Ricky was awesome! He provided great customer service. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was willing and able to schedule me for same day service. He provided a service call quote and explained the process well. He told what time he would be here and notified me when he was on his way. He showed up on time, was polite, and had my dryer operating within 10 minutes. He definitely gained a customer for life. Ricky made the entire process easy.

Ricky defiantly wants to do right by his customers. My dryer wasn’t working and we had to do a process of elimination but once we figure out the problem he was quick to fix the issue. He responds in a timely manner and goes above and beyond customer service. I defiantly recommend him! He is very fair in pricing and educates you as he is working ( if you ask him to) to understand the problem and if there is a way to prevent it from happening again.

End of October paid over $300.00 to replace a part to get water to my ice maker. I still dont have water to the ice maker and after several promises to come by and repair and didnt show up he has stopped communicating. I hope youre reading this because you wont be able to ignore a order to appear in court.

Came out 2 times to work on our refrigerator ice maker. Replaced (?) some parts. Still didnt function properly. Supposedly needed to order a water valve. No follow up, never did call or come back to finish. Paid him over $400 and he accomplished absolutely nothing.We subsequently called another company. They came out, identified the problem was a minor adjustment and corrected it in about 5 minutes for $125.

Was quoted over $200 to drain and replace our dishwasher pump... all he did was come by and hit cancel, saw it wasn’t draining and that’s it, no questions asked, no looking around for other options... I called a buddy of mine from out of town and first thing he asked me “did you recently replace your garbage disposal?”... we had and he told us how to fix it in one minute.. all it was, was a cap on the garbage disposal..

The people that said affordable must have money to spare. Not affordable. A rip off and would not refund money he DIDNT work for he came in opened freezer and less then a min. Literally said heating element and another part for an old ge fridge.. said $244 to fix it with after market almost 300 for GE???? Now u can get a brand new fridge so people that thinks this is affordable are crazy. And it was 55 jus for that less then a minute he looked at it I paid 122 in advance called him back next day to cancel and he would not refund my 67$. Google a GE heating element shuts like 10$.. rip off is what he is

Fixed my broken washer quickly and in the time frame he said it would take. No complaints. 1 week later still working good.

Very dissapointed with their product. I spent money on a washer that lasted us a month. When we purchased the washer we were told it was a great washer for the price after the fact we explained we had a family of 8 on a tight budget. I called when the washer went out the guy said he was going to find my invoice and call me back. I never got a call back. Very poor service.
