Called in to them at 11am. Gave the model number, serial number and three part numbers to a person answering phone. Said someone frr get on shop would call back to order parts. Waited 4 hours called back as no one bothered to return my call. Spoke to a new person on the phone. She said the person earlier was gone. She found my phone number, model number and serial number but no part numbers. I said I was sorry I called them she said no problem, that they had others customers. I said it it a problem with me as I needed the parts. I told her I would call another dealer for landpride parts interested in my business. Called Anderson tractor next they had the parts ordered in just a few minutes. What a difference in a business that wants your business.

Went in Saturday morning to buy me a mower and nobody seemed to want to help a guy out. Too busy on the computer. But They did have a nice selection and good selection of hand held equipment too

Like others have mentioned, very rude and unprofessional! Totally turned off by his everything else is junk if its not from his store, and cant even give details of why other tractors etc arent as good. Nope, just runs everyones business down by talking trash on them. Tried him once swore Id never go back, couple years went by and thought what the heck and called about some Exmark parts and was met with the same attitude. Id you need parts and want to support a great local company, S&H is where I get all of my parts when I need them. Great people, and they go above and beyond to get those hard to get parts. Even as far as having other stores drive down or up to locations to get the part as quickly as possible!

Great place to buy a lawn tractor! Owner is friendly, knowledgable, has a good selection of mowers and at a great price. What more could you ask for? I bought one a few weeks ago, Exmark, and its the toughest and most well built mower I have ever used. Cant go wrong.

This place is ridiculous! We rented a uhaul from them. Dont go there!! Only go there if u want to pay twice as much as your quoted. We had to pay 100 for 24 hours . living 10 miles away and only moving to the house behind us.

Swartz Tractor is a great place to take your mower for service in the area. The guys know what they are doing and take care of you on their prices.

Oh Dear. Jerod is the king of tractors, but only in his world. Youll find youll be talked down to, misunderstood and all the while listening to him spout off stuff that doesnt pertain to nor interest you in the least. God gave people two ears and one mouth, but Jerod has only utilized the one. I will never enter here again.
