This place is shady AF!!!! Handed my rent in a sealed envelope on July 2nd to a male employee and told him it needed to go in mailbox #308. He took the envelope and I left. 9 days later my rent was still not received by my landlord and the girl working when I called informed me there was no mailbox #308 and had NO idea where my envelope was. She was rude, unprofessional, and no interest in helping me at all. Come to find out I had took it to the wrong UPS location. 2 days later the police called and said they brought my envelope to them and that I was banned from the store. I had to pay late fees for my rent. If the original worker knew how to do his job he would have KNOWN there was no mailbox #308 and all this could have been avoided. Wouldn’t ever do business with this place!!!!!!
This place is hands down the best place to take your packages. Always friendly, fast and so knowledgeable. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes if there is a wait. Dori is one of the best and always has a cheery hello for you when you walk in. Highly recommended!!
They would not take the pre-paid package of empty CO2 containers I regularly exchange from idrink (drinkmate beverage makers). Ive been exchanging them for 2 years. UPS delivers them to my front door, but this location wouldnt take the empties to send back for core charges. I used the original boxe(s) they came in as I usually do, but they told me that it was a fire hazard and they wouldnt be accepted. Last I checked carbon dioxide was not flammable... someones elevator is not going to the top floor at this location, make sure to avoid if at all possible.
Awful experience. Would not release a package to me after I drove in to the store. I had a slip on my door because the driver didnt wait more than 20 seconds for me to come outside from my apartment. I showed ID proving I was the spouse of the addressed recipient. Employee made up something about how sometimes spouses dont want their spouses to pick up their packages... smh
My experience with the banner printing services at this store was AWFUL! I ordered 3 banners for a non-profit that I work with. The order took longer than I was told to expect, only 2 banners were printed and those are the wrong size. I honestly have no documentation about whether the size error was my fault or theirs so I called to talk about it. James, the store owner with whom I placed the order, was not available and did not call me back. I ended up calling each day for a week, 3 times the last day. Finally he had the poor woman who answered the phone ask me what I want. I explained that I want to see the information I gave him, talk about the problems and ask whether there’s anything he can do for me. That was 3 business days ago and still no call back! My non-profit is out $75 for unusable signs. I got the correct signs printed by a photo center in 24 hours at half the price. I wish I had done more research before placing an order here.
Excellent store! Convenient location with great customer service. Highly recommended! It is not the closest to my house but I go out of my way because someone always leaves me smiling.
Uploaded a shipping label to print via ups print store; I figured since I don’t own a printer I would just pay online to have it printed and ready for my husband to ship the package. Gave him the receipt with my 8.5x11 print order number showing the print was paid for. Lady argued with my husband that was for the shipping label (shipping label was from a completely different website than my order that was clearly from UPS website saying to pick up a print at this location). Made him pay for the print a second time so I guess we will just have to dispute the first charge on our card that we paid online ahead of time. I will be taking all of my future business to a different company that can honor their own prepaid orders, thanks.
I travel worldwide and I have used many UPS Stores throughout the years. This particular UPS Store is the most friendly and efficient experience I have had. The owner, Jim, is always very welcoming and is familiar with my routine. I do a lot of printing, shipping as well as have a private mailbox for my corporate mail needs. Thank you for everything you guys do.
I have never been treated so poorly by a person in customer service in my life. An employee name Mae screamed at me “do you want to ship it or not?!?!”I simply asked very calmly about why it would be 16 cents to print a completely black inked page and $2.10 to print a shipping label from or not from their company. That’s price gouging a service that people have to use especially during these uncertain times I have a right to respectfully ask questions about where my money is going. I went out of my way. Printed my shipping label where someone can afford to print them. The new woman would not accept the label I printed so she offered to print a replacement one. The previous lady came back when we were almost finished and started saying horribly degrading things to me about how I was causing such an issue that they would charge me a second charge for a label I already had regardless of what the second lady told me. First of all asking a question respectfully about why there is such a price difference is not out of line. It’s a simple question that should not have been held with such hostile behavior. Mae is a horrible person to have working as the face of the ups store. I am in sales and we would never allow someone who treats customers that way to represent our company.
Went in to get a document notarized. Absolutely no wait on a Friday afternoon which was awesome. My document was notarized in a few minutes and it was shipped out. All in all I was in there for about 5 minutes. The icing on the cake was how polite, professional, and helpful the staff was. Shout out to Sarah, Bobbi, and Ana. Never going to the post office again, they earned my business!
I took an online rug return to this store and paid to have the return label printed and attached to the return. They put the new label next to the old one instead of over it- and the rug got returned to my home. Then they refused to come and get it! So my husband and I will have to return this 65 lb rug to the store again. They were not particularly polite or apologetic about it either. Consistently not a positive experience in this location of UPS.
I went to the UPS store in Neenah to ship some items home to myself and when I went inside I was met by a very nice young lady (Wish I got her name) Behind the counter who was the only on duty employee. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to ship my items home. Something you don’t see anymore from young employees was she was able to multi-task by helping three other customers all the while still meeting my needs. Need more like her!!!!
I visited this store today and a very nice young woman assited me. She was helpful in getting a shipping label printed for me from my email, had me in and out, and was delightful to work with. Thank you Neenah UPS Store for the excellent and quick service!

Very poor customer service. They refuse to give me my receipt after I returned Amazon items at their store today. They demanded I buy one of their boxes to ship my item. I said I have boxes at home and can ship without wasting another box. They refused to give me my receipt for my other items I returned until I purchased one. I ended up walking out of the store without all of my amazon receipts...
Very efficient and capable people have assisted me in both business and personal tasks here. They are great at giving me all the options for shipping my packages. I consider them part of my team and help me get things done efficiently! I plan to use this Neenah UPS Store again and again. Thanks for always doing a great job!
I have shipped from this location numerous times always polite and respectful. I wanted to overnight a package and was told it would be received the same day if chosen normal shipping. This saved me money. Appreciate the honestly!

Do you want to pay triple what you would pay to get a package mailed usps? Then this is yor place! $4.50 versus $1.21. Exact same item, exact same delivery date! Over-priced, terrible customer service. I do not recommend.
Always been easy to pick up packages here. Print center is more expensive than other places. I had a bit of sticker shock with that, but mailing has been great.
My Good Will purchased fish arrived safely thanks to the careful handling and packing by the staff. I very much appreciated the meticulous attention to detail on the delicacy of its fins and overall care in wrapping, boxing & shipping. They rock!
I do not recommend this store because of poor attitude of employees. They are not polite. They become impatient, and they treat you as if you do not matter. If you have a choice between Neenah and Appleton, use Appleton. The extra 15 minute drive is worth it. Even the way they are answering reviews on this board shows their attitude.

Brought many packages here and usually have had good service. I taped up a package once and they told me not to because they have to check whats inside. So when I was charged $2 for tape on my last visit, I was extremely peeved. I havent brought my purse in the store in ages. The worker made me walk back out to my car to get the $2. For tape. Nice profit margin on that one, Im sure.

The ups serivce is usually spot on. However, at this store in Neenah, the staff are extremely rude. I would recommend trying a different store and hopefully their attitude wont rob you of your Christmas cheer!
I drive out of my way to use this store because the staff is always so helpful and I’m in and out so fast every time.
Never go to the UPS STORE NEENAH NOTARY. I had called them and informed that I will come for the Notary appointment and that person said ok at that time, but when we reached she was not there. Very poor ride and heartless people.

Its a ups store. There used to be a mailbox plus that said they were ups but charged extra because they were a drop-off site. Have never had any issues with the people here.

Absolutely terrible service! Sent a birthday present to my mom in Arizona and had it sent back to the store. UPS sent an incorrect address email notification to the UPS store(not affiliated with UPS btw) which never sent it on to me. Now I have to drive back to the store and pay to get it shipped out again, it has now been over 6 weeks and my mom still doesnt have her present. Thanks for ruining my moms birthday UPS Store in Neenah, should have used USPS.
Horrible Experience! UPS tracking stated my package was delivered to location. Went to the location twice (within the allotted time), to be told it was not at their facility despite the fact that it was signed by the store. Package was sent back to business, where I had to pay for shipping to ship to me again.
Its nice to walk in and have them take care of everything for you but they are WAY more expensive than FedEx Kinkos. $2 to print one sheet of paper! Its $0.10 at FedEx
I have used this store for a variety of services for over 10 years. They have always gone above and beyond for me. I am a very picky customer and normally, not so easy to please. Thank you for your services, esp during the holiday season when tempers can get a little out of control.
This is the single worst place Ive ever has the misfortune of using . And the owner apologizes and offered refund he never gives. Check the reviewos, dont bother using it. USPS it and avoid this store
When I got my package it was open they also the my box . I open my box and my pens were ruined dont suggest anyone use them
