Took time without rush to check over the ducts in our attic, as well as thorough explanation of how each part of our system works and how to maintain our system. Richard was a great guy..he found out the thermostat was not connecting to the furnace, and connected it, so we have heat now.He also found we had some vent connecting issues that explains why we had some cooling problems this summer. He quoted a reasonable repair cost, which I definitely will take him up on.Absolutely pleased with the service,and Richards professional attitude.

Of course in the hottest part of summer my air conditioning went out. I contacted Legacy in the evening explaining I didn’t need an emergency call out but would like to have it fixed the next day. I received a call promptly before 9 AM and was told that a technician would be available between 2 and 6 PM that day. At 1 PM I received a text that my technician was on his way. Within 30 minutes Kyle Parker had my system back up running. He noted that my system was still under warranty and stated that he would submit the paperwork required and I would only be responsible for the service. What a fine young man and his professionalism and attitude has made me a customer for life with Legacy heating and air!

Alan came out and did a great job giving us the best options for our home. Kyle and his team came and installed our new unit in a quick and efficient manner. Alan came back to do a walk through after our unit was installed to make sure we were happy with the work. Highly recommend Legacy!

I sent a message through the Legacy website around 8:30 last night asking about availability as our AC had shut down completely. By 10 this morning, I received a call from the office making sure I was home as a technician was in the area for another job and could be here within minutes. Kyle was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked HARD. He emptied the AC drain pan that was full of water - making upwards of 15 trips up and down our loft stairs. I needed my A/C repaired so I was browsing for companies in my area (Canyon Lake) I came across Legacy Services, and decided upon the great reviews to call them to see if they could accommodate me same day, fortunately I spoke with Katie and she made it happen!!! Same day appointment which was already a good sign this company was all about the customer! My service technician Kyle was dispatched to my home, (much sooner as someone cancelled) he was very professional and straight to the point he found one of the capacitors in the A/C unit in the attic was faulty he showed me the values of the capacitor which was under specifications, which shows the company’s integrity and transparency! Our AC was tripping a breaker a few times, so I thought it was best to have it looked at. After looking the technician saw no issues, but suggested installing a hard Start kit. I agreed, but should have looked it up and the cost of the unit before having them install it. The part was inexpensive, but the labor charge was off the planet. Basically charged me 300 for 15 min worth of work. Thats outrageous. One heck of an hourly rate. Other than that, they did a great job.

Very attentive. Know their job. At this time during covid we were still able to get taken care of in a timely manner. Our ducts are under our house and many will not go under to check ducting. The technician did not hesitate. We appreciate the professional attitude.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Every person I have interacted with was very friendly, helpful and eager to make sure things were done correctly.I had a complete system installed last year and today it stopped working. Nothing but warm air coming out. I was very upset and concerned that I had been taken advantage of. I contacted them through every means I could and was not shy with sharing my displeasure. I received nothing but calm assurance and professionalism in return, even from my original salesman. The after hours service got back to me within 10 minutes and someone was dispatched with an expected arrival time of an hour. They showed up within less than half and hour, I was blown away and very pleased that a service call was actually EARLY. The technician was extremely friendly and accommodating and had everything working again within about an hour. The best part was there was no problem with their product, fire ants had destroyed an electronic component, obviously no fault of theirs. No charge at all for after hours service and all is well.I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and probably even some people I dont. Go with them, you will be in good hands.

I have been using Legacy Services for a couple of years now for annual maintenance on my home HVAC system. I am on their Peace of Mind Protection Plan and I have renewed my current plan. Until now, I have not needed Legacy Services for additional services.Recently, my blower motor went out and was still under warranty. My system and the failed blower motor were not installed by Legacy Services. Because of the good history and my experiences with Legacy Services, I used them to replace the blower motor. It looked to be a simple warranty repair, but it became extremely complicated when the part that failed didn’t appear to be an authorized part and its use may have voided the warranty. The warranty issue was caused by an earlier repair by another authorized contractor and not by Legacy Services. After talking over the situation with Legacy Services Manager Curtis, he asked to take over the issue in an attempt to get it resolved. He contacted the right people and got the warranty issue resolved in a day. Curtis went above and beyond in his efforts to get my issues resolved.Everyone that I have interacted with at Legacy Services has been terrific and very responsive. I already mentioned Curtis, but technicians Kyle and Erin were helpful either on the phone or while they were performing service at my house. Katie, who answers the phone, was very helpful this time and every time I have called with any questions. I highly recommend them for your home HVAC needs.

Legacy Services is a fantastic company! They have served our school for five years, and have always done excellent work. When one of our aging heat pumps failed last week, Legacy promptly provided us with several replacement options. They scheduled the installation for the next business day. They offered an extended warranty and maintenance contract discount for a year as the only offer for their negligent error. Their maintenance service person did not clear drains as contracted and condensate with the first Spring warmth led to a pan overflow over our master bedroom that soaked a king bed and warped drywall in a $500K home. They offered a paintjob and sorry. THEN cancelled contract and said I was no longer their customer. They all acted as expected for how the business is run

So glad I found this company. Had issues with a 10yr old Lenox system. Compressor finally died so I switched to Trane. Old system died on a Monday night so service tech came Tuesday. Decided it wasn’t worth the cost to repair. New system was installed Friday morning. I was given a couple of portable AC’s to get by until install complete. Great service. Great install quality. I feel like I have new friends for life.

We purchased two new air conditioning and heating system (one for upstairs and one for downstairs - the ones we had were over 20 years old) plus had some duct work under the house repaired. They provided outstanding service from reviewing all the options for a new systems to the installation of the new systems. We just bought a home here and needed to have our ducts inspected prior to having more insulation blown in. Out technician, Octavio, did a thorough inspection. He also recommended an overflow emergency cutoff switch to be added to our heat pump system so our wood floors would be protected in the event of an overflow. He had the part on hand and was able to install it in just a few minutes. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Gave us some ideas on improvements to our system and talked to us about regular maintenance items so we can plan for those. Very impressed with the company’s professionalism and services offered.
