Not too busy and great customer service. Asked if I needed help but didnt pressure me or stand over me. Found great pair of shoes.

The other day I brought my mother shopping for workout/exercise/running shoes. She is so funny and stuck in her ways about what she likes and what she doesn’t like. She was immediately attracted to the same style of shoe she has worn her entire life flat sole shoes. Her doctor advised her to get something better for her feet. So after some convincing and persuading, I finally got her to dip her toe in the running shoe market. It was different and scary for her but she gave in and got two great pairs of shoes. After my mother and I went round for round arguing about shoes, Jetta and Brianna came to my rescue. They were so wonderful with my Mother and made her comfortable, encouraged her, listened to her many needs, and even had a lot of laughs doing it. I appreciate what Brianna and Jetta did they made the experience a lot of fun and made sure my mom got good comfy shoes for very reasonable prices. My mom left the store laughing and smiling from the experience, I can’t think of anything better those two ladies could have done,Thanks, Girls, we will come in again.-Grateful customer

Probably the worst shoe store in new bern, went in to try and find a pair of Nike and they had none at all in size 10. The women who worked there didn’t even bother helping me. Def don’t recommend going here.
