I am out of state and was in need of same day delivery. Due to my work schedule it was afternoon before I was able to call in the order. They were able to not only accommodate but they also worked with me on design concept because I didnt see exactly what I wanted on the website. They were very polite, kind and professional. The recipient sent me pictures of the arrangement when she got it just a few hours after I ordered. The flowers were exactly what I wanted and they were fresh and beautiful.

Bella took my order, and she was so nice to me. She explained the process in how these flowers would be delivered to the Birthday person. I then received a call from a person who was there getting physical therapy when the flowers were delivered. She was so excited. She said when the flowers were brought in by the receptionist, everyone was just overjoyed and saying how beautiful they were. This is the only place I will get flowers from in the future. Thank you all very very much.

They found a way to get this funeral arrangement to the right site despite being a Sunday and having multiple cities involved. Other flower shops werent as resourceful as Tammy in making this happen. The arrangement was beautiful (per my daughter who was actually there) and was impressive.

Amazing customer service. As others have stated, they did call me immediately after ordering online and let me know something was out of stock, but they had immediate solutions and were extremely professional and courteous. Flowers were delivered the day I wanted them to and were as beautiful as advertised. Ive used them before this instance and Ill continue to use them as my flower delivery service.

I bought some beautiful handmade modern Adirondack chairs from Petals to Go recently! I live in Austin and drove over to New Braunfels immediately when I saw these chairs were available. I couldnt be happier with the craftsmanship and they fit our modern farmhouse style home perfectly.

My favorite shop to order from! In the past week Ive ordered 3 different flower arrangements for delivery & all of them have been beyond amazing! Not what was advertised. Clear vase, piled with 2 roses. The alstroemeria are wilted cant find larkspur. Just disappointed with this purchase for my wifes 40th birthday. Should of went to HEB and got more for less.

Petals To Go provided the best birthday gift for a family member. The created the Octoberfest party basket. It was full of the most delightful pairings of pretzels, dips and more highlighted with several of the local Octobers beers. The recipient loved it. If I could give them a zero, I would. I ordered a specific type of spray that needed to be ordered for a loved one’s funeral almost 2 weeks in advance. They ended up delivering flowers that I would not have payed for at all. I was also extremely disappointed and shocked at the unapologetic nature of the conversation I had to have 10min before the funeral. I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. Pitiful service! This man deserved better.

I am not from New Braunfels, many hours away. I explained to the florist/phone person, what I wanted. Sometimes a complex gesture can be hard to articulate, however I must say that the artist at Petals to Go, completely understood my vision, and exceded my hopes. To mix metaphors, florist at Petals, completely knocked it out of the ball park. I cant recommend this florist enough.

Very disappointed in Mothers day flowers I received received right before mothers day. Today Tuesday they are dying, looked diseased. I have kept them in AC, watered and out of sun. Sorry looking roses.

Really easy to say that the flowers are not fresh, but you are getting them at a discount. Bought beautiful flowers and asked specifically if they were fresh, and the lady said yes. Died 3 days later. This is the second time I dealt with them. Everything with them is real time. If you order flowers probably ok. But the place on the plaza is much better. Go there.

Called for a last minute New Braunfels Unicorn mum and they had it for me within an hour. Super friendly and the mum was beautiful!

Surprised to see so many bad reviews with the place. My first suggestion would be to go directly through them and not through a third party like 1800flowers. Ive never had much luck using companies like 1800flowers. My second suggestion would be to call them and speak to someone directly instead of ordering online. I called and spoke to someone (unfortunately I dont remember her name), but she was extremely helpful, went above and beyond what she had to, flowers were delivered the next day, and they were perfect.

Do not shop at this place for any type of flower arrangements! It will not look anything like what u order and they will not do anything about it but argue with you about it. Worst experience here and do not recommend.

Unethical. Unprofessional. Incompetent. A friend placed an order online to be delivered to me after my moms passing. I didnt even know about it until Petals to Go contacted me - so they had my name and phone number. The lady I spoke with asked for my address (which I gave and spelled out) and we set up a delivery time for late morning the next day. No one showed up by 1 the next day so I called. Person I spoke with knew nothing about it. Couldnt find anything. Asked to speak to manager. He found the flowers (had my moms name on them instead of mine) but they didnt know where to deliver them. I told him his business had contacted me the day before, so they had my name, number, and address. He said he had no information and - surprise - the person who took that info wasnt in today. So I guess they were going to toss the flowers and keep my friends money? And this manager - no apology. Just excuses. I wasnt here. It wasnt me. I didnt know about it. That person isnt here today. Use this business at your own risk.

Bought two large plastic displays...very nice. I wanted pink flowers for my moms grave...her favorite color, but they didnt have any or other light colors except white babys breath. Most of the staff was friendly and the lady who assisted me went out of her way.The shop had some nice wreaths and other decor with the standard pricey cost you see in most floral shops today. This shop is conveniently located on highway 46/walnut near loop 337. I gave them 5 stars because they provided the black rose for my sons urn and it has lasted 3 years.

Had an awful experience with Petals to go. 1) I ordered a bouquet of flowers 2 days before I wanted them delivered and they call me mid morning of the day saying they are out of those flowers but will still make it look like the picture but with different colors. Fine. But I get a picture of the flowers and it looks nothing like a professional bouquet much less like the picture I ordered. The lady didnt do much about it and it was terrible customer service. Way over priced and not professional....go somewhere else.

New Braunfels local. Went here same time last few years and purchased 30 roses for my wifes birthday. Went back this year and tried to purchase 31 they have doubled in prices. From 65 to 155. I asked them to match prices. They wouldnt. So they told me they fired the person that had done my flower transactions the last three or four years in a row. How convenient! Called local HEB and was shocked in price difference. $45 for 3 dozen.

After they lost my online order I called and placed my order over the phone. It was a very simple order; 3 roses with filler flowers, 2 pink and 1 red, wrapped up together. When I went in to pick it up they had 3 individually wrapped roses. They took it to the back to fix it and came back with two roses in two separate vases and the woman had a terribly rude attitude towards me when I told her that is not at all what I needed. They took it to the back again and finally came back with the correct order except it was thrown together and only wrapped in a white piece of tissue paper with a bow tied around that looked like my 5 year old could do. Besides the fact that it took so many tries to get it right, everyone except the lady at the register were incredibly rude and didn’t apologize once. I won’t be using them again
