Im a petite female senior citizen. I went to pick up an order for a family member and they brought out a bulky heavy box of shirts. Neither of the young girls there bothered to get the door for me while I was carrying this box. It was very awkward for me as its not an automatic door nor even a self-closing door. They should have assisted.

Hollie at Bender Apparel has been absolutely wonderful! Hollie is helpful and professional, and truly cares about her customers satisfaction. Christmas gift giving for a large group can be difficult, Hollie has made it easy, affordable and enjoyable. Kudos to the Bender team!

Needed personalized tumblers and jackets turned around within a week and Bender DELIVERED. They got my items done FAST with time to spare without sacrificing quality. 10/10 would recommend!

On October 28 I placed an order for (1) T-shirt to have a message created on the back of a T-shirt that I brought in. Well they happily took my advance payment and I, was told it would be (2-3) days before it would be ready after the artist sent me a copy of the image. Well I have been back there now (3) times and today I was told it could be as long as 15 days for the order to be completed. So I politely requested a refund, which they did refund my payment back into my account. And their excuse for the back up is that their artist (I guess they only have one) was out sick and was not due back until next week. Moral of the story unless you go in there and want tons of T-shirts dont bother with this business as customers with individual needs are not met with the same priority level as others. I will not be back there in the future and I will be certain to tell everyone about my experience with this logistically compromised business. By the way I delivered to them a T-shirt that was wrinkle free and what I got back literally looked like it had been balled up and thrown in a corner.

Came in today to get screen printing on a pair of shorts. I explained it was for an upcoming event, one I booked on late notice. I am from out of town, and I just called around different places to see who could help. I had a lot of specifications that were out of the ordinary, but the staff was very helpful and used their creativity to find a plan that worked for me and the project I needed done. If you are ever in need of screen printing, this is the place to go, they are willing to think outside the box to achieve the best design and product for their customers. I was very happy with the helpfulness of multiple members of the staff, and the dedication they showed for their craft is lost on many businesses.

Perfection!! I have had two individual jobs needed done for my department and both have been phenomenal! The entire staff is professional and caring! Completion time was super fast and I can not say enough about the quality of work! I will definitely use Bender again if I need anything!
