It’s a nice shop but the employees can’t seem to tell time. Customers are literally rushed out of the shop 30 minutes before closing - not an exaggeration. Nothing makes for a more pleasant shopping experience than having the same guy come up to you over and over during the 30 minutes before the posted closing time to tell you they are closing and to try to rush you out. I’m sitting outside the shop now and it’s 4:57pm - shop has been closed for nearly 15 minutes and all of the employees have already left. Last time I was in the shop I spent over $2300.00 - but I didn’t spend a dime today. Extremely poor customer service. Hopefully the shop can start keeping its posted hours again and not begin the death spiral as so many other shops have done who don’t keep their posted hours. I drove over two hours to get here…Thank you for your kind response. I was there on Monday, 18 October 2021. I was especially irritated because I drove down from Logan Airport specifically to visit the shop. I’m not trying to damage the shop - I’ll delete my review after you confirm that you received the date of my visit.
Love this place. We seem to always find something to like here.
I would rate this place five stars on selection and two stars on price. There are many vendors under one roof, as is common. There is more ephemera, decor, decorative items, and whimsical items on offer here than the the other similar place, Antiques at The cove. Unfortunately, since the vendors here have to make their rent payment, they want a big profit on every piece. So prices are too high across the board. If I was a decorator shopping on an expense account, for a rich couple that had just bought a new Cape house and wanted a bunch of whimsical decor, I could go to town here!!!! . But for my personal home the stuff is just too expensive.
Ive never made it thru the whole store. Its that big. Its favourite place to spend the weekend.
Can find some nice things. A little unkept.
Clean and neat. 90% of items way over priced. Second time there over a year. Not much has changed. Just because its old does not make it an antique.
I really liked this antique mall. There was a very diverse selection of antique Americana. It did not include the 1970s antiques you so often see. I like wooden duck decoys and they had more here than I have seen anywhere. The people were all friendly and everything was clean despite the old warehouse setting.
I love going to this shop. You never know what you will find.
Great place to spend a couple hours slowly strolling to find unique items in every category you could think of. Place is massive and pricing seems very reasonable. Worth a drive
Old woman at front desk had attitude when asked a question and the owner couldnt be bothered..
Was absolutely shocked at the huge selection of antiques here! Walked out with a stack of antique books I did not expect to find, very pleased and will be back!
Rlly nice antique store
Lots of cool stuff definitely recommend going at LEAST once..
The people who run it are fabulous!! Prices are very reasonable. They will call dealer if you make an offer on an item.
Terrific reuse of old brick warehouse. Chock- a- block with high quality antiques across a wide spectrum & price points. No junk! Helpful staff, have made COVID-safe (as possible. ) and music that doesnt make you want to run out. 2nd visit in year+, doesnt disappoint.
Nice selection from different vendors of antique and vintage items. Especially nice glassware selection
Unique store. Relatively large selection.
This place is socially responsible and customer friendly. Great place to find what ever.
Many interesting finds.A must if youre a collector of Asian artifacts like I am.
Large collection, aisles are clean and its easy enough to survey collections on sale with everything tagged and priced.Only lacks in little organization in collections, which for some is a feature of antique digging anyways rather than an actual detractor.Parking is easily available, but suffers from the typical repurposed factory debris or untidy grounds keeping which is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the interior.
Amazing antique shop...we will be back for sure 💙
Fun place to visit
Great Group Shop. Really nice place. Plenty of stuff.
A blast from the passed.
Fantastic place great people a lot of treasures.
There is certainly a wide range of items available here and some of those items are on the lower end, but the good stuff they have is extremely good, Kathy is wonderful. And when we could not find something we had purchased, they were going to refund our money based, strictly, on our word (thank you Connie). We did find the item before they mailed the check so we were embarrassed and relieved both at the same time but we had an outstanding experience here and have every intention of going back next time we are anywhere close.
The selection is amazing and the inventory and the way it is laid out is top-notch. I suppose my only little complaint is that its been found, so the different vendors prices are all over the place. Some of the items are just completely out of whack with what they are. Its not that Im necessarily looking for a good deal, Ill pay for it great item, but some of the prices are just over the top.The owner is five stars and although Im a little disappointed that its been discovered, Im glad Fair them and I hope they do amazing. Its worth a trip from out of state
Interesting pieces everywhere
Great to browse. Nice items displayed.
Great place for a large variety of quality antiques.
This is a real shopping experience in this area. Loaded with a nice variety of antiques and collectibles. A fun place to shop for unusual and old stuff. Prices run the range of high to low.
Nice selection of antiques in is
Fun place to spend a couple of hours. Good selection of interesting antiques! Can’t wait to get down this way to go exploring here again!!
Very nice selection of items. Problem: Not all items are what their tag says. Solid gold could be gold plated, jade could be stone etc. Buyer beware all sales are final even if you were duped.
This is one the best if not the best antique shops in all of New England. There is a variety of all sorts of treasures including furniture and art from the 18th to 20th century. I have been all over the Northeast and have never seen a collection quite like this. The staff are very helpful. This place is well worth the drive. This is not the place to go to if you are looking for shabby chic or crafts. This shop is for serious collectors looking for quality authentic pieces. The prices also seem quite reasonable.
An amazing place to go through on a rainy day or one of those days qhere you have nothing to do! The store has such a wide variety of antiques, the prices are a little much but its nothing to outrageous. The staff are nice and easy to work with.
Great place and staff
Best antiques in the south coast area. Been shopping there for over 20 years.
Prices were a bit high, but they had a lot of nice stuff.
This is an excellent place to shop for antiques, vintage pieces, and collectables. You have to set aside enough time to roam all of the numerous isles in this old New Bedfords mill location. It is the perfect setting for this co-op of over 100 dealers.I cant believe I wrote that over 5 years ago and I still feel the same way! Dont miss this stop in your antique shopping tour!
Many dealers with excellent varity! Even my wife liked it here!
Love looking around there, never know what you will find
Really interesting place, you never know what you might find
Great antiques consignment space. Excellent variety of items from the local area!
Very well organized, nice antiques, not a huge variety of smaller or less expensive items, esp for a crafter, although they do have one fantastic booth geared more towards a crafter, but the rest is more high end antiques, and I did find the staff to be a bit on the snooty, not very outgoing, or friendly side. Maybe they work on commission, but even so... Even MORE so.. They should never judge a book by its cover!
Great selection of items, clean and neat.
Great selection, great location, and just the right size. Very friendly and helpful staff, too.
This place is huge and has some great old treasures
Always spend an hour or more browsing thru the overflowing booths . Fun and lucrative. Never leave without some new treasure .
Great fun to look through all the old stuff. Time consuming as there is so much to look at. One of our favorite stops. Enjoy.
Fantastic Service, quality Antiques and fun bric-a-brac, one of my top antiquing go tos. Prices are pretty much right on
Lots of good stuff, I had fun
I would consider this more of a knick knack shop then an antique store. Run-of-the-mill household items from the teens to the current day. I only buy *man-tiques (* old things probably found in mens garages *mantiques). I didnt really see any of that in there. I have been going here for the last 5 + years and have not purchased anything yet.
Great place allways find something!
Lots to look at. There are up is very easy to walk through . some item are pricy.I enjoyed the srore
Found silver candlesticks, a beautiful wool blanket and a gorgeous, unusual table today!
If you like to antique this is a place you need to go. Can spend an afternoon looking at old stuff that brings back memories.
Nice place, plan on taking your time, if you blitz through youll miss a lot.
If your looking for really old stuff, this place is for you
Awesome walk thru the past. Large show room with quality antiques
Best antique shop around!
Great place plenty to see and helpful employees.
Terrible place ..... rude staff ...uncomfortable going in and out because of drug clinic next door and the people from there crowd around the entrance....Selection has become very stale nothing ever new really .one to skip that for sure !!!
One of the best ..a must go!!
I have been finding treasures here for over a decade! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nice place. A little pricey but there are treasures to be found.
Very expensive merchandise... just because somethings old doesnt mean that you should pay a lot of money for it...
General local antiques mall in a former mill. Almost all shops are unstaffed. Everything from small items to furniture to architectural salvage.
Very nice friendly and helpful staff and amazing array of antiques
Best cooperative antique establishment in southeastern mass.
Very nice selection of unique pieces, priced ok for these items, but not a ritzy high end or bottom feeder junk store. Stuff I would put in my house.
Unique items and fair prices
Great shop, wide variety of items, fair prices!
Good times
Awesome thanks so much for the fine antiques
Lots to see. Prices are steep
I am not stealing. Please stop following me around the store every time I come. Thank you.
There is so much to see... I spent a few hours there
Great stuff can wait to go 🔙
BEST Antique shop in greater NEW Bedford !
Lots of booths. Clean interior. The parking is not the best but it works.
Its okay but 1/2 hour ahead of closing they gave me a 15 minute warning and I didnt check my watch. So I put a few things down and left
Many things...nice place
Best wedding and reception!
Old stuff 🗿💨
Best antiques venue in the city!
Its okay. I didnt buy anything
Great antique store with some unique buys, unfortunately many items are over priced.
This place is awesome!
