The voice commands dont seem to work easily with Android auto on my 2018 Mitsubishi and this new 2022 Mitsubishi. Management did help me but I can only answer the phone not use my voice to call. Wish someone could walk me through it.

What a great place to buy a car or truck. Roy and Dan could not have been anymore helpful. Bought a GMC pickup. Found a stain on seat a dent in bumper. No problem they fixed it. I brought my Outlander to this Mitsubishi dealership for a recall issue. I dropped it off and about an hour later Judy from Service called me saying the recall problem was taken car of but a few other issues really needed to be addressed. My pessimistic husband assumed they were exaggerating and had his mechanic check the car out later on. I was so happy to find out they were not exaggerating, they were doing their jobs and letting me know my truck needed some love (as Judy put it!). I am so relieved to have found a shop I can trust. Vehicle was and still a great vehicle but was lied to about some of the details and have contacted them a few times with no reply so its definitely the 1st and last time i do business with them.

Horrible dealer. Made appointment to go view a car and got there and was told the car was sold days ago. Called me an hour before appointment and said car is ready for me. Drove an hour there just to be told it was sold days ago. Did not even apologize or even try to me things right. Just said car is sold. Will never do business with them ever. Poor communication. Had a friend inquired about the same car and was told still available. How is it sold to someone in Texas and still be available
A lot of newer and low mileage cars with great customer service.. Sales department to financing they did everything to accommodate us. Great experience and I have a feeling we will be back in a couple years for my wife. Thank you gentlemen !
I just traded in my vehicle for a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT. I went to three different dealerships before I came right back to New Bedford. I had met with Dan to test drive the Outlander. He was very nice and took the time to notice that I did my research on it. He was really helpful, nice, and kept reaching out to me when I was trying to make that big car decision. I walked out of there today so confident that this was the right choice for me. I enjoyed my Outlander and the RF sound system all the way home. I bought a car from this dealership and it died miserably on me. They offered me another car, and to no surprise it also died on me. They fixed it which is great, but my girlfriend bought a car from new bedford mitsubishis other dealership, joes auto mall, on rivet. It died 3 months later, and the check engine light turned on twice and all they did was shut it off. Now its dead, when i called and asked if she had a warranty. I was met with in a round about way of telling us we were s@#$ out of luck. In so many words. And after everything is said and done i would like to tell everybody out there to NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! unless you like having to rearrange your schedule every day because of the expensive paper weight they sold you. If i could give them no stars i would. Save the headache go elsewhere, period!!!

Although our experience during purchase was awsome, and we made a referral within our family who also purchased an auto, we were offered a $100 referral gift but never recieved it. I instead the check was sent to the 2nd buyers and we were left to argue with family. WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER REFERRAL NOR PURCHASE EVER AGAIN..

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I got a promotion in the mail saying I won a prize. Called the dealership multiple times to confirm I won and there was no strings attached. They assured me multiple times and set up an app to come collect my prize. I get there and they say I didn’t win and try to get my info for a car I didn’t agree too when the paper said “survey”. After expressing my feelings they still had the nerve to ask if me or someone I knew is looking for a car from them.CROOKS.
Started using robo calls. Horrible move. The last thing any potential customer wants is prerecorded UNSOLICITED calls (I’ve received 4 from NBM in the past week). You should seriously reconsider your customer outreach strategy. I’d be willing to bet that you are loosing way more business then you are gaining with this campaign.

They legit had us waiting forever without actually saying anything. The customer that is 2 spots after us left before us. There was about 10 people working there. 5 of them was just talking with each other at the desk. Worst customer service I have ever had and I bought 3 cars at different dealerships.

I bought a car from them and had an excellent buying experience; however I am currently pulling my hair out trying to get them to fix it. I hope after this next appointment they actually fix it; the last three times they did absolutely nothing on it. While the buying process was easy and Dan was great, I cannot say the same about their service department. I would be very careful about buying a car from them that may need any sort of repair during the warranty period.EDIT: My car was finally fixed! However once it was, I was asked to take down my review after I mentioned I would edit it to reflect the corrected work.TLDR: Buying experience was quick, easy and well managed by Dan but their service department needs a makeover. 10/10 car buying experience, 0/10 for the service department.

WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR. Do not and I repeat DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry SE with 37,000 miles about 40 days ago. I have a 90 day dealer warranty and a 4 year 48,000 mile bumper to bumper Plan Hi-Tech warranty on the vehicle. In these past 40 days from purchase, Ive had to do an alignment, a balance on all 4 tires. I’ve had to fix the calipers on the vehicle as well, and now I have a busted ball joint that makes my travel dangerous, Judy from Service won’t fix a damn thing. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with as I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from other dealers.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Joes Auto mall. I also have them serviced here. The purchase experience was very good and they are well known in New Bedford as being the best place to buy a used car in the area. They are also very competitively priced in service. They only charge $60/hour which is much lower than the new car dealers and because they were a new KIA dealer, their mechanics have been certified and well trained. They are very professional and honest. They get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend them based on the very good experiences I have had there.

****STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!****They convinced my boyfriend to buy a beautiful car that is FULL of problems. Hes stuck paying hundreds of dollars although he has bumper to bumper coverage, as well as a 4 year extended warranty coverage! Absolutely insane. Save yourself, and your wallet and go elsewhere.

Dealer Lied about making hard inquiries on my credit reportI went there after being looking for a Mitsubishi Mirage on Mitsubishi website, Mitsubishi representantive called me and I told them that I didnt have plans to buy the car before march/2020, she asked me to at least check the car and get a test drive to make sure I wanted to buy it next year, I accepted and she scheduled the appointment at New Bedford Mitsubishi, there I was very well treated except by the fact that I was always saying that I didnt want to buy the car now and didnt want to get a hard inquiry on my credit because it was going to affect my score, they were always telling me that they was just doing a offer check for pre-approval to give me offers using a soft-credit pull, I accepted it, they gave me an price and I decided to dont get the car on that day, next day I look my credit report and it shows there a hard pull, my credit score decreased, and even after contacting the sales manager, they didnt answer me back or fix it, after this problem I have more than sure now that I will not buy a car from them.

My boyfriend bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in March from Joes Auto Mall. We went on Kelly Blue Book to see the real value of his car, and it said $2,000.00. So we were mind blown, knowing that he owes $15,000.00 on this car. We then went to Car Fax to see the history of the car...and it stated that there has been 3 previous owners and the car has STRUCTUAL DAMAGE. When he bought the car, Joe told him there was only 1 previous owner, and NEVER mentioned the structural damage. Why would we have bought the car if we knew that?!?! I would never recommend going here to buy a car.
