My son bought a phone with 2 months of service but broke his phone to where it wont work in the first month. He went in there today to buy a new phone. He knew he would have to pay full price and was willing to do so. The woman working refused to sell him a new phone at full price and told him he cant buy a new one for 90 days???!!! He went in twice trying to explain he wants to buy a new phone at full price so he has a phone and she refused him service. I will never go back and will never recommend them.UPDATE:Just went to another metro store and bought a phone at full price no problem. They even said thats not the policey. The policey says we cant get another phone at a discount price for 90 days but that we can buy a phone at full price now.
I strolled into this store with a completely broken phone and a different phone service provider. My situation was quickly and professionally taken care of by an employee with the name of Mark. I was provided helpful, friendly, efficient service along with a new phone in minutes for a phenomenal price. I am highly satisfied and I highly recommend this location!

Probably one of the best experiences walking into a cell phone store in YEARS! Chris & Raymon are my go to phone experts from now on. They helped me switch from my other carrier and made the transition very easy!! They are honest and will go out of there way to help. I will recommend this Metro store over all others for the way they treated me like FAMILY!

Visit the store on 9/21/18, I bought a charger Friday and I had to return do to it stop workingWent to the store on Monday Today The sales Representative was Terrible discussAll needed to was exchange,he went back and forward with me on a receipt when he just seen me Friday....Got mad and told me to leave his store since I want to argue and be disrespectful,I replied how not raising my voice or using defense words we are debating on whether or not you told me to keep the receipt for the exchange.Told him will never Stop here or my Family or Friends.You sound Racist the way you talking to me Well Im the Owner of the the store. That make you Right.
The owner sucks the other guys is cool but i did get a new phone and the tampered glass and the glass just slid off my phone the next day. Bc of that i have not been back..
