Internet was fine but when I moved they never properly disconnected my service. I was charged for several months after I moved away from xfinity service area. 6 months later I am still chasing them down for a refund, being promised a refund, and not receiving it. Customer service is impossible to get in touch with a real human and the automated voice isnt programmed to deal with this.
Been without cable,,internet,,and phone been trying to contact them and wont even pick up I understand the weather was bad but I need internet service and they wont respond

Amazing service! I had a really bad time in the Allston and Plymouth locations, they admitted to basically cheating me into a plan, broke my phone and told me to leave... After this I went to the New Bedford location and it was like a totally different company! Heather was awesome! She took care of everything, she deserves a raise and a promotion!

The reason for my recent visit to this center was to complain about poor internet service for over three weeks, must say I was ready to pour out my frustrations on the agent. He scheduled a technician very next day and was more than helpful to my needs. It turns out the main line had water damage, Steve was able to replace it in no time. Both Jose Ramos and Steve was warm, friendly and professional. Im very happy with my overall experience in this center.

Was in and out within 5 minutes. Picked up my xfinity wifi and tv equipment and went home and set it all up through their app within 30 minutes. Relatively painless.
I hate using the app because it cant solve or answer all the questions I have, so I went to the store. You have to give your phone number so they can txt you when you can come in due to covid-19. The wait wasnt to bad, and once inside everything went smoothly.
I have had my modem reset three times in last three weeks due to shoddy internet service at best. No text or call back-can’t get anyone in person-today they said I would receive a call within thirty minutes-that was two and a half hours ago. Yet an automated call came through with a survey regarding the service I was supposed to receive. Currently looking for another provider. The only reason one star is checked off is b/c I couldn’t post otherwise.

I received excellent service from Suzanne on Sept 5. The office was extremely crowded and busy, but this was my only free day I had to go in and discuss my bill. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how she greeted me. She was so friendly and personable. She asked me questions to find out what was important to me and then looked and showed me the best plan available. Best experience I have ever had at Comcast. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

They didnt know that the equipment that I returned was from my present address. They thought I still had equipment from my old address.I stated that I had returned it long ago.
I was at the store on December 3rd and it was very busy. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the GREAT service I received from a an employee named Suzanne. I had a lot of questions about my bill and the reason it was always changing. She took the time to look up my account and explain the pro rates on one bill and that someone in the home is ordering/purchasing movies. She then took the time to write the directions down for me on how to put a purchase pin on my cable box, also demonstrated the steps. I often dread going into the Comcast but she made my visit very pleasurable. On another note I went in on Dec 31st to pay my bill. I requested to speak with her and was told she no longer works there. Too bad Comcast you lost a caring, understanding AWESOME employee.

15 minutes to closing and the staff still pleasantly smiled and greeted me. I had a crate full of equipment to return and no one glared or complained about needing to close or anything. My every question was answered before I could even think of it. Amazing experience and I cant wait for the next trip to get some phones!

The staff were very friendly and even though there were a few people in front of me in line when I got there, I didn’t have a long wait. I returned my old cable box, got all the paperwork I needed, and had a few questions answered in less than 10 minutes. Best part? While I was waiting in the Customer Service line, one of the salesmen helped me out since he was free at that moment. He didn’t just look at me and make me wait because it “wasn’t his job” like so many other people do at other places.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went there the other day to swap equipment as I was told to do so by the person on the phone. It was 5:30pm and I could not find a spot to park and when I got in the line was out the door. Every person that was working was helping a customer with the cell phone. I have been in here at this hour before and there are usually 2 girls that get the line moving. I did not see them. When I asked the girl at the front desk about them she knew exactly who I was talking about and explained they no longer work for the company. That is too bad because both girls were extremely knowledgeable. It’s too bad these two young ladies are no longer there. It’s definitely a loss for Comcast and especially the customer.
The 5 star rating is purely for the young lady I had the pleasure of being helped by on Thursday morning September 5, 2019. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. She took a very tense situation and made things better and left me with a positive impression even if I wasnt thrilled with Comcast as an overall corporation.

Ive had problems after problems with this xfinity location. First off I went there three separate times for a new phone all three times I was asked for my name and number and when in stock they will call me. After months of waiting and a new phone had just come out. One in which I gave my information to receive a call once they had one in stock. I decided to go and see what was available come to find out one of the phones I was supposedly on the list for to get a call for was in stock. Another words I was lied to in regards to getting any call.Then recently had an issue with my new phone in which everyone had an excuse on why they couldnt do anything. Seems as though this xfinity is good for nothing. Aside from bill paying and returning devices.AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Stopped in on a Saturday expected it to be busy but they did not have nearly enough help. I used the machine to pay bill but a good amount of people where there watched then asked me how do you use that. Need a greeter. Someone to orgi ize the lines and show people where self pay is and how to use if they dont know. Would improve customer service at this location

Long line. There were approximately 8 or so service counters but only 2 of them were manned. Consequently the line was out the door. I have a handicap (spinal stenosis) that prevents me from standing in lines for more than a few minutes. I advised the young lady at the reception counter of my situation and she told me that I could have a seat and she would save my place in line. She was there for about 20 minutes or so (admiring her diamond studded gold fingernails, and I must say they were quite impressive), but unfortunately she left shortly before it was my turn to be serviced. After 10 minutes or so she still hadnt returned to her station. To add insult to injury, the person who was to be behind me in line was an elderly woman who did not speak or understand the English language. Fortunately the gentleman that was in front of me in the line was bilingual had overheard me. He was able to communicate with the elderly woman and explained the situation. The woman was very understanding, but had it not been for that stroke of luck, theres no telling just how long I would have had to wait to get serviced.

Been here twice in one week. Long lines each time. There are about 6 seats for customer service, only 2 are in use! Every person in line complained about the wait time. They are patient and knowledgeable with all the aggravated customers. There are 2 kiosks to just make a payment. There were 2 sales people there to sell all their electronics- phones, tablets, etc. Apparently, they are competing with Sprint, etc. now. There is handicap parking but the doors are not, Im disabled and found that, if anything they are especially heavy!

This is the worst cable in America. Get a little wind. Cable goes out, cant change the station. Plus comcast is a complete RIP off. When u call they put u on hold for a long time, and u dont get anyone that can help u, or doesnt speak English. I wouldnt even give them any stars. Direct TV is the way to go.
