I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Dawn really went above and beyond what I typically expect is good customer service. Shes very knowlegable and thorough in helping me pick the perfect mattress. I was so impressed I had my mom come to the store as well. Long story short, I fully intended to just browse and continue shopping around for a bed and ended up buying two. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We bought a mattress with the 30 day comfort guarantee. We didn’t like the size and hardness so we decided to switch to a softer, king size bed and payed an additional $1000. It’s been over a month, and they haven’t picked up the queen size bed and haven’t brought the new one. The salesperson in New Bern gave us no answer and a bogus “manager” email. I called customer service and they give us no answer and no timeline on when we are getting the new mattress. They also did not respect the 30 day comfort guarantee and wont give us a refund.DO NOT BUY HERE!

Wife and I were in search of a new mattress. We found what we thought we wanted online. Mattress Warehouse was the only location that carries it so that we could physically make our decision. Corey and Shelly were a great team.... no pressure, let us review our options, see where deals could be improved or compared, and most importantly was when we could get it. After not too much more discussion, we chose to go through Mattress Warehouse instead of buying online. Our king mattress arrived not too long afterwards and it has changed our lives. And of course not too long after that, our daughter all but demanded we get her one as well. Wife and I did not hesitate to be repeat customers and again Shelly was there to make it happen. The store is new and clean. Covid has created an extra level of sanitation and this store has met the mark for cleanliness.Employees were good about wearing masks and limiting contact. Barriers were used to try different mattresses.We worked with Kory on trying to make a choice on purchasing a mattress.To make a long store short, we have spent a ton of money on other brands in the past that have not lived up to the hype that their advertising suggests.Kory walked us through the details of several mattresses that were within our price range and we left the store.We came back a few days later and made a decision to purchase. Kory was helpful, and there was no pressure to purchase. He brought the knowledge to our browsing.The purchase was simple. The experience was good.We hope to have a long lasting mattress that gives us no problems. The exchange possibilities and guarantee were fair.

The Customer Service from the start was awesome! We had explained that a new baby was on the way and the man of the house works extremely hard for us an A plus bed was well needed! I haven’t slept so well in years! The online tests I’ve taken pretty much show I need a firm mattress but they are wrong. My usual aches and pains are drastically reduced and I don’t toss and turn. The tech they have made a spot on match and customer service was excellent!
