AT&T has consistently disappointed me as a customer. They say they are going to give you a better package and keep your bill at a lower cost then when you get your bill its always 150.00 more than they say it will be when your in the store.
I was so happy with my experience switching my plan to AT&T. We went to a couple other places but their customer service was by far the best. Norvena was so helpful and patient helping us set up our phones. Over all our experience was great!
This was our first experience with AT&T and our consultant was fairly new. She did an excellent job explaining our options and plans and helped us make a decision that would benefit us. If you need a new phone service or help with an existing one go see Novena at AT&T.

We went in to pay our bill, they told us it was a 45 minute wait. My father-in-law paid his bill on the machine and asked the associate if he could ask him a question. The associate said he had to wait 45 minutes! He was the only one in the building NO other customers but he has to wait 45 minutes to ask a question!! What kind of customer service is that? Will definitely not be going back!

I have to hand to these ladies and gents at this location. They helped, as best they could, resolve my issues with my phone that Att tech could not over the phone, and prevented me from completely losing my cool. Dinner is on me one of these nights guys!!!
Went in to add a line to my plan today, the rep was very unhelpful & told me she would not look at what phones they had in stock because they were busy and I could make an appointment. I understand if you’re busy but you could at least check inventory before wasting customers time. I will never come back to this location, the location in Jacksonville was a 10 star!!!

I recently purchased a phone online and wanted to return it because I wanted the bigger phone. Went to the store Christmas Eve and the woman said I could not upgrade until 48hrs and to come back on Thursday. So I set an appointment to come back Thursday. Came back on Thursday and was expecting her to handle what she said she was going to do but she said she had to go and handled my situation to the other sales representative. So as he input the info in he proceeds to say I can’t upgrade yet that it takes 48 hrs or more sometimes. I’m frustrated because one I’m coming from Jacksonville expecting my phone and couldn’t get it. Two The lady that handled it in the very beginning could of said sometimes it takes longer and then i would of waited longer instead of wasting gas. I won’t be going back to this store.

Im a new customer from Illinois who had 2 phones sent to my mother and daughter to get activated in your store,they were there on April 21,2016 nobody seemed to want to help them when someone finally did 1 number ported over no problem other number wouldnt port so had to go back on next day when my mother returned on April 22 some woman by female by the name of HEATHER wouldnt talk to her so since I was on phone and had password and was the primary account holder requested to talk to her and she got a serious attitude in background and got ignorant and refused to talk to me and told me to call 611 until they found out I was mad and heading back to my local store then they found the same lady who helped my mother and she assisted her but we ended up getting the number ported from up here anyway.the people in your store need training. I believe HEATHER should no longer have a job after the way we were treated and Im still thinking about going to corporate concerning her and her job.
MlLeft Verizon, after 22 years, because we lost signal at home. Verizon could care less about our complaint. Met with Casey at at&t. He offered us new phones, allowed us two weeks to try their service and if not satisfied, return phones at nocharge. Service is good and cost is within reason....

Id give zero stars if I could. 2nd time in for the same issue. First time waited 30 minutes without acknowledgement from any employee so left. Walked in today- not a single employee in the showroom. One employee finally popped out of the back after a few minutes, said he could not help with the one plan change I was seeking (seemed dubious), insisted that I could only do it by phoning 611 and having to navigate the non-person phone tree, or do it myself by downloading an another app. I was just trying to remove a phone insurance product that I wasnt aware of having signed up for in the first place for an extra $11/month.Ive been a customer of AT&T mobile or its predecessors since the mid-1990s. Seems like time for that to change.

They are not trust worthy! I was told my plan would not change after upgrading to a new phone. Three times I ask to make sure nothing would change BY THE MANGER HIMSELF!!! Well it did!!! When I went back to the store to speak to them about the issue, the Manger took off to the back and did NOT COME BACK OUT!!! THIS IS A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MANGER!!! I spoke the customer service over 10 times and heard different storys each time!!!! Was told they would return my call and NOT ONCE did they ever return my call!! No one could help!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS AND IM DONE!!! THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH TRAINING MANGERS AND STAFF TO KNOW THE PLANS THAT ARE OFFER AND TO BE HONEST!!!
We called a spoke to the local representative about phones, she told us the phones where free and I got a iPad that was supposed to free as well . I only had to pay for the services . She averaged out our bill to be $219 per month . We got 5 phones and the iPad.I return the iPad they charged me a restocking fee. These are hidden fees. We are paying 25.00 per month for each phone and with a 30 month contract.This representative was was honest about the fee and made her a huge commission on the sale.
Sales Associate Marvin did an outstanding job helping me with processing my insurance claim and temporary setting up my tablet for calls/text. Wow thought I was without service until new phone arrived. Big Thank You Marvin!

I was one of the 1st to pick up an iPhone 5S on 9/20/13 around 8:30 AM and had a pleasant experience until I got home a couple hours later and couldnt unlock the phone because I had forgotten the PASSWORD. I called the store to no avail as everyone was too busy to pick up. I emailed and phoned the salesman using the info on his business card, and here it is almost ten hours later and I still havent got a call or email from this store or salesman so I can use my new iPhone!!. Very poor CS !! Will try again tomorrow.

Not impressed...was told to go to Walmart and buy a track phone and they could turn it on for me since I didnt have an ID on me, even tho Im an authorized user on the account and have been for 5 years, I had a debit card with my name on it and my phone screen was busted so I couldnt do anything....so I had to have someone with an ID come to the store and hold my hand while I bought a new phone wearing a stocking on my face...

Hats off to Veta - she handled our switch from Verizon to AT&T with Wireless, Direct TV with total ease. Great follow-up and lots of knowledge when asked questions. My husband had to do the transfer and I had to go in a day later to do my phone. No problem at all. These days, you don’t have too many customer service encounters like I did with her. Been a customer since 2012. Came in a month ago and requested unlimited data and no change in our bill as our contract was up. They said “no problem”. Bill is $80 more today and they won’t do anything. Troy was useless and had no explanation as to why we were told different. No apologies were made, just some garbage in regards to the change in plan. I will call corporate and file a complaint against this store. AT&T has lost our business as well as Direct TV. It’s unreal that we, the customer are the ones affected in such a way.
Went in to sign up for services, the Representative who helped me proceeded to scribble on a scratch piece of paper my options for plans. At the end I decided on an unlimited plan that would cost me $45 and chose to add Directv Now for $20, which I was told would be included on my AT&T bill. I found out that this was not the case, so I went in to speak with the representative the signed me up, I found out that she is now the manager of the store. So when she first started looking at my account she said, “oh, we forgot to put your military discount on there” I have never been military in my life. So the Manager of this store has no clue as to what is going on.
Couldnt solve our problems and made us wait a long time, had to come back the next day

I went to store to switch Verizon prepaid to at&t, one guy jhon helping me To set up but one sale manager Casey bolden sat next to him, and said something, it took them an hour to set them, finally I find out they opened my account, monthly billing, Not prepaid account, I asked them to close this one I did not order to open monthly billing account, he won’t like to close, anyway I went back Verizon they switch back me to prepaid, these salesman and meander Casey are very crooked, they want you to stuck with them
Amazing staff! They work hard and sometimes they get really busy so the wait time (occasionally) is a little longer than usual but they get to you as fast as they can! And they all know what they are talking about.
They are all so nice and helpful everytime I go in there.

I was at this store for an hour before I was even helped. The employee had no knowledge on any of the phones so I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. 1/10 would not recommend. Also my service in the area drops calls all the time and my speeds are still 3G.

The girl who helped us seemed trustworthy and like she was trying to help us. Well she completely screwed us. Were paying $167 a month for 2 phones Went to upgrade our phones and she convinced us to add the direct tv package and told us our phone bill would be 180 a month plus another 25 added for direct tv thats 205 a month. But now were being forced to pay 240 a month after we were promised the 205. Ive asked her multiple times if shes sure and she promised me multiple times. So these people will lie and do anything to make a sale and get their commission. When our contract is up we are beyond done with these people.

Not a review on the store. The cellular service from AT&T out in Onslow county is terrible! Go elsewhere.
Great Staff ! Good service ! Great if you forget your bill due date you can go on the app and schedule a late payment up to the 23rd of that month if your payment is say due on the 1st ! Good coverage down around craven/Pamlico line !

They do nothing but screw you over. Do not switch and think youre gunna have your old contract completely paid off. They only give you 135 not the full 260 dollars. AND DONT SIGN UP FOR DIRECT TV HERE. You may get a free iPhone but theyll tell you that you can pick this package and change it to anyone you might want later on even if you want to downgrade. It is compelete bull crap. You cannot change your package unless you upgrade and the package prices are 10 dollars more than what they have on their little piece of paper.
