HomeWorks remodeled a kitchen and a bathroom in my home. I have put this off for years, I just dreaded the headache of making all the decisions and dealing with all these people. I am writing this review because I was surprised at how easy the people at HomeWorks made this. With two projects going on I thought my house would be a disaster. Again surprised, HomeWorks did one project at a time making it very manageable. I need to mention the guys who did the work at my house where fantastic. Very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I noticed several times the carpentry crew would call the designer for clarification on something, I thought this was great they really work as a team. A few more things I appreciated, I really liked having the portal access which allowed me to pay my bills and ask questions. And finally, I really appreciated the attention paid to my concerns. Example one tile really bothered me the pattern looked different, so I asked, and they removed it and replaced it the next day. No questions. These guys really showed a great deal of concern for my happiness. I would definitely recommend HomeWorks.

The team at HomeWorks were fantastic. The did a great job from beginning to end with our kitchen remodel. We started out with the design team at the store to select countertop, cabinets, and backsplash tile. They were enormously helpful, and most importantly vary patient with us as we looked at many different selections and finally once we selected everything, they talked to us about how the process would move forward. They kept us informed along the way, and all of the various team members were very nice and respectful, answering all of our questions. We did experience one problem once the job was competed; however, the HomeWorks team reacted immediately and scheduled the work to repair the problem. I highly recommend HomeWorks for your remodel project.

We hired to remodel the kitchen... finally found someone to vent out the hood....which we thought was part of the install.... to now find out that the space between the cabinets is completely off center to the stove... thank you again for such good measuring!! And it’s not off by a little... more like inches ... I would not hire....................!!!!!!I’m not sure why it’s not letting me respond to your response.... but I was just wondering how the stove not being centered between the two cabinets has anything to do with the hood... thank god we didn’t have you guys do it.... the hood is straight and right but the stove is not center to the cabinets above ... it has nothing to do with the hood... the fact my stove should be two inches to the left to be center is fault of your company ... nothing to do with the hood.... anyone would love to hear what my husband has to say about it please feel free to call him!! He feels a lot like I do as well :)

Great experience from the design help to the finish product. They talked me out of a marble floor which I was disappointed in but when I learned how difficult is was to take care of I really appreciated the advice. So happy with this company! Very honest people to work with!And by the way they have fanatics customer service!

I left a detailed review on their Facebook page. But I would like to say I was so thrilled with my experience with HomeWorks. I just cant say enough. And one thing I forgot to mention in my Facebook review is they gave me a list of 100 past customers with phone numbers I have never seen anyone do that before! That was amazing to me. Great place!

HomeWorks helped us design a beautiful kitchen. We used the Waypoint cabinet the color is stone. We priced the same cabinet under a different name at homedepot (American Woodmark). They beat HomeDepot by $1,620 just on the cabinets. We are very happy we found them. I has been such a great experience working with HomeWorks, I highly recommend them.

The guys at HomeWorks are absolutely AWESOME! They were very patient with me while I tried to figure out what I liked. I had a few things that I didnt like as we went along and they fixed each thing or came up with a great solution for it! They were so easy to work with and when I was lacking in ideas for what I wanted they were able to help walk me through my design. I cannot say enough about the team at HomeWorks! I cannot wait for my friends and family to see my new kitchen during the Holidays! Thank you so much for all your help!!

Tom and I wanted to take this opportunity to ‘finally’ thank you for turning our caterpillar kitchen into a beautiful butterfly show place. The transformation is still amazing to us. Thank-you for your planning and utilizing every square inch in a well thought our design. My cabinets are appreciated more each day and compliment the flooring, back splash and quartz countertops.The family was over yesterday for an early Father’s Day dinner. They ate on the patio, beautiful day, but right back into the kitchen. They stayed six hours.Your crews were always polite, friendly and especially willing to work with us.Tom and I have no doubt the Lord led you to our door, and made our dream kitchen because a reality. This company worked so hard to help me pick out the perfect colors for my kitchen. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with them. They always made time for me and my questions. I almost gave up on this project after meeting with a couple other companies. Both of those companies wanted to give me the same kitchen I already had. HomeWorks worked with me and we came up with an amazing kitchen. Go meet them at there showroom one time, and you will instantly know what I am talking about. HomeWorks get my Thumbs UP!

Overall we are happy that our kitchen is done now... after the floor needing to be redone three times (over a span of 2 years), countless nail pops from the floor boards, turnover with the staff, poor communication from the company and countless other things.... we would never recommend this company to anyone. They subcontracted everything and had one project manager for many jobs who hardly showed up to the job to supervise the work or the project. Had to make a list of things for the company to fix, things that a project manager should catch. My favorite was when they put the floor and trim molding back in and three different guys had to come to complete it over a span of five and a half weeks. How long does it to to put floor molding in. If you’d like to wait for your project to be put together “a la carte”... Meaning one piece at a time, with some plates that have to go back multiple times to get them right, over the span of two years, and met with great resistance, then by all means, this company will have your back. 👍🏼 We were promised on multiple occasions that things would be done within the month only to have things delayed and delayed with multiple excuses. Overall a BAD experience. On a positive note, the tile guy that they subcontracted to do the backsplash, was thorough, fast, professional and did a great job. I would recommend him. The tile guy gets five stars.An additional response to what the owner wrote... it is not the “beater bar” of the vacuum that damaged the floor, it was the employees walking around on the ground with construction boots from other sites and scratching the flooring material made out of plastic, (recommended by your company) with remnants of construction materials on their shoes. Also, there was nothing placed on the floor to protect it as workers came in and out of the house to work on the project, sharp tools were on the floor leaving scratches, we also found metal shavings on the floor after workers left, which was brought to your company’s attention.It was not 11 weeks for the completion of the project but much longer. In addition, there was a request sent to the company over a year ago to replace the remaining grout on the backsplash between the counter and the countertop as it has cracks between them with the flexible grout with the polymer in it. In addition there was also a request made to bring out a small piece of molding that was missing on the base of a cabinet. The last word we received was that someone was going to be contacting to schedule the grout and that they would look for the piece of molding... no response since and we gave up since the expectations of your company were low due to our experience with you.This review is meant to give a candid and realistic review of our experience with your company for future prospective clients. I see that others have had a great experience and that is wonderful for them, however our experience was not the same and I felt compelled to give a review of another experience for home buying purchasers to help with their decision. Dissatisfied with service. Some things turned out good others did not. I have baseboards coming off, drawers dont shut nicely, a valance that was made to big then i had to pay for a remake. My floor is bulking and air pockets under it bc they put the cupboards and fridge on top. We asked to have it raised so we can slide fridge in and out and this is what we got. They didnt cover the nail holes in trim work. The electrical is hooked up wrong so i blow fuses. The counter top has a lip in it which i was told would not happen. They wouldnt reattach dishwasher to the counter or inside. The back splash should have been extended more behind fridge (the wall shows)Molding for The door jam was cracked never replaced it. Very frustrating experience. Felt like they were way over their head for the man power they had that we were put off.They also had a big turn over in workers they couldnt keep them.Not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend them at all.
