We purchased a ring enhancer to celebrate almost 30 years together. I could not have been more happy with the amazing service. My ring adds to our love story. Im so happy! We buy all our jewelry at Kays!

Tammy was pretty dang cool. My husband and I have been together for 9 years. Last Christmas he got me an upgraded wedding ring from the Kays in New Bern but at the time it was very costly to get the wedding band and ring together. Hes been asking all year if he could borrow my wedding ring to see the options of the current ring could match a wedding band that they had in stock. My husband has been here at leat 9-10 times since the Christmas purchase. Everyone just tells him that the Ever Us line is no longer in production. Today however the manager Tammy took her time to check on the website. The origional consultant we were working with must have been new and thats totally fine(everyone starts somewhere and thats what managers are for is to help their teams). Being a Manger myself at a medical office, I really appreciate the continued effort in really looking into this for us. Customer service goes a very long way. We talked about ALL options and she could tell that I didnt want to trade in my current ring for the sake of being able to have a wedding band. She told us about the molding my current ring and being able to have a custom band built. But when I asked about how much it was it ended up just as much as trading in my ring for an upgrade(ring and band together). Needless to say, what could have been a very aqward situation, she handled our patricular situation with ease. We walked out with the most perfect ring and band set today and she could tell that I was happy and greatful but also sad about losing the ring my husband bought on his own. She offered for me to be able to take 1 last picture of the ring for momento purposes. Literally just so nice and I just really appreciate her kindness and patience as this wasnt an easy decision for me to let go of something so special to both mine and my husbands hearts. Went to purchase engagement ring during Valentine’s Day sale. EVERYTHING 25% off. Older lady helped me immediately and verified 25% pricing where she was told, oh no the engagement rings aren’t on sale. To later find out, most were. I called back a day later to discuss- no answer all day! The kid that appeared to be in charge was of no help and cheated me

Courtney was so nice and so helpful!!!! Cleaned all my jewelry that didn’t needed cleaning but still did it and honestly she was right, they looked so good afterwards! I live in Jacksonville and will drive to New Bern just to see her and get help from her. Got yourself a customer for life! Amazing employee!!

They need to have a system in place to notify customers that their jewelry has come in. Ive been waiting on my earring for a few weeks. It was due in 12/24/20, still no call.

I came in with intent to buy my daughter earrings for her birthday and had the best service the girls were so nice and helpful and offered me the best options for my daughter (who absolutely loved her gift)! I will 100% be shopping at Kay’s forever because of the great service and wonderful customer service.

Kay Jewelers in New Bern NC has been the absolute best to me! I had the pleasure of working with Aureanna, Jessica & Briana & those ladies were nothing but professional in helping me every time I entered the store! Aureanna went above & beyond to secure the deal I wanted in getting the perfect anniversary gift for me! I would definitely recommend Kays in New Bern for all your jewelry needs!

I went to purchase earrings! Simple! I was horribly greeted with a “Hi, what can we help you with today”... with a bored look. I told her. I showed her the ones I was looking it. She flatly got them out and flopped them on the counter and told me the price which was not in my price range. “Well what’s your price range?” I told her around 100$ and she said I should go to piercing pagoda. How about “ let’s check over here, there might be something you’ll like” ..... I promise, I will never purchase from Kay’s again. I guess I’ll just go to piercing pagoda.

I have always received excellent customer service when going to Kays! The people are considerate and always focus solely on your needs and wants. I would highly recommend them and will always shop with Kays!

Bought a watch a wanted to wear it out of the store. I was never told of the no return or exchange policy if the watch was worn. I was actually encouraged to do so. All they care about is there commission not the customer. When I went back to talk to them they treated me like I was nothing. Called customer service to let them know and they totally disregarded me. Never again!!!!! Stay away from this store and Kay Jeweler in general!

I had a Kays jewelers credit card and bought a lot from them paid it all off then went and used it again and they where not going to let me use it unless I maid down payment. I gave the card back. I will never go and use Kays ever again

I’ve always shopped at kays for about 4 years now. But it seems like this store only is worried about commission. They never can tell you how much stuff cost until you get the store manager over to look stuff up. Their jewelry selection isn’t all that great and the manager doesn’t make good eye contact, but she was informative and nice. I would recommend Tiger to be assist you. She’s really down to earth and listens to what you want. She was fun to talk to as well. But I sadly went with zales which was just an easier process and more of what I was looking for.

Was never told about the coverage plan was told that you could get ring resized free and then when I get there to get ring resized we have to pay $60 that is not right and the manager did not want to help what so ever but the cashier did the best she could do and I understand she was only doing her job but but as a company and you mess up something like that you need to have a discount

Chili was great always; wifes grilled veggies and chicken breast tasted as if had been grilled in rancid oil. Wait was very long.

Wrong hours posted. They dont know their own refund policies had to call customer care just for them to be told that I was correct.

I received a beautiful promise ring for Christmas, I only had it three days and went to get it resized. I was told I could purchase a $80 warranty or pay $25 to get it resized. Also if I paid the $25 they would resize it twice. So obviously I went with the $25, picked my ring up and to my fear it was to big and now they refuse to resize it without me paying $25 more or paying $80 for the warranty. So now something that was supposed to be special is falling off my finger.

Horrible customer service with attitude. Ruined my engagement ring. Simple resize didnt want to correct the mistake so instead they put a cheap guard on it which now shows the scratches in my band!!! Never again and I will not recommend them!

Bought a very expensive watch from Kay, and they charged me $15 to take the links out so that I can actually wear it ! I just bought a $600 watch from you the least you could do is take the links out free of charge.
