I really enjoyed my shopping experience here at Bliss. It has such a wide variety to choose from to fit all sizes. I really appreciate that because its not easy to walk into a novelty store and make a purchase. At Bliss that uncomfortableness is died down immediately. With helpful knowledgeable employees.

I only gave it 3 stars for over all place..its a typical small town place.. service is very nice.. but not alot of items to chose from..I would love to see more items in there so I dont have to order online and just buy items right there...I how ever was amazed that they rent movies there. I thought people either bought movies or watched free online..please get more selection

Top quality adult lengerie and toys at a fair price

Had never been to this shop and was a bit hesitant since it didn’t look very big. I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection, but what really sold me was my experience with the employee, Pat. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products. She answered every question I had. Her personality calmed my nerves and made me feel understood. Would highly recommend shopping here!

The management here is total garbage.The store manager has a massive attitude issue and a bit of a power hunger.All around awful experience dealing with herI will not be returning and Isuggest no-one else does till shes delt with.

Good selection and choices of the things I was looking for. The sales girl was helpful when asked yet provided privacy. If they had books I would have given them 5 stars on the day I was there.

Older bldg next to a pool hall. Still smell cigs smoke from older days. Selection of clothing was okay. Didnt really have anything special. Lots of older mags, videos and dvds on sale. Behind adult door stock was good and updated. Attendant knew her stuff and tried to help. Overall, nothing special, just our in town adult store.

Selection is pretty limited and prices are high.

The staff were very knowledgeable and light-hearted and made the entire shopping experience very enjoyable. They were able to help my wife and I find the items we wanted with no issues and even helped us with their own personal experiences with said items to make the best purchase possible.

Shianne was sooo helpful and very informative! She made my first trip to Pure Bliss a great one. I’ll definitely be back :)

Staff was interesting.... Manager was slightly aggressive with her staff, passive-aggressive slightly bullying her all because she wasnt in the greatest of moods. (She revealed she had a break up before work-my heart goes out to her) but it seemed like any couple or lady that came in to acquire something for their significant other there were either melancholy or snarky comments. Overall lingerie was a great selection but the whole store smelt like an ashtray so when I got my items back to my room it I had to to spray them and air them out before I could wear it. Not to mention the prices. We all know there is an enormous markup on adult items, I travel alot. This owner is getting over charging at least 50%-75% more than other stores for same products. I literally saw one of my favorite items which costs $45 in my area and thats the average for that item its a decent brand at Pure Bliss it was $120 and it was on Sale!! I live in the same state! I still spent a decent amount of money here but mainly bc there werent other options. When I revisit New Bern I will check surrounding cities and shop there instead. Blonde body-positive cashier you are the real MVP for your amazing attitude, smile, complimentary nature, and willingness to help you are the really great at your job! Someone give her a raise.

Extremely helpful, any questions we had were answered with great detail and professionalism. Staff are up-beat and have a great sense of humour. I strong recommend shopping here for your adult supplies. The selection is quite extensive and they can and will order most things.
