Just left this place with my brother after walking in to order a drink and listening to the staff talk to an inspector about an ant infestation and they’re really bad fruit flies. Super grossed out I feel so bad for the line of cars in the drive-through that have no idea that there place is infested with bugs 🤢

Usually i am a big fan of this location, that’s why my rating is still mid level, but today when ordering a venti it was all foam. This photo was before i even took a sip, very disappointing.

The baristas are all super nice, but they have have been out of the tomato mozzarella panini every time I have tried to order it. And the drive thru set up is awful. You can wait in like for 30 minutes because people cut in through the opening in the back of the store and they only have to wait 5 minutes.

I enjoy going here. I usually stop by around 6am so its never horribly busy. Sure, at times there can be waits, but their kindness and helpfulness is always so nice. All my drinks have always been made correctly, and when Ive ordered food its been tasty. Love love love this starbucks.

I’ve always had an amazing experience at this location! One star docked off though, yesterday around 6pm I ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk espresso, but I received it half filled. I’m not one to complain about places, but this was upsetting.

No matter how long it takes, theyll make sure its right and theyre kind!

I have had to call 3 times now because my drink is not good! Other times its perfect! I hate having to call and complain but $6 for a coffee is not cheap & it should be perfect everytime. No excuse. This was my latte before I even took a sip. I opened it because i kept thinking why am I not getting anything when I tip it & then why is it so weak?? I dont think I will be going back.

Ordered a London Fog on three different visits and got three different concoctions, one of which was just tea bags in water; pastry and food selection/availability also disappointing

The drinks themselves are usually super tastey. My issue is that for the past handful of times ive been to this location(its happened elsewhere too), I get my cup and its at least 1/4th of the way empty. I understand that you need to leave room for the whip cream but when youve just handed me my cup and I can see through the paper cup that its low...Im left a bit displeased. The drinks are about 5 bucks a pop, I want what Im paying for...maybe just fill the cup up?

They barely put any espresso in the drinks. They all taste like straight up milk. So next time I ordered an extra shot in the cup and it was so small I didnt even look like half a shot when they charged me for the full shot...next time I will order the same thing and upload the picture here.

The baristas here are always pleasant and kind. This is my favorite Starbucks! So glad to see them back up and running.

Some of the employees are very crabby, one of them argued with me that I can get only 4 ounces of cream in my drink, not 5, which all other Starbucks stores give me. I travel a lot and go to multiple Starbucks stores. Never had this type of experience at any other Starbucks. I tried to talk to the senior manager there who stated she is extremely busy and she is not going to talk. Later on towards the end, when my drink was ready the rude employee said that she is sorry, and she gave me a free coupon. I gave her 10 dollar tip, but I myself felt very insulted due to one ounce of cream, as a result I stopped going to this store, and did not go there for the last about one year, though this store is close to my home and it was convenient for me to get a cup of coffee.They need to train their employees a good customer service to stay parallel to the other Starbucks stores.

Great pumpkin bread! Friendly employee. Long line at the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window, I saw my package of bread, sitting there. But the lady working the window was also taking orders, so I had to wait. Thats frustrating, when your food is just sitting there, but you have to wait.

There was a fairly long line, but they got us through pretty quickly. My drink is wonderful and the young man at the wi dow was very friendly.

The service is friendly and they do their best at the drive-through window; the problem is that even when I asked them to use less syrup in my drinks the drinks are still wayyy too sweet!!!! How? Why? I am asking them to cut the amount of pumps of mocha syrup for example yet when I get the drink it tastes just as sweet as with the full amount of mocha shots. No. This needs to change. I want less sugar and am asking you for it so please give me less sugar!!!!! Or are you adding 2 pumps of mocha syrup to the normal 3 pumps of mocha syrup that goes into a cafe mocha, instead of listening and understanding that I want just 2 shots of the mocha syrup NOT 5?!?!?!?! Please, listen to the customer.

I want to thank Tyler at this location! He was extremely kind to my daughter and I. I drove in from Richmond just for Starbucks with my little girl and I forgot my wallet. I was visiting from Canada and stopped by the drive thru, my Canadian card wasn’t working and we were on our way back home so I didn’t have anymore cash on me, the lovely ladies at the store ended up giving my coffee to me free of charge! I appreciated it so much because we had a long drive ahead of us and I need my caffeine fix, thank you again!

Love coming here everyday before work. The staff already know me when I walk in and its much better to go to now that they fixed their pavement issues. My only thing I wish that Starbucks as a whole would do is a time setting for their online orders, but thats just me. Other than that, this location is great for pick up and goes.

Fast and kind

All of the staff are wonderful people HOWEVER Jan is the reason I refuse to go anywhere else lol. Im a regular I guess you could say, and coming in before work Ill more often than not see Jan at the window and shes always so cheery! The other girl that works there is another favorite, shes bubbly and helpful just like Jan. Ill update the review when I can remember her name! You can go anywhere for some coffee or tea, but I go because the people are marvelous.

I wish I could give no stars. I order online only to have to wait through the drive through line to pick it up. Whats the point of ordering online? So, I have to either wait in line and be late to work or have my money wasted because I cant wait. Poor design.

Stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for almost 10 minutes, then placed a mobile order while sitting next to the counter and waited another 10 minutes. Finally acknowledged we were there when we walked out to leave,and spent another 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for our mobile order we placed 20 minutes prior.....

Used the red reusable cup from the previous promotion in the the drive thru and was not given a sleeve, which is printed on the cup as needing one, and was made to put my own lid on my drink in my car. Doesnt make sense for a driver to put a lid on their own drink in their car when I handed you my lid. Just an accident waiting to happen because youre too lazy to put my lid on safely inside your store.

Hipster alert... I love listening to hipsters (nearly every single worker) talk. Equal parts amusing and infuriating. Coffee is good but the place is small and cramped with crappy parking.

Wonderful, there is a young man working here whos name I know not. He has very light blonde hair and the most cheerful and pleasant voice. Hes very polite and professional, I came here today 2/8/16 and he made my day.

Employees couldn’t listen to my orders correctly when I asked for a sausage, egg breakfast sandwich. They carelessly threw cheese on it anyways. Unacceptable.

Go here all the time with no problems. Until today, the old lady at the window messed up my order(same thing every time) then blamed me. Said in a smart tone I repeated your order back to you. Yes you did, and I also corrected you. She shouldnt be at the window if she cant apologize for a simple mistake.... but then when I got my venti, it was maybe half full with mostly foam. Also never changed the price of what I ordered. So I overpaid for half of a large coffee.

I love Starbucks and I honestly dont know why since their service at this location anyways, is so so bad. If there is more than 4 or 5 cars in like you should just leave. Youd do better off at the one in Target right across the street.

Some of the staff arent the friendliest, but they are very accommodating and most are genuine and nice. The drinks, 9 times out of 10, come out exactly as ordered but sometimes theres a misstep or something, which is understandable considering the fast, stressful pace that is involved with working there. All in all, its a cozy place with good drinks and mostly nice staff :)

Long line but good service

The staff here is always very friendly and I know they do the best they can given the terrible location. This Bucks is mainly used as a drive thru location because of the size and placement. Even if you wanted to go in, good luck leaving because your car will be blocked in due to the drive thru line. I despise the cars that try to get into line from the back, rather than the entrance off 23 Mile Rd. I get theyre not technically wrong since there is an arrow and opening allowing this, but I still feel like they know theyre cheating and really irritating the main line and the customers that were there 1st. I wish they would have come up with a better layout. Its the closest Starbucks to me so I feel like I have to put up with the wait, but it sure does take longer than it should.

I go to Starbucks on almost a daily basis. I visit this location often and the service is usually mediocre, but not terrible. Im used to extremely friendly customer service which isnt usually received at this location, but like I said, its not terrible. I am rating one star though because today I ordered a blueberry oatmeal for a coworker and when she opened the blueberries to put in the oatmeal, the blueberries had white mold ALL over them. It was absolutely disgusting. I understand they are prepackaged but is no one inspecting them or throwing them away when they are expired? Absolutely DISGUSTING. I will not be returning.

Hillary is the worst employee there; she spilled coffee on me and said it was my fault. It should be fired. I do not recommend going here as long as that rude little girl works here. My coffee was great but Hillary is not a welcoming person. Please do something about her before I go to headquarters and have this place shut down. What a disgusting character Hillary is!!

Today I learned to matter how long the line outside vs. the line inside; they will always take the line outside first. Even when I pre-order in advance on the app; I am still constantly stuck waiting. I’m not sure why they won’t hire more people. The layout is terrible also, if you chose to park your locked in by the drive through line.

The girls were so nice and helped me decide on a new drink, steering me away from one that would affect me badly, with certain issues I have with high caffeine. Bad parking, but a good, small store.

I love Starbucks I come to this location a couple times a week. Grande white chocolate mocha add raspberry and an extra shot of espresso, sometimes a cheese danish. This is just not my morning. This was supposed to be my Mothers Day because tomorrow Im at work all day. I ordered my coffee and I said extra shot of espresso, I was asked if I said a 1/2 a shot of espresso. I said no, a full shot ....well, I didnt get the espresso at all. This is upsetting when you pay $6 for a cup of coffee and have a special way of ordering it. Calling and going back is not an option if youve been to this location when they are jam packed busy you understand. Ofcourse I will return, reviews are feedback and how customer service can be improved.

I went inside and waited a long time and not once did some one ask me if I needed help or how was I, or even eye contact😑... They ignored me so hard, I questioned whether I was actually there myself. Um, do I exist 🤔? I then decided to place a mobile order... Maybe then I could get service. I mean, I wasnt just standing at the front counter to hang out. I actually wanted to place an order. I thought this would help... Maybe they were short staffed... I dont know. Anyway, I waited 10 more minutes 🤤 and went up to the counter where I was ignored again... (If they made a pinch yourself emoji, it would be inserted here) Like what!? Am I real? Oh I know😎 I will go through the drive thru, cant ignore me there😁... 🏋. As I was leaving the dining room to go through the drive thru, I was acknowledged 😂😂 I heard a voice after I cleared the door and it was shutting Have a good night, for real!? Um ok... I was literally on a mission to get my coffee at this point. The 10 minutes wait in the drive thru was a brilliant move. I got my drinks and snacks. All in all apx 40 minutes. I was in good spirits, but annoyed too... Like why do I have to waste my night. Respect my time, if you want me to hang out, just invite me. Then I will set aside that time for you. Dont just take it from me. A quick hello at grandmas house is faster.

Been coming here for several years great staff . Always quick and friendly service regardless if barely patron or if there tons of cars lined in drive thru or if when people lined up to the door.

A majority of the staff here is amazing, except one individual who, every time she is my cashier or working the window, drags down my day. Its like she is always looking down her nose at the customers like she is better than everyone else. She doesnt make eye contact and she says everything with a snottiness. I really dislike going there when she is working.Also, they really need to snake some of the parking from the closed coney island as their own. The 4 parking spots is very inadequate in my opinion.But other than that, they always make my drinks correct and everyone else at the store are amazing.

Terrible drive thru layout, only 4 parking spaces (one is handicap). Since cars can get into the drive thru from two directions (?!?!), prepare to get screwed. My dark roast was lightweight. Personally, I try to avoid this location due to its problems. Dunno what SB was thinking when they built here. Also, staff wasnt very friendly. Not looking to make a friend, but it wasnt the usual SB experience.

The parking lot and area to drive in are ultra tiny. Also the small structure of the building is dwarfed by its neighbors. Starbucks is not well depicted in this location. The service and drinks great.

Tiny parking lot so if you need to run inside make sure you dont get blocked in with the drive thru traffic.

This is 1 of 3 Starbucks locations that I happen to frequent, and it is my FAVORITE. The staff are kind, attentive and genuine. At times the store and drive thru will be very busy, but that does not impact their service.I have witnessed friendly regular customers and Very Rude (what I hope were) onetime customers. In both instances the staff treated them with respect and attended to their needs and/or concerns.I HIGHLY Recommend this location if you are a fan of Starbucks or would like a good place to frequent for your coffee and muffin fix. Great crew.Also, there IS a drive thru. I suspect that the person who reviewed this location below did not verify which location they were posting to.

I asked for a sugar free option of a coffee drink, after they recommended a skinny frappachino, I had one. Found out later It still had sugar in it. If I was a diabetic it could of been worse. The staff are usually friendly.

I love this location for one reason, their barista Taylor! I get my coffee here on my way to work and every day that she is working she is just so pleasant. She always is so friendly and accommodating. Im a bit particular and she is always more than happy to fix my drink perfectly. She even knows what I want when I walk in now, and like I said Im a pretty specific order! They get pretty busy in the morning and she never seems overwhelmed (like some I their other staff). She really is just so nice to deal with in contrast to the handful of other baristas at other locations.

Worst set up ever! I just wanted to pull in and park and there drive through blocks all the parking spots. Please fix you drive through and parking issue!
