This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! Robin was very helpful and made my families ice cream/blizzards fast and they were all more than perfect. The place was very organized and well kept and even had a nice variety of cakes and ice cream to take home. I will definitely be coming back every time i have a sweet tooth! Thank you!

Ordered two blizzards during their least busiest time. Cashier clarified both blizzard flavors. We get order, come home, and it’s the same blizzard for both. How can people seriously mess up that badly when the flavors are two totally different names? Inexperience isn’t an excuse (there were multiple people working), how busy the store was isn’t an excuse (there were three people in front us and we were the only people in the drive-thru). This just comes down to nothing but pure laziness.

Besides my order being messed up the past 4 times which is simple just a blizzard with lite amount of toppings, and getting the wrong flavor and seems like extra toppings and then having no way to contact them to inform them of the issue, besides all that it’s clean, fast, and friendly place. I just hope they figure out the issue with getting the wrong order through the drive through and getting there number updated online or having a email to use for informing of issues to be addressed and fixed.

Ive been coming here for years. However today I watched the young girl at the register and the older lady at the window take money from multiple customers and make those orders with the same gloves on. I also watched a lady fix the garbage bag with gloves on and then moved to food without removing the gloves. I get it theyre busy but even without taking a sanitation class they should know better.4 single serve Ice creams 2 with cones and 2 in a cup with 1 topping. $12.88

I got the Tuesday $1 cone for me and I bought each of my dogs their own cones👍🍦

Ive been here 3 times this summer and all 3 times I had to have them remake it because the girl making it had he mask under her nose. Im not sure if its the same girl each time but it leads me to believe the policy on it is too relaxed. Theres never a problem with remaking my order (outside of a teen age sigh and I get it) aside from one time the manageder said Im sorry, its just so hard to breathe in them I get that too but some of us have children or family who are immune supressed and are still doing our best to live in this new normal.Other than that, the food is exactly how youd expect it. No complaints there.

It seems to be a hit or miss on whether you wait in line or not at any location bc Dairy Queen is just so good. In my experience there food is similar to fast food menu options just dairy queens food is much better tasting!! Maybe closer to home cooked food than fast foods pre cooked, frozen, & really greasy, patties & chicken. I usually get something along the lines of chicken 🐔 and the meat was the good kind of juicy, good thickness to the patty, ( probably why it was the good kind of juicy ) thankfully there was no crunchy end pieces from any breading or fat. I get this feeling thru out my body kinda like the hair standing up on the back of ur neck sensation, whenever I take a bite of a good sized chunk of fat. Not to mention the bread of the buns used is way better quality than fast food places usually have. Im personally not a fan of the thick frys in general but Ive never received under cooked nor over cooked frys from Dairy Queen. Oh well now I think some locations may be different but they have crinkle frys. Of course the ice cream is phenomenal and always a bonus. I think that their kids meals even come with ice cream option I know they used to when I was a kid. Its understandable why theres usually a long line of customers. I truly think in my opinion that its the better tasting or better option of fast food plus you get ice cream.

This DQ is the absolute best!!!! I have a super annoying order lol & I can’t even tell you how accommodating everyone has been. The girl working today literally made my whole week:) her customer service is goals!! (i think her name tag said Callie) So thank youuuuuu so much...😘

Always has a long line but it goes very very fast! The workers get you your ice cream faster than any dairy queen Ive been to. We live right by it so we go often and during the summer the line is almost always to the street but like I said it moves very fast. Ice cream is delish always.

They cant even make a good blizzard. The toppings are at the bottom, the ice cream is running over the top, its not mixed enough and then hand it to you with ice cream running down the sides and dont even try to wipe it off. The worse DQ around.

Who doesnt love ice cream? They need to put the garbage container in a better spot though. While I was there with the 4th grade field trip if you wanted to throw something away, you must cross in front of cars in the drive through.

Well this very Dairy Queen. Is the Dairy Queen i and my family visited frequently when i was a little boy in the late 60s and early 70s. Much has changed in all those years but the friendly staff and a great taste of that Famous Dairy Queen taste is and always be the best part of this place.

Hardly ever get a chance to go here because the lines are always insane to get into. Ice cream was good though. Just wish they had a better setup for traffic flow.

Good place for a cold treat. They recently updated the building and its much bigger inside and new and clean. They can be very busy in the summer but most times you can be in and out in a reasonable time.

Wonderful small business in New Baltimore, I take the kids here after games and after late activities. Its a nice atmosphere, and relaxing on the picnic table, or walking around the bridge, and chilling in the nearby gazebo and watching the ducks, really puts us at ease.

Because they didnt have a specific ice cream flavor for a specific blizzard, they just replaced it with vanilla. Unfortunately, when my wife got home and told me, it was too late. The Frankenstein Blizzard that they tried making tastes terrible. We will never be going back to this location. Shame on DQ.

I grew up going here and always enjoyed it. It is great to see they remodeled and put seating inside, especially today when it felt like 100 degrees!

Its been there well over 40 years now and is a fixture in the area. You cant hardly get near it on a hot summer evening, but its worth the wait if you do.

Recently remodeled, have been going to this location since I was a little girl. Still the great service and yummy treats.

The quality sucks, the prices are too high, and making this trip is not worth the mileage, calories, or headaches the treats and drinks will give you.

Great bunch of girls keep this place moving! Excellent service and good prices.

Ive never gotten a bizzard from any other DQ where they scrape off the top of the blizzard. Are you kidding me? Why would you do that its not like you can re-use the ice cream. To me its just tacky and cheep. To top it off the inside of the blizzard had a huge air bubble in it. Um the ice cream that you scraped off was my missing ice cream.

Omg they have the BEST strawberry shake, and their strawberry sundays Also amazing the whole dang menu is Great lol. 5 star A+++

This store closes at 10pm and the employees closed early. I waited in the drive thru at exactly 9:21 pm and saw three employees outside doing absolutely nothing and did not even come to my vehicle and let me know the situation or why they were closed. That is very unprofessional and not how a business should be ran. I will never go there again.

Keep trying to give this New Baltimore location a chance. I have to say this is the absolute worst DQ I have ever been to. Every visit is terrible. Blizzards never have enough of the goodies in them and malts are basically like drinking milk. I will from now on, go out of my way, and go to the Algonac DQ.

Prices go up every season yet they give less product. For instance my wife loves the banana split billzzard she usually gets it with no pineapple and instead just extra strawberries. Now they charge her for the extra strawberries (although she is still not getting the pineapple) and than she got one the other day and the only thing in it was 1 piece of banana and ice cream. Thats it! We called to complain and they said bring it back, well at that point we already put our kids to bed (after putting our deserts in the freezer when we got home) and didnt want to go back out. They than said to bad thats all they would do. $4+ for a cup of vanilla ice cream! Insane! Many of our friends have been complaining about the same stuff, DO NOT GO HERE, go to the one on Hall Road or go to Frozen Custard. They give you much more for a better price.
