They DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS Good luck dealing with this company....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We returned a pair of defective boots and were issued a credit. We have tried for years to get a refund, leaving messages as well as speaking with people who told us they would send a check....then they tried to tell us that they had already issued the credit and even provided a copy of the so called credit it was fake looked absolutely nothing like their invoices and referenced Miscellaneous for an amount that didnt match anything we had purchased from them. When we received the Fake credit we pulled ALL our transactions with them and could not find any such credit or invoice. Once again we called to speak to the same person, and was told, I will look into it and get back to you Guess what, no return call.... We called this same person back after over a week and this time we were told that it was their policy to only issue credits toward your next order, no refunds. I asked to see the written policy and was told This is our policy Why was I never told that in the beginning and Where is it written????
