a signature on a waiver. The specialist made it seem as though it was equivalent to looking in someones ear and was a routine procedure. Little did I know, this endoscopy cost $843, and since I failed to ask how much the procedure was, and the waiver barred any sort of compromise of cost, I was stuck footing the bill. I certainly would not have had it done if I knew how much it cost. I ended up leaving with a prescription for Flonase and an OTC antihistamine. My follow up visit to discuss if the medications were working cost me another $300 in a short 10 minute visit. Had I tried continuing visits and other treatments, I would have spent even more money that I didnt have. I feel this practice is no exception to the healthcare industry, where this sort of customer treatment would be illegal in any other setting. I feel as though I was taken advantage of for not being pushy and inquisitive of costs and procedures. If you choose to go here, I would urge you to inquire about costs of procedures and visits, and be sure to have great insurance coverage.
