This target is busy but its for a good reason. The inside is fully stocked with everything you could need from food, to home decor, to electronics. The self checkout has a staff member on hand to sanitize the area. Arrive early or youll be stuck in line for a while. There is a CVS and Starbucks located inside if you need a pharmacy or morning coffee.

So excited to hear and see that Target released their new Pride line! They didn’t carry all their items at this location but my wife and I still managed to find these. We each found a shirt and these slides!

Target usually has what I need. Target Circle saves me money. Target also has the brands I am looking for plus brands that other stores do not carry. Kind of like Costco or Sams. All are good quality items. If they do not have what I am looking for they welcome my requests or concerns. The store manager personally has emailed me for the permission. Great service.

Eairly today when looking for a new target product I was given a hassle when asking to check and when wanting to buy more then one gundam model for me and my kids, I was given some excuse as to how there considered a novelty item and can only be sold one per person. When asking them why they stated it’s some online policy and because how the item sku is. This was a terrible experience considering the store has no notice at the front or in the section for the item. Now when I’m seeing the product come online for sale by others at a scalped price. This makes me feel like the employees were either lying or just did not want to go check for more product.I’ve seen multiple targets letting others buy massive amounts of these items per person as well all over Texas.

Great store! The store was clean and there were plenty of team members to help me when I couldn’t find something. I spent more than I planned to but the clothes were gorgeous.

Target has changed their hours I believe. I walked in and was “greeted” by a woman texting on her phone. Before I made eye contact she indicated “we close in two minutes.” I was caught off guard. She began talking more as I turned to my family member to ask him what he wanted to do due to closure. When I indicated she was abrupt and her communication was off putting, she said “ok whatever.” I felt her interpersonal communication could be friendlier. I recognize it’s late and due to lots of challenges people who work with customers may feel a lot of stress. I am just surprised at her response of “whatever.” It was rude and dismissive and I didn’t raise my voice/cuss/argue. I was genuinely taken back at how rude she was.

Highly recommend shopping at Target in New Braunfels in store or shop online and drive up for order pickup. Great selection of products, deals, friendly and helpful staff.

We love the dollar racks near the entrance. Great place to just shop. Noticed the store has many kid and adult clothes that look like throw backs from the 70s and 80s. Not sure what is going on with their designers, but some of the throw back styles should have stayed thrown away. Others would make cute outfits for my kids. Store has many good products, but not always priced in my budget range. I do enjoy just walking the store due to the atmosphere.

Consistency. In my personal experiences, Target stores across the US are always clean and well staffed, with a great selection of products and reasonable prices.

I ran in here to buy 3 things. I followed another customer directly up to the self checkout line and waited behind her, and another couple customers got in line behind me. I don’t know if the self checkout attendant did not notice me walk up behind the first customer, but she seemed to think I cut the line in front of the other 2 customers was telling me to get in the back of the line. I was already there, and they also both had larger orders. I just put my stuff down and walked out. I’m not one to argue or make a scene but that was really annoying.

We were IN and OUT. Lines were quick and we were able to find what we were looking for.

The Target store in New Braunfels has the most rude and standoffish employees! I avoid this location at all costs! I prefer to shop the San Marcos and Kyle Targets. Management really needs to train employees better in customer service.

I have friends who work at this location, and I can tell you supporting this Target is supporting poor management, laziness and worker abuse.The store is a mess because management purposely understaffs to prevent call outs. Employees are forced to work in positions they were not trained on. Customers have poor attitudes and management does not defend its workers. I strongly recommend avoiding.

I never leave target empty handed. It has what i go in for. Prices are not as bad as most people compare to other stores. Customer service is helpful and quick to fix your issue.

The employee at Target in Electronics, his name is Alan, went above and beyond to find everything I needed for my purchase. He explained differences between devices which tell me he is knowledgeable on the subject and the best of all I was on budget.

Too few lanes open so the checkout area is very crowded. Inexcusable during these times. Putting their customers at risk just to save a couple of bucks. What an irresponsible corporation.

DO NOT BUY CLOTHS FROM THIS TARGET. I bought this onesie set for our gender announcement and months later when Im ready for her to wear it for the very first time for pictures... theres baby poop stains. If youve had a baby you know exactly what these stains are. And we bought it during covid so Im confused about how it got returned when supposedly you cant return anymore.

Convenience and a super fast delivery after just 30 min of order

This store was very clean! I love how the employees were wiping down the self check out lanes after every use. The lines were not too long.

I went to the customer service desk and tried to return two items and because of renovations she couldn’t process the returns so I said okay and went on about my business. As I’m walking away she mumbles under her breath “it’s not my fault “. I wasn’t ugly nor did I cop an attitude with her. So I kindly let her know I heard her then proceeded to find a manager to let them know that they might want to find someone else more professional to work the customer service desk and proceeded to tell them what happened. In return the rolled there eyes and just said okay. This might not seem like a big deal to some but the point was it was all unnecessary.

My husband went to your store to buy a birthday present for me. When going to check out, the only area open was the the self check out. There were 10 people in line. My husband asked, I assume the manager, if they were going to open any check out stations and she said no. 10 more people got in line and finally she opened one but only for those using a credit card. Needless to say he walked out without purchasing anything and took his business elsewhere.Also the last couple of times I have looked for greeting cards, there were many cards with no envelopes that fit the card. Very frustrating!

It was a great, easy experience to pick up gifts for family members.

The quality of professionalism, manners, and customer service in the floor and cashier level of the already understaffed employees has severely declined in correlation with the aesthetics, convenience, and reason of the distribution of products. Not to mention the limited selection of product in stores compared to the online selection in order to push their own agenda; just as all but only 1 or 2 registers are open in order to force customers to use the crowded and undermanned self checkouts.

Target is a great store and you can see and smell the extra precautions that they are taking to keep everyone safe in this temporary time. Target has a great selection of products and make sure that they keep working to help everyone who comes in.

I was having problems locating the blood pressure machine and a man that was tagging shelves helped me immediately. After that, when I was at the register the cashier was very courteous, friendly and polite. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you! Tracey Pacheco

Cashier Hayllie was terrible at her job and incredibly slow. She was the only register open and due to her inability to perform her job in a timely manner we ended up not even purchasing the item that needed assistance from a cashier to purchase. Hayllie should never be allowed to be on register again without extensive retraining. Also, its Sat night. Have more than 1 register open.

Chris Guerro helped me find a comforter for my wife. Online showed two. But couldn’t find it. He helped find it at another store. Thank you Chris.

So yeah I just called looking for a Christmas gift for my little sister and my family has covid and can only do delivery so I called to ask about a gift and I waited on the call for like 10 to 15 min and instead of picking up the phone they hung up on me this is very frustrating target dont get as bad as Walmart other than this target is usually just fine but this is very upsetting 😡😤😣😖

Daily hours of operation suit my needs & always have. Good sales, gift card rewards for certain purchases & took advantage of several BOGO deals. Also like the 5% discount for using target debit or credit cards. I enjoy spacious aisles, clean stores & restrooms. Assistance is always readily available & adequate staffing throughout the store.

Store is clean and easy to get around. Prices can be somewhat compatible but I find Target to be a little higher than other stores. I still like shopping there for the variety.

Had such a great experience at Target today. Went there to buy a book there but couldn’t find it. It showed that it was in stock at that location but wasn’t it was t in the book section. When I asked for the ladies section for Christmas t-shirts I was directed to the youth section. All of the t-shirts found in that area were talkin about being full of Christmas wine. Highly inappropriate for my teen daughter. Im extremely disappointed in the offering for basic Christmas T-shirts from the store

Miriam (not sure about spelling) went out of her way to help me track down a clearance dress. She never made me feel like a burden. Great customer service. I think she might be new hence her new member tag.

The guy at the service desk was very helpful and patient when I was making a couple returns.

I was so impressed with the accuracy of the inventory on the app, the ease of placing my order, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the shopping bag.

The process was simple and timely. I love having the option to pick up the registry items in the store and not have to pay shipping or wait for the items to ship. All of the items I purchased were correct and in stock. I would use the target registry pickup option in the future.

I love Target. But on this trip specifically, Alan in the electronics department went above and beyond. Target was out of stock on the television I had gone in to purchase, and after verifying the rest of the Target district was also out, Alan helped me choose between the ones you had in stock. Walker helped me get it into my car. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and my experience.

Love shopping at target however, I went to try on clothing and my wedding ring fell off my finger. I didn’t noticed until I got into my car and drove down the street towards my home which is half a mile down from the store. I got of my car and immediately noticed my ring isn’t on my finger. I went back to the store to the fitting room spoke with the attendant explaining to her what happened. In that short period of time that I left there was a new attendant there. I told her very eagerly that my wedding ring had fallen off in the third fitting room on the left side and asked if I can go check the room. She said to me the room is checked after each customer and nothing was reported to her and in fact she just came in and the other attendant has left already. She sent me to customer service who checked for my ring to no avail. I asked to to please talk to the last fitting room attendant and any other staff member. I gave them my phone number and told them there is a $500. Reward if found or returned with no questions asked. Of course I received nothing nor a follow up. This incident has me so heart broken, I feel the staff didn’t care nor did they follow through to find my ring. I avoid that particular target because I feel my ring is still there or is on one of their employees finger. To much for me to bare. So I go to HEB, I’m so heartbroken

It’s Target, they’re like the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is that the supplies for this particular location sells out quickly. There are a lot of families that shop here, so finding clothes for toddlers is pretty competitive. If you see something here, grab it! Other than that they staff is super friendly and the store is clean.

Always good product. Surprisingly helpful staff that do their jobs without an attitude like some other places. Only knock is pricing is at the same level of premium stores on most products. Online ads help, but still.

Just left Target after an amazing experience. Chris and Katelyn went *beyond* above and beyond in their efforts to help me get perfect (and apparently discontinued) star for pur tree! They even gave my daughter a little treat on the out the door! Thanks to both of them for going completely out of their way to make a customer happy!

I purchased a last minute doll for Christmas not knowing my daughter already had the version I purchased. I was extremely nervous about shopping in store and making returns the day before Christmas.I placed an online order to replace the duplicate doll and within 2 hours it was ready for pick up!I waited all of 5 minutes to get my item in store AND she returned the duplicate doll with out hesitation!Thank you so much New Braunfels target!!!

Target feels more welcoming. Layout is organized and you dont have to walk long distances to get that forgotten item. The selections are awesome!

I love this store!! The staff is always helpful & they always have a great deal. I buy the majority of my house supplies from here. Also, their pharmacy is excellent!! So helpful in trying to get discounts & they care about you as a customer & patient getting your rx’s! Highly recommend coming here. They are really good!!!

Love Target. Store is always clean and the products they sell seem to be better quality. The selection of housewares, decor, and furniture are always trendy and beautiful. I always go to Target for these things first. I also love their fashion accessories & shoes.

The charges for ten containers of dog food rung up incorrectly. the dog food sign at the display said 10 containers for $8. However I was charged $.89 per dog food. I over paid by almost $1. The only reason I bought 10 was because of the sale price. I should not have to watch the price for every item I am buying. It is up to the store to make sure that all prices are correct.

First off, anyone who gives target less than 5 stars is just delusional! This place is the freaking best! I love that corporate stood up for LGBTQ rights and I love my local target! This is where I go when Im down and I always feel refreshed when I leave! Crystal at Check out is the sweetest and always makes my day! The pharmacists are super helpful (and straight up gorgeous)! And I can always find what I need (or just want)! Thanks for being one of the few chain stores that rises to the challenge!

BREASTFEEDING FRIENDLY!! I love shopping at this location. I no longer breastfeed, but they have such a caring staff that they have since set up an area for mothers to nurse. Love NB Target!

I love target!!! But the customer service at the NB target has gotten so bad. The past 3-4 times I’ve been there, I’ve waited 10+ minutes in the return line. They don’t acknowledge people in the customer service line. A manager walked up speaking with another employee, made eye contact, and continued to giggle and walk away.Another time I had a few items that did not have a receipt and the manager on duty at the time spoke to me in a very rude tone explaining their policies (which I’m very aware of their policies) and specifically said “Well ma’am you need to keep all receipts or we can’t do anything for you”. Seemed very insensitive like he didn’t have much time for it.Makes it hard to come back to this location because of the customer service.

They will do a price match so be sure and do a search to get the best price especially with the larger priced items

I dont know the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was working on one of the self checkout machines in the afternoon. He had a nice haircut and a long dark beard. My mother in law was having trouble figuring out the self checkout shop so we called him over at least half a dozen times, interrupting his work. He was so polite and helpful, and very quick to lend a hand. I was extremely impressed with his courteous attitude and willingness to stop what he was doing to help a customer. This is just another reason why I love shopping at target. Thank you so much beard guy for getting my poor stressed out mother in law out of there!

I am furious. I placed a drive up order over 3 hours ago and waited in the parking lot in the drive up lane for an hour and my order was never filled. When closing the manager ignored me when I honked asking about my order. It is 17 minutes past closing and Im still sitting here with no help and no order. If I would have known it wouldnt be filled like guaranteed I never would have ordered it. They happily processed my credit card but wouldnt fulfill my order. Go to the Forum if you want a drive up order, because they actually fill them. I will never order here again.
