My brand new Titan diesel needed a little warranty work with a part replacement and the service team delivered with the highest quality of customer service I have ever received and professionalism. Pete Hernandez, Service Advisor, went above and beyond to explain the repair process in a way I could understand and made me feel like a very valued customer. If you ever go to get service, you will not be disappointed with Pete’s team. Pete, his team and Nissan of New Braunfels service department is unarguably the best service center Texas!! Demi is amazing, she takes care of all of our vehicles including for our business. She is always so accommodating and her customer service is excellent. She makes sure to go over everything and everything is always done right.

The service manager Aaron handled our servicepersonally. He took the car in immediatelyand called us in a few hours when the servicewas complete. The service tech Nikki was kind, courteous and up front about the wait time and cost of service. The service department was prompt and finished the job in the time they said they would. Nikki explained what service was completely and highlighted service due soon and provided pricing for me to consider. They even washed my car before delivering it. Great service!

Sean, kept me posted as needed. He was knowledgeable with everything I needed done to my car. I’ve had my maxima for a few years and I didn’t purchase my car from them and I wished I did. I had and unexpected breakdown which became a nightmare and being stranded for over 8hours. I had my car towed to Nissan. It didn’t take long for Sean to call me with exhausting news. The part was going to be expensive. I called the dealership I bought my car from to see if I still had my warranty and I was told it had just expired. I couldn’t afford to get my car fixed at this time. I spoke to Sean and he was very concerned for me. I told him I will have my car removed till I can get up the money. The next morning Sean called me and said Nissan is going to pay 60+% of the cost. At first I didn’t believe him but he laughed and said yes they are going to take care of you. It felt like Christmas has come again. I didn’t think a dealership could do that. Needless to say I paid less than what the part cost. God had blessed me with a great service rep. I will always take my car back and let Sean take care my car. Than you Sean words is not enough for how you made me feel. Everyone was very nice and my experience was awesome. I took my 2010 Altima in to this dealership due to having issues with the closer dealership not listen to me about my issue. Demi listened to the issues and right off knew what my car needed. She went above and beyond to get my car back in tip top shape and feeling safe again. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was without my car for as short of a time as possible. I will definitely be taking my car here again for any repairs or maintenance

I bought my truck here and have continued to bring it back for service due to the way they treat their customers. The service staff are friendly and really treat you like youre a person not just a number. You can tell they take pride in their jobs just by looking at the service area. It has to be cleanest shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. Class act all the way around. Oh and added bonus, the waiting room is top notch as well. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation, I marked the tires before hand to ensure they were rotated and they werent. We have had the vehicle for 2 months and the air filter already needed to be changed. When we checked out, the guy forgot to charge us for the rotation, which was not completed anyways, so I didnt feel like I could complain about it. Not sure if I will take it back for any more service.

Nikki is the bomb! Everything was fixed and they transported me to and from the dealership. Smooth transaction. A++

Awesome they got me out early than promise. But do not like it takes 1-1.5 for just oil change and tire rotation. Glad I got a car wash helped easy for the time.

A serviceman called me to let me know that my car was ready, charged me and told me that they had done the 10 point inspection and made sure to let me know what was wrong and what needed attention and how much it would cost, then he walked me out and my car was not there! Well he walked around trying to find my car and couldn’t find it, guesss what? It was still on the dock being repaired BUT I paid for a service that had not been completed yet and was told that it was inspected, my car was not washed and vacuumed, they left all the work orders and numbers in my car and I had to return it! It was the worst service that I had ever had in three years at Nissan NB…. I was very disappointed and no apologies were given for the chaos and confusion!

I’ve had terrible experiences at other Nissan dealers and am never happy to have to take my car to the dealer. However, my service advisor, Pete, was a dream to work with! He made the whole (expensive!) process easy! He communicated well and when my part was delayed and my car wasn’t going to be ready for another couple days he made sure I got a loaner so I wasn’t inconvenienced. I needed the bushings to my subframe replaced. Nissan was so awesome and went above and beyond to give me updates and was very professional when it came to making sure I paid what USAA was reimbursing me for. Nikki and Anthony do an excellent job!

Took it in becausecsensor in cruise control malfunctioning. They inspected my car and found shocks leaking. Git everything fixed with a parts warranty

The service tech approached me immediately upon arriving and took my info. She was very courteous and did not push for more repairs or service although did make me aware of routine brake and transmission fluid exchange needed as per the mileage. Went above and beyond by replacing a lognut that was missing from one of my tires as part of their multi-point inspection that is offered for free.

I came in for a recall on a part for my car. Eveyone was nice and professional and they even washed my car at the end. Also it didnt very long to replace the part.

Went in for an oil change and to get my middle row seat fixed. It needed a part so it was gonna take a couple days to repair but Nissan gave me a loaner and because it was still under warranty everything was free.

My service person Demi was awesome and very attentive. She even helped me with a phone pairing issue after all the other work was completed. She definitely went above and beyond. Also, if you have to wait there, the facility is nice and clean. Comfortable chairs, tv, snacks and water.

Not the cheapest place for an oil change, but I am confident they look at my car for preventive maintenance and they have a comfortable place to wait and friendly staff which is positive for the customer experience.

Not satisfied at all. They told me i needed brakes and I didnt. They replaced my radio under warranty, charged me a $100 deductible. It still doesnt work right! What a mess. I dont have time to deal with people that dont know what they are doing and are trying to guage me for services I dont need!

I had to take my truck in 3 times in the same month for the same problem and they could not figure it out without any codes or check engine lights. You can honestly do all the repairs they can do if you just have a code reader. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again.

The people are always friendly, Nikki kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and was up front about the cost of repairs, I even got a call from her the next day to check on me and make sure everything was good with my car. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

We needed our windshield replaced and tried to get a quote with Safelite... they wanted to charge closeto $600, had to pay upfront on a site... drop the car off at a location and leave the key in the Dropbox... no REAL person to attend us... and they would “call” us when it was ready... uhhh no thank you... we were surprised a Nissan Dealership had such low prices... just over $400 for a same day replacement and we went ahead and changed out the wipers... Demi our advisor was extremely helpful and punctual... will be visiting again soon...
