I wanted a shade over our daughters trampoline that could eventually cover our patio after she has grown up. I operate a vet clinic that has a parking lot totally exposed to the searing summer sun. In 2013, our community decided to bid out shades for 2 pools and a community playground (a total of 5 shade structures). We invited 4 shade contractors to bid on the project and Shadepro was selected based on quality, cost and promised schedule delivery (four 20 X 36 cantilever shades and a 50 X 50 4-post shade). Eric Arnold was extremely knowledgeable about our needs and very quick to respond. Several months after installation, we had a minor cosmetic issue and Shadepro quickly and professionally resolved the issue. Two years later, we could not be happier with the continued quality of the shades and our community continues to be very pleased with the products. Just last month, we recently decided to install another 50 X 38 shade and once again Shadepro beat out the competition with cost and fast customer service.
