Patricia, the manager was very helpful when I wanted to downsize my unit. She found something right away and let me have a few extra days to vacate my unit, ( being willing to prorate by the day). She really cares about helping customers with what they need. And she cares about the upkeep of the facility. She seems to work very hard and is easily available. She has a great work ethic! I would recommend cubesmart storage.

Absolutely terrible place. 10/10 do not recommend. Had storage there for a year and a half. Bought a house, needed to cancel the unit.. on moving day found mouse droppings everywhere. Ruined a bunch of our stuff. Told the associate who worked there, did not care... told us to go through insurance as we did and the insurance and policy of company are essentially useless... they only thing they could do was refund for a month LOL. Guess this is how we do business.

I was a satisfied customer for 5 years until the price kept going up after cube smart took over. I occupied a climate controlled unit which I paid extra for each year, 7 years in total. I finally got tired of the monthly rate ($320 per month for a 10x15 unit) and decided to move. When I entered my unit I saw immediately that there were mouse droppings all over my belongings. I mean ALL OVER. I found a dead mouse during my move in one of my boxes (that had been chewed through) and the stench was horrible. I also found mold on much of my wooden furniture. I dont know how I would have mold on my furniture if this was a climate controlled unit. And before everyone starts making an argument about the mice, I had ZERO food products in my unit. ZERO! I wont mention the insects I saw while removing my belongings from this unit.As a result, many of my belongings found themselves at the city dump which I had to pay for of course and wasted hours waiting in line on a Saturday. I also realized that even though I moved out on 9/5/2020 I would be charged for the full month. I guess they need the extra money to feed the mice.

I did everything online, i got just what i wanted, easy access to get in and i feel safe and secure with my storage stuff. I only went in to meet staff my first time, super friendly staff. Thank you

Nick was exceptionally personable and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to show us the unit we would be renting as well as offering to hold the unit for a week until we were ready to start renting. The staff is A+ here!The unit overall was in fair condition, I did need to vacuum it as it was very dusty, but otherwise no issue. The complex looked to be well maintained, and secure. I would suggest a quick sweep or to utilize a leaf blower to clean the units between renters.The only thing holding up a 5 star review are the fees. There was a fee to start renting the unit, as well as a fee associated with the rental insurance. I feel that there should be a cost of doing business included in the monthly rental, and that should not include gotcha administrative fees.

Both Nick and Nick has both helped with my decision to go with Cubesmart storage in order so that I could have been able to help a friend. They honored me the online deal in store and was able to reserve the cube and their on site rental truck with a small fee to use for moving day. It was very convenient. The cube we got was a 10x15 outside for easy Back up and unload giving it was no building in front only drive lane between storage which it’s a plus! Also notice our storage unit has a electrical outlet and a light fixture one on each side wall, which it’s great now for the early sun down when needing to stop met our unit at night. All around it was a expectational well of a service provided by Cubesmart. Thank you guys

Easy and convenient. I booked online and went to the storefront and paid and got my unit same day. Customer service was great and the prices were lower than other storage companies in the area. Unit was clean and empty upon arrival.

Very nice manager who showed me around and provided all the info. I was looking for. In fact, I was so impressed with the security and the facility overall - that I did secure a unit. My only issue would be that when anyone is dealing with a customer - take care of that customer before moving on to others that come into the office. Customer Service 101 is to handle each customer in the order in which they arrive. I was there over an hour for business that I think could have been done in 20 minutes at the most. Other than that - very nice place! And I look forward to my time associated with CubeSmart!!! :)

Im not ever able to use the unit i pay 200 a month for ... they were going to let me know about 24 hour access Im a manager and dont get out till late also live an hour away.... so it is imperative its been 2 months asked about the access 3 times .. i havent got a response... But they are sure to call and let me know Im late paying a unit i cant access..

I have lived in New Bedford all my life and had to use storage units for some reason. When I was told about the CubeSmart Self Storage Units I said to myself its just another Storage place. I was wrong, it is The Storage Unit. Clean, convient, and more so i was treated and greeted with the up most respect. I feel confident my belongings are safe. I rate this place with a 5 star. HORRIBLE if I could give zero stars I would. We had been told we were all set for our military discount. Then when I discovered we still werent getting it we went in again and spoke to someone they told me I had to have my husband show his ID yet again. Hes already shown it twice and my military spouses ID isnt good enough. I feel like they were just pushing us off so they didnt have to give us the discount. When I finally lost it and complained they told me they would prorate the discount back as far as they could to get us our money back because weve been over charged for so long now and now that Im ready to cancel my account and bring up the overages they dont want to prorate it even though its what I was promised. I would never treat my customers the way they are treating me.

I walked into Cubesmart not to sure about how my experience was going to go. I read a couple of the reviews online so I figured I would give it a shot. I must say I am so HAPPY that I decided to rent my storage unit there. Ive never had such a great customer service experiance in my life. Joseph A. Was so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He helped get me everything I needed in a timely manner. He was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I recommend Cubesmart for anyone in the New Bedford area. Only thing that was good about the service was my storage was clean. Everytime I would go there to pay on my storage during open hours, low and behold they were never opened. Always had to talk to the service line that picks up after no one picks up there. Also i went to close my storage a few days ago as the manager was leaving once again cause there never there. Takes my info tells me he will handle the close of my storage. Well i called the next day at 930am when they say they open, no one was there to pick up the phone or even get there service line till a lil after noon. Once again the service line informs me that my storage was never closed & still active. That they will process it and send an email to the storage facility that they should contact me some time in the day to comferm everything. Yea three & half hours later i get the call. Never again will i go back to this storage. How you run a business when your office is never open.

Nice and clean and reasonably priced

Worst storage place around, they have mice and roaches. I went in to get some things out of my unit and found both mouse poop, and roaches on my stuff. As well as chewed up items of mine. When I told the management they said that there is nothing they could do. Just call the insurance company and figure it out. Seriously how is that my problem? They should have to get me help to remove all my stuff, and now my couch and my bed is ruined and all my clothes that are in there have to be washed if its even salvageable. I will never ever use cube smart again and no one should!

Absolute worst place to deal with. Will empty both of my 10x10 storage rooms ASAP. The rates were already high before Cubesmart took over and sure enough the new company raised the rates again !!!! Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone !!!
