I’m was on the phone with a gentleman at this facility. He asked my name to look up my record. Put me on hold and after 5 minutes of waiting, their phone disconnected me. No call back from them. I call back and their office is closed. Really? Horrible customer service.
Disorganized and unfriendly. Probably overworked. Billed Medicare for items I never needed or received. Fortunately, Medicare didn’t pay.
Great service in and out the door in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable about my needs. Super friendly staff.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about home O2, CPAP, and nebulized therapy. I went there to pick up my new CPAP, which is surprisingly comfortable. And they asked me about my O2 and nebulizer treatments. Stating that they could provide me with everything for no out of pocket cost. I’m currently paying Apria $55/mo. I have private insurance and Medicare. Explain to me how that works.
If I could give a deficit rating I would! Check you options first, before using this horrible company! If ANY other company uses your insurance, my advice is use another company! I have had trouble from the jump! I was over three months waiting for my equipment, and then was told, incorrectly, that I still owed a deductible on my insurance. Three quarters of the year was gone, and my deductible long since met! Lincare, in New Albany, IN then still required a $50 deposit, for thier mistake. I had equipment issues that didnt get addressed, and when I had finally had it, they billed me twice for service, and equipment not asked for! I finally made a $103 payment just to be rid of this horrible nightmare!Again, I urge you, IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! I wouldnt recommend this company EVER;
They never contact me to see if I need new kits for my nebulizer machine. WellCare was always good at this. The first machine they gave me broke after about 11 months. They said it was still covered under my insurance so I can come in and pick up a new one. The staff was very unprofessional. They behaved like they were lazy and were not friendly. The new machine she brought from back in a box seemed okay until I opened it. It was missing the mouth piece and filters. Then she asked if I needed them, I told her yes. She then brought back me a temporary mouthpiece that you only suppose to use for 2 weeks. The machine was also different from mine and she didn’t offer to show me how to use it. When you ask something from them they act as though your bothering them. Awful service!
I have been trying to get filters for both mine and my wifes Dream Station CPAP for 4 daysNo one will talk to me except a lady who takes messages and tells me everyone is in a meeting and they will return my call. Theyve been in meetings for 4 days. Our machine filters are blocked and no air flow. Called the Supply Center and had to talk to a hateful woman who told me I didnt need filters and put me on hold. Linn Care needs competition.
Never have dealt with a company with such horrible service!
Horrible horrible horrible place. Its only place my insurance will cover. They told me they needed a prior authorization on things. They would call me back. I waited 3 weeks. Called them. Then they said let me figure this out. They didnt even look when they first got it. No telling how long its been sitting there just waiting. I never got a call or anything. And this isnt first indecent. They said before they needed prior authorization. And sent it to wrong insurance company..I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy...Horrible Horrible
The front staff are not friendly, the office is filthy, and they think they know more than my pulmonologist!
The worst customer service. I have been back and forth with this office for over 6 months trying to get a new cpap (approved by insurance already) or even new supplies for current machine I have to get me by till I get my new machine. I was told over 10 times theyd call me back the next day after taking a message. They told me they didnt have my info from my previous office and told me to take care of it MYSELF and after I did they still made up an excuse that they couldnt get the info they needed to get my machine to me. The only time I actually got through to anyone was when I pressed 1 when the option came up saying I was calling from a doctors office. I even tried to call headquarters in Florida and no one answered 3 separate times. Finally on the 4th separate occasion for calling they took my complaint and I still didnt get a resolution.
Lincare in New Albany has had my CPAP machine in for repair at the factory for going on 3 months. When I requested a status report on the progress of the repairs, I am told that they are too busy to make a phone call to check on it.It looks like I might have to contact their corporate office in order to find out why they are not providing me with the service I expected.
Unreliable delivery and unfriendly, unhelpful office staff.
Horrible customer service. No one takes responsibility for making sure something is done. Lincare supplies order department is just as bad. I would never use this company if I didnt have to because of insurance.
