Yes, this place has really great stuff . But why shop with Adam when he is incredibly rude and tells you to your face he doesn’t care if you come back to his store and doesn’t need your business - when you don’t want to pay a ridiculously price he quotes ? A shop owner should never treat customers in such a manner, especially when they have spent a lot of time and money before, and have never themselves been rude . Adam needs a definite attitude adjustment. Having great stuff doesn’t help if you run off good customers.

Uncle Adam is amazing and he always takes care of me. You’ll never understand how much he actually has in this shop until you poke around in it 8 or 10 times. The prices are VERY reasonable and Adam will find a way to work with you. One of my favorite people in the whole world. There’s so many antique shops in this town and I don’t visit any of them anymore since I’ve been to two rivers. I highly recommend you dropping by, and if you do tell him James sent you.

Adam is incredible and also knows his antiques well enough.hands down the most fun ive ever had buying or selling. APPRAISALS if u are wondering what that ole dusty coin collection is worth adam is the man.

Beware....not an honest business and I am a person who enjoys writing positive feedback and being VERY SUPPORTIVE of small businesses. When I was 2 weeks late (1 weekend was Easter) to pick up paid for items, (my fault) owner claimed they were donated and gone...I understood as I was late and started to shop - he probably thought I would then leave, but I dont let stuff get to me. It turned out that 1 inexpensive item was discovered by the owner and given to me unexpectedly (probably because I was going to find it when shopping) ...when another item (A TABLE!) was discovered by me, the claim was it was not the item... even when it had the same odd marks on it and a very wide extension leaf in walnut we specifically discussed at purchase. Another item was nowhere to be found. I cringe to think of people who need a business to sell their estate and find this company......can only imagine how many items get donated or disappear. Will never return and my heart breaks for others who will be hurt. Maybe this review will provide caution. Full disclosure...the owner refunded a tiny amount which I had no interest in accepting.....he did it to demonstrate he wasnt 100% dishonest, but clearly I experienced something different.

Absolutely the best antique shop in New Braunfels in my opinion. The owner is very knowledgeable about a lot of things. I enjoy just going out and the new car things hes collected. Almost everything Ive seen in the shop is original and very rare and desirable. Five stars all day.

This place is small and focuses mostly on small, extremely old toys (mostly cars and trains), but they sell:coins, blankets, statues, cameras, pictures, paintings, etc. I was helped by Mr. Harwood and I cant say enough nice things about him! I came to him looking for cast iron banks and he cut me a deal so good, I felt like I was stealing them. Its definitely worth checking out!! Its a house made into a business. Parking is in the back. They take cards and cash here.

We just left this great trading post, both Adam and Polly were extremely generous! The prices were negotiable and fair. I highly suggest making this establishment a favorite when it comes to antiques.

What a nice store!!Everyone who works here is super friendly and they are very helpful. I have come here a few times to get a couple of watches fixed and they always get it done in a timely manner.

A walk into history.They have dinasour fossils to Baseball cards.Squash blossom jewelry to you name it.It’s like a museam you can stroll thru and BUY whatyou desire.Enjoy the experience. It’s was a pleasure doingbusiness with a very knowledgeable staff.

This is the place that has the kind of stuff that once you see it you wonder how you ever lived without it.

Owner was rude and very unconsiderate.My grandson asked a simple question and he said “I don’t care who or what you do.” I will never return to that store again.
