Love this place. I take my dog, just to socialize her and of course spoil her. Staff is very helpful and courteous!

This store is usually pretty clean. What I like is they have a decent selection of equipment clevices, herbicide spray, and fencing supplies. They also have a decent selection of hand tools and plumbing supplies.

This place was okay. Decent selection of merchandise but the cashier wasnt super friendly. Id only go back if I absolutely had no other options because staff needs a course on customer service. On the bright side, they had masks and hand sanitizer at the door.

The place was nice. A little over price on most items. Didnt have no live chicken or rabbits like rural king provide all year round. The store was clean and easy to move around in.

Im grateful we have it. But the prices are too high, the selection of products too low and the number of knowledgeable staff are too few. If selection was high and number of knowledgeable staff were high then Id give them 5 stars, even with high prices. I can get low prices online, but not with the products immediately in my hands and knowledgeable staff explaining or finding the right product.Regardless, the staff are much more respectful of customers and each other than they were in the old location. For that Im grateful.

Clean store. We make the drive to this store rather than the one in Jane. The store layout makes it easy to find what were looking for.

Sure would be nice if one of the young guys that work there goofing off with each other would help a 68 yr old woman lift a 40lb bag of cat litter into a cart or into her trunk. 2 of them were joking with each other on the next aisle over from cat litter when I loudly exclaimed omg I hope I can lift this over my cart...they disappeared. Going outside with it in my cart I met another young man outside that works there and I told him this ought to be fun lifting this over the cart into my trunk to which he replied have a nice day and headed back into the store. My back is thanking you big time right now!!

I really dislike Orshelns, the employees dont pay attention to customers, theyre hard to locate and when you find one, they are unable to answer your question about ordering hen scratch. Employees talking to each other and ignoring a customer. I have to be desperate to go into this store.

The associates here are very rude. They always have an attitude like they hate their job. No one has a cheerful face no smiles nothing. Everything is over priced and priced wrong. And then when you point it out that it was marked as a different price they ignore you. I was over charged on feed so many times. Example: One day I went in to buy chicken feed, I pointed out to the cashier after she told me my total that the feed was a lower price then what it scanned and then shed just repeat herself and called me maam. Lol. Didnt even knowledge what I said or even have someone check the price marked in back. From now on Ill be going to south side! At least they have respect.

Love this store. This is the only local place that I know of for supplies for my chicks, or even more chicks during chick days. When they have sales, usually the prices are good and they have plenty of stock. There is usually a decent selection of Carhartt apparel for men and women, even kids and pets.

This is a great store with lots of good items to look at. Great customer service. Loved these two guys that were working on a cold Friday night. Lots of help and great customer service. Even took the time to go back and check prices with us when someone had mixed a pair of boots up with another brand. Offered a discount for the error when we had time to come back and look for another pair for my husband. Thanks guys for a great shopping experience.

On a good day, there are usually people there to help. Most days, I find that I am on my own. They do have a great selection on all farm needs.

How is it that you dont have sanitizing wipes at your entrance during this time? I was so disappointed! I noticed the plastic sneeze/cough barrier you had in place for your cashier, kudos! But, seriously! As an over priced, yet essential retailer in a highly agricultural area, how do you excuse yourself from taking basic precautions for your customers? I saw no one, nor any sign of carts being wiped down, door handles being sanitized or employees being extra cautious. So disappointed!

I had a hard time tracking down someone that knew enough to help me. Once I did he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Its a large diverse farm store with more than just Farm stuff. Plenty of stuff for all sorts of pets I think theres even clothing for sale and odd things here and there. They need more staff but other than that its a great store.

The prices here are hit and miss. Sometimes you can get a great deal other times not. But most of the staff is knowledgeable about there products and they actually seem to care. I do come here quite often to get things and will continue to do so.

Its a great store with lots of things to look at and buy for the simple person to the advanced. From the baby chicks in the spring to the hunting and fishing in the fall. I like the bee related stuff along with the hunting and fishing and outdoor equipment.

Orscheln Farm and Home is a good place to gather farm necessities as well as other home items including clothing and some food items. It also has the distinct pleasure of not being crazy hectic there. The sales are excellent as well.
