Purchase this tool from harbor freight, just so happened to be the internet said that they still had them in stock. Lo and behold the lady had to go and search to locate one. Which is that was the absolute last one they had in stock, so apparently the item is a discontinued item. And it claimed to be able to reset BMW settings after battery replacement. Upon purchasing it for almost $300 the lady informed me that if I were to return it its subject to a restocking fee. Im mentally thought if it doesnt do what your website says it does I will not be paying a restocking fee. Fortunate enough it did what I needed to do for my BMW kudos to the information provided on the internet.

Very nice store, items are well displayed, service Associates pointed me right to what I needed I was in and out in no time.

Great store and the employees are great. One employee saw me today with a bunch of stuff in my hands and offered to get me a cart. That may seem small but considering the service Ive recently experienced in retail stores, that small gesture was refreshing. The stores driveway is a little funky but just stay right and theres only one way you can go. Super cheap prices, especially on batteries!

Big store. New Bern location. Hasnt been here very long. I found the place clean and neat. Well stocked. Glad to see them come to town. Easy in and out with a traffic light right in front.

Went to purchase a needed tool, not only did the employee look up the tool, he went and got it for me and even helped me to my vehicle and load the large tool I purchased. Was not expecting all of extra help but was grateful when it was given. Excellent store and customer service, will definently be shopping here again.

I have visited the store several times looking for some tools for work, specifically some deep well socket sets. I wanted to buy three different sets. They still were out of stock after three weeks. Surprised that a new store isnt better stocked with regular inventory.

My details of my experience at this place was very pleasant it was the first time I had visit this place and things were not hard to find the people who work there were very pleasant and very helpful and its always good to be able to screenshot a photo of a coupon and be able to use it in store and online

Its harbor freight. Skme things are junk, some things are great. You dont go there for high end tools, you went for cheap tools and consumables. Cant complain when what you got looks like it was tooled by blindfolded workers in the 3rd world but it cost a fraction of other places yet it works pretty well. Although, not everything is like that. The icon line is impressive. Especially the tool boxs. That actually seems very well made. Then again, cant really categorize it as cheap either.

Nice, but definitely has room for improvement. I was going to buy a extending arm tree trimming chainsaw, but when I asked where the replacement saw chains were in the store, they didnt sell them! How do you sell an item that has a consumable part, and not sell the replacement parts? Needless to say, they lost a sale and one additional star for not practicing good business sense.

Typical Chinese junk, cheap and mostly functional for a little while. Understaffed and one of them doesnt have the best attitude today...other locations FAR better. May as well go next door to Tractor Supply for some of the same junk...just priced higher, but a little better service.

Harbor Freight seams to be going the route of big box stores. They are hiking their prices accross the board. Still some deals to be had!

Some tools are worth it, some are not. I wouldnt buy a $15 air hammer and expect it to last or have the power of an expensive air hammer, but it might get you out of a pinch. Cant beat the internet, but need something now and it needs to be inexpensive theyre your people.
