It is a good shop near my home for not only tire work but also. auto repair and maintenance work. They sell used tires also. I have purchased used tires once. They were ok. Decided to go for new tires whenever possible. Now I take my cars for repair and maintenance. Good place for oil change.It is a fully functional auto maintenance and tire repair shop.I took my car for state inspection. I was out of their premises with in an hour. Blake Frames, service manager and other staff are knowledgeable, courteous and quick in finding out what needs to be done.I strongly recommend this place for your auto repair work.

I love coming here! They know exactly how to treat their customers. An Oil Change is only 20 dollars! Let me tell you again an oil change is ONLY 20 DOLLARS. Best place to get your car back in good shape

I went to get an oil change with synthetic oil. They charged me $71. After I left the place my car was working fine. But then a couple days later, my cars oil level became low. The mechanic who worked on my car did something wrong and forced me to pay for oil from another auto repair shop. I recommend going to Jiffy lube or advance auto parts or an official car dealership to get maintenance on your vehicle. The mechanics at this place dont seem too experienced.

I waited for 2 hours only to be told that they couldnt help me. They had no good tires in my size used or new. I went to the Latino man right up the street in the blue garage and he had me done with a beautiful tire in 10 minutes.

I had to check a star to at least post my comments but nevertheless I DO NOT recommend this place. After taking my car thee second day because they DIDNT do what the said they would do to only have my car from 8:30 am to 2:ish and my car was never TOUCHED. The so called MANAGER argued with me and laughed at me over the phone. Definitely not a good place of business and I needed my car done to go back home. Bad bad bad service

The staff was polite. However, we waited for 72 minutes for a used tire. Watched them eat lunch while we stood outside with my husband just for them to say they thought we left. They then said it would be another 45 minutes so we left. We just came to another tire place and were immediately serviced.

The employee came inside the office an said to me mam you need to move your car knowing the entire time a lady had just backed into my car failed to mention that. The lady was outside waiting thank goodness cause the employee sure didnt plan on telling me an later he admitted to watching her do it. SMDH

I took my Rogue to have the tires rotated, I was not there very long. Everyone is so nice and the gentleman that worked on my Rogue went above and beyond by letting me know I would need my brakes done soon. I thought that was very helpful to me, I thank you for that info. Thank you for your kindness, info, and outstanding timely work.

During this time of high stress and uncertainty I have to say it really counts a lot with me when someone is courteous and provides the service that is advertise. Craven Tire and Automotive did just that. They were polite, gave me accurate information and completed the request in a timely fashion.

This is the most awesome tire shop I have ever dealt with. I had a a blow out Friday, and had to call road side assistant and be towed to craven tire, we got there at 5:05 p.m they close at 5:30 p.m as we know no one want to do hard work just minutes before getting off. The two torte installers worried together on it and had me out of the place by 5:24. These are two wonderful costumer considerate employees.

I unfortunately bought a car that ended up having problem after problem. I took it to craven tire for the first issue and a year later Im still getting issues dealt with. Blake is awesome and I know there have been times when he wanted to choke me for calling so much but he stayed very professional. Between the great service, work performed and the 100 days same as cash option I would have been walking a long time ago!

Make take some time but worth it. They do really good work.

Brought my car in first thing in the morning for a set of new tires and they were already very busy there were two men billy and Logan. who made me a loyal customer for life simply because they were very quick, honest, and didn’t mine me talking to them whilst they worked I was in and out within an hour greatest experience I have had at an automotive shop in the past several years thank you Logan and billy for the quick service and smiles I appreciate your hard work.

I went there for the first time today. And was extremely pleased with this shop. Prices are reasonable, the wait time wasn’t very long and the employees are honest. I will definitely continue to get my car services done with them!

Team is good, just make sure when they say they have your tires and are ready for you to come have them put on that they actually put eyes on instead of waiting until old tires are off to tell you they actually dont have the new set. Waste of my time and out $200 deposit.

I have used Craven Tire for several years now in all those years I have never left their disappointed or dissatisfied. When everyone goes to the service window they are greeted with a warm How may I help you? the work is done quickly and always count on receiving quality work. The lounge is quite and comfortable. The Management are more than happy to work with you on all your vehicle repairs. Why waste your money going somewhere else when you can get the same services as all the others when you can have it done by Craven Tire and know that it will be done correctly and with a smile.

Had my springs my 3 inch coils and fix shocks from Thuren fab installed here and nothing but professional. Had it done on short notice and had it done is less than a day. The price tag was much much lower than what I expected. Would 1000% recommend taking your vehicle here for anything.

They told my sin his car would be ready by 11am. It was after 1pm before they were completely finished. And they kept his car overnight!!

Bought 4 tires and got a state inspection. The tires were at a good price and the inspection was on sale for $10. Everyone was helpful and friendly. No one tried to sell me things I did not ask for. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted. Very happy with the whole experience.

I like coming here, great customer service. Just remember the next time one of employees wants to make fun of the condition of someones vehicle or tires, they usually arent too far away to where they cant hear you laughing about it.

They have really the best quality service in the area. Despite their posted hours they have not once but twice been flexible about that to get me on the road again. They will not give you a product that is not 100% satisfactory and moreover, they wont charge you like a dealership. I strongly recommend you check them out before anyone else.

The service was nothing short of excellent. They patched my 34 tire, balanced it, rebuilt the sensor and wiped the wheel. Everyone was friendly. We were helped immediately. Great quick friendly service. Went in for a state inspection. Was out in about 15 minutes. I was also informed that they were running a special on inspections which was an unexpected surprise. I would definitely return for service as well as referring my friends.

It may not look like a fancy shiny Tire store but these guys are friendly, fast and experienced. They have always had tires in stock for my car and My honeys. Other places have made me wait till the proper tires were located and when you decide to put new tires on the day before a 1000 mile trip that makes a difference!! They also did my State inspection and oil change so they a full service facility.

New to the area, had a nail in my tire, stopped at Craven Tire for repair... was in and out of their shop quickly, tire was repaired without removing from my vehicle.Thank you for quick, polite service.

Went in to get my tires rotated after an hour was asked to come back the next day because they werent close to getting to my car and didnt want me waiting all day. I went back a week later (I bought my tires with them so the rotation was free and so I just hoped it would be different this time) and ended up waiting 2 hrs for my tires to finally be rotated (after being told there was a 30 min wait). The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the workers greeted me nicely and were agreeable. Will try my hardest not to come back.

A young man work there by the name of Joey, I think that he maybe some type of manger for the tire department, his customer service skills are awesome, he goes all out to let you know that he appreciate your business and it seen like its an honor to him to service the customers, when ever I go there for any type of service I always look for him because he is very knowledgeable in his field of work and he have the personality that keep you coming back, please mention this review to him and let him know how valuable he is there. This place done awesome work for me to the point that I actually left each employee with a $20 tip each, due to the fact that I was in a crunch blew a tire on Highway 70 West had it towed to their shop within 30 minutes of had two new tires on the truck balanced and I was on my way.

Bought 4 new tires on Thurs, Sat while driving one went flat, changed tire in pouring rain, took it back on Monday. Had to buy another tire, they said that theyd send tire to mfg to see about a refund but refused to give me a credit, LAST set of tires Ill buy from there and I have bought alot of tire from them in the past.

A wonderful find for a local tire and auto service center. Staff makes a great effort. Have had my cars there for tires, valve stem replacement, TPMS programming, and alignment. They also work on boats and boat trailers too.

Yet another auto shop that tries to take advantage of women. I have bought used tires from them before with no problem. 2 months ago, I purchased a brand new tire, that mysteriously started going flat. I took it back to the shop, and upon their examining it, they said that there were a few spots along the edge of the tire that was leaking air. The managers response was it looks like I mustve hit a pothole, and that I would have to buy a brand new tire. Its mighty funny that Ive never hit a pothole that caused my tire to start leaking air before in my life. I will eventually buy a brand new tire, but I vow to never do business with them again. They should be ashamed.

Honest good guys they do not take advantage of women or there prices

Called them to have used tires put on my vehicle they told me it was a 2 hour wait today and that they were unusually busy but if I came in tomorrow after 1pm it shouldnt be a problem. I went in at 1:15pm the next day and sat for over 2 and a half hours waiting. I was never told how long it would be when I got there if I had known I wouldnt have waited.

One of the few honest shops left, often busy, but Blake, Joey, and Philip all do great work at a fair price.

I own a 2013 Chrysler 200 and when I moved back in the area in 2016 I put my car in Craven Tire’s hands and never had to have that doubt that I hope my car cranks in the morning or performs to standard. I brought this vehicle by accident actually, picture it Afghanistan 2012 bored surfing (paddling actually) through slow internet on a car site feeling myself because I have some extra change in my account and now that’s my baby. Lol
