Had no idea what shampoo to look for when I went in, I got greeted by an employee at the register helping a customer welcomed me and I asked about a certain shampoo and all I got was a finger pointing at the shelves and heard down there. Great 👍 thanks only 5 shelves. No one else around except the lady who was busy with the register ?

Sallys is a great place. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, which, of course, is necessary in this particular business. The store is very well stocked with both pro and general use products. State Licence is required to purchase many items.

Extremely helpful staff. I purchased an item online for in-store pickup. When I arrived to the store the item was sold out. The team member placed two similar items to the side for me to choose from. They provide product recommendations and hair tips to help me maintain a healthy crown. I love this store and the team.

I have been trying to just buy Combs since last December. No Combs, no stock and havent received since any since last August !!!!! Really ???? Are you going out of business????

My Sallys is better than yours!!!When i say this i mean it. From the moment i walked in it was a pleasurethe young lady at the New Albany locations was more that helpful. Helped me find what i was looking for made suggestions***that truly worked*** and my son and myself were more than pleased with the results. I say keep up the awesome work young lady!!!**wish i remembered her name** but i will be back. As she has made me a loyal Sallys customer.

I absolutely adore the (I think, manager? If not manager, she should be...) gal with the beautiful eyes at the New Albany Sallys. I called and asked if they had an item in stock and she said yes and how many, told her Id take them all and Id be there in 15 minutes. That 15 turned into 30 because of the Saturday night church traffic on Ctown road... Anyhow, got there and she had my things ready. Always super kind. I appreciate her!

Well, i went into this store and management seemed nice at first. but then, after gathering my supplies and checking out, they doubled charged on the most expensive item (totalling us more than 57 dollars). then, we went back the next day from corydon and POLITELY brought our receipt back to explain that they had made a mistake. the lady who had red hair and checked us out the day prior looked at it, did not apologize, and went to get her manager from the back. they both then came out (still no apology) and got our money back. the whole time my mother and i were so kind and so polite. not once did we get an apology for THEIR mistake. and not once did we get an apology for having to make another trip back. other than that i absolutely love the store. those folks just aint it cheif.

So pleasant and helpful. Today is Sunday 10/14/2018. Both ladies solved my problem..orange hair...and didnt make me feel stupid. I actually learned alot... Very Very informative..not pushyAnd super nice.😁

Went to get my GVP (generic value products) for 40% off. Kind employee checked on me and made sure I knew what I was looking for.

Ambiguous staff. Hit or miss with the friendly factor.

There were two employees there when I went in. One of them eyeballed me the entire time like I was some kind of thief. No one ever asked if I needed help, finally I found the second worker and asked her to help me. She acted like she totally knew what I was talking about. When I got home I found out that all of the information she gave me was completely wrong.

The cashier was very friendly.
