You all did a “decent” job. Other than the fact my windshield was not replaced on the day promised, everything went well. The new windshield is nice, I just had to re-arrange my plans.My concern is: how do I pay? The man who repaired my windshield told me to call the customer service number where I was put on a waitlist twice and no one ever called back. Will I receive a bill by mail? I tried going to the local office to pay at 822 S. Glen Burnie Road and Google maps led me to an empty building meanwhile Apple Maps led me to a literal ditch/swamp.

From the one and only phone call I have been impressed, Phone answered in the first 2 or 3 rings by a real human being. She took care of everything, Insurance, scheduling and all necessary information. On the day of appointment tech called showed up on time and did an excellent job, very personable and efficient. Company came out to my place of work, swapped out the windshield in no time. Tech said it would be 45 minutes. He was done in about 25. Very clean install. Highly recommend.
