Placed an order for Pokemon cards on 8/1/21. It is now 8/16/21 and the order is still processing. I have tried to contact the seller through their website, have sent emails, and have called (never an answer) and left voicemails with my name, phone, and order number and no return call or reply emails of any kind even automated. I just want to know what is going on with the order so I can order elsewhere if they do not or can not fill it. It was a pleasant experience up until the lack of communication.*Edit:* It is now 8/25/2021, almost a full month after I ordered, sometime over the last 2-3 business days the order was canceled. No emails, still not a single piece of communication, I just logged in to check again as Ive been doing and it is now labeled as canceled instead of processing. I will try to give the benefit of the doubt that it wasnt canceled because of this poor review, though it didnt happen until after this was posted. I really want to like this local business, I cant stress the only negative experience Ive had is with their lack of communication of any kind, but that really is a big deal breaker. Get that under control and this business will succeed more often.

This was the only place I could find a ‘47 series fitted hat when everyone else only had adjustable. Received an email to track my order and received it within 6 days. Highly recommend.

I ordered a hat and have not received it yet. I ordered on the 12th of June. I emailed regarding it yesterday and have not received a response yet. I hope to hear back and fix the issue and then I will happily change the review.I don’t see an email where I was notified but thank you. I’ll place the order again and give 5 stars upon completion of the purchase and delivery.

Ordered a hat almost a month ago. Stated 5 to 7 days is how long it would take to ship. Called and asked for an update because I hadnt gotten anything from them. Not even a shipping number or confirmation number (they wont answer their phone so dont bother calling). Still havent gotten the hat, a call, someone to answer the phone, or an email. Definitely wouldnt bother ordering from them. Theyll just steal your money.

Ordered a hat this past Sunday the 25th. Didnt know that I got any message from them saying that my order was cancelled. Got an email saying that software flagged my card for some reason and that I had to order with PayPal. This was a birthday present, now it wont get here at all.
