We were helped by a man named Tony and he went above and beyond to try to find us this table we wanted. He called every store from here to madison and even called the louisville store multiple times even though they hung up on him twice! Amazing service from him and the ladies at the Madison location. NOW WE HAVE THE PERFECT BAR STOOL/TABLE SET. THANK YOU!

This store does not take EBT! I had a basket full of food that I couldnt pay for when I was told. I was told it due to how close Kroger is. They also cant sell milk. They need to put up a big sign at the front door and the register. It was a big mess.

Love Big Lots Prices! I had a 20% off coupon plus the Christmas stuff was on sale. I also found bath towels in a navy blue that I have looked every where for! They were on the top shelf 30 x 52 for $8.00!! Yes!!! The only bad thing about it is the womens bathroom door locks but anyone can just push it open from the outside and walk in on you!

I love Big Lots and their prices. They have packaged disposable masks of three for $5, if anyone needs one fast or forget theirs at home, at the registers!! Limit 2 packs

Used to be affordable but that has changed. Prices are as high as Walmart or higher.Cashier had mask below nose.

This use to be one of my favorite places to get deals. Not anymore. There are still some good prices on food items, but other items, one needs to check out other stores. Big Lots prices may not be the cheapest.

Nothing worth buying

Bought cushions for my lawn furniture.

The staff was nice over the phone and held my item for a few days but when I went to the store to pick it up it was a terrible experience. The cashier was very rude. I walked up to him and said hello and how are you. He just looked at me and said nothing. When me and my mother were leaving she said thank you very much three times literacy and made sure to speak up so he could hear her through the mask but he said nothing. Just nasty. I dont know if he was having a bad day but that needs to be checked at the door. I wont go here again!!!

I love this location! The lines are never long and the Customer Service is commendable. You never know what you will find and their products are quality. The furniture dept does need some upgrade in their quality but overall 5 stars!

Y’all must not wanna make any money because I called two different times and was placed on hold each time for longer than 15 minutes. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Turned out to be a very clean and organized store. Despite having a strange store setup, it was very accessable and well stocked. Great deals and lots of them. Recommended

Good place to shop for items that are inexpensive. Some of the off brand stuff is pretty good and they have some cute furniture. The overall appearance of the store is just a little dingy.

Love the $Tree, however this one had no shopping carts and no hand held baskets. Needless to say I didnt buy much with no way to carry it! Very disappointed!!

Love this store & you can find different stuff in each different Big Lots sometimes I will hit 2-3, to find different things. An if they are out of something they have no problem calling other Big Lots to see if they have what you want an will ask them to hold it for you, if you are going straight over there.

I bought a couch from here and March, and having it less than 2 months it got a tear in the couch. After looking it looked as if it had already been ripped in that spot. Im not sure if my couch came with a warranty but I would definitely not buy furniture from here
