Paid almost $4k for a BAF warehouse fan with WL. I paid up front and it too WL 3 weeks to order the fan from BAF. After 2 weeks of waiting I called WL to ask what the hold up was, they said the ordered it and are waiting on them. I called BAF a little over a week later to see what the hold up was, I was told WL just put the order in three days prior. So I asked for a refund and here it is 20 days later and I have still not received a refund.

We have been getting these lights to replace the shops old florescent tube 8ft as the drivers go bad - 100% would recommend them to anyone needing lights!We purchased them a few years ago and we just recently had some of the drivers go bad, I was going to just purchase new drivers, but instead called and asked the sales team what they can do THEY JUST MAILED ME OUT NEW POWER DRIVERS NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

We have worked with Warehouse-Lighting in New Berlin on four of our local buildings and have been extremely happy with them. They partnered with us to choose the best lighting for the building and put us in contact with Focus on Energy to get a rebate for the lighting. We have seen significant reductions in our electric bills. I would recommend them!

Cant say enough about this companys products and customer service. Total ease of doing business and the product is everything that was promised. Will undoubtedly be ordering from them again for all of my lighting needs.

I ordered a light for my downstairs. It came defective. I contacted them about returning it. It cost me $98 to return it and the mounting kit. I didnt pay much more than that. I am awaiting a response from the company to see if they will reimburse shipping. I would not recommend this company if there is any chance you may need to return an item. I will amend this review if there is a positive outcome, but as it stands I will probably be out all the shipping. Not a very happy customer!!!!Update 03/09/21:I have recently been contacted by the company and it was explained that there was a misunderstanding and they did not realize the product was effective. In which case, they would have paid for the return shipping or said not to return the item. They did say that if the product had just not worked out or wasnt to our liking the return would have been at my expense. It seems to me that if it was returned unused and in resalable condition a person should be able to return it for a full refund. Still not loving the return policy, but they did demonstrate effort to make this situation right.

I needed new lighting for a home remodel, and the WL guys totally came through for me. I didnt really know what i needed other than the general look i wanted, and they helped me find the best lighting options for each area. After that, they found me high quality LED lighting that was considerably less expensive than what the electricians or another provider was offering. Outstanding advice, service, quality and result. I could not recommend them higher!

Great experience. I have been helped by Andy and Pat. I am a customer for almost a year now. Both have been very helpful. When I need help in selecting items or copies of specs they were exceptional. Great products, great prices, the best lighting warehouse.

I have been working with this company for years. They have always respected my business and worked hard to be accommodative. I have dealt with a few representatives over the years and found each one knowledgeable in lighting logistics. Buying a fixture is not a one size fits all proposition. That is why it helps to work with someone who can calculate what products are best suited for a specific environment. The products have always been delivered in a timely manner and at a decent price.

Ordered 6 fixtures for a new office space last week, they arrived and it was the wrong fixture. I notified customer service, and received several false apologies. I told them I needed the fixtures by a specific date which required expedited shipping. Their only solution was for me to pay the extra shipping costs to the tune of $400 so that I could get the correct fixtures that I ordered on time to complete a build out. Steve Philips, their general manager, was of no help whatsoever. He was surprised that I needed the fixtures within a specific time, and actually said that I needed to pay for expedited shipping to correct their mistake. Unbelievably bad customer service, the apologies I received were false because they didn’t care to actually take responsibility for their mistake, there wasn’t a time crunch until they sent me the wrong fixture. I was hoping I had found a good source for lighting, but they clearly don’t care about their customers. Now I’m going to have to push our move in a week, which will cost me literally thousands, and I had to reschedule my electrician who is charging me a fee. I was never offered any type of discount, and now will be wasting my time repacking the wrong fixtures to get them shipped back. I strongly recommend you purchase lighting somewhere, anywhere else.
