Much, much better! I stopped bringing my boat here a few years back as the customer service was terrible. They appear to have new management in the service department. This year I came back to try again, Im glad I did. Boat went in for annual service, they got it out on time and everything is fixed. Much improved, thank you.

They have a lot of parts and friendly people they try to help you a lot and one or more guys speak Español... my boat has inboard mercruiser engine....

Terrible experience. Place was completely empty workers had no intention to help. Workers were too good for us. Never shop here. (My father waiting on the counter while worker is right there completely ignoring him)

Would never suggest anyone to bring their boat here to be worked on. Service manager will hide in a sales persons office while one of his reps acts like his mouth piece.

I have taken my boat here from the day I bought it for service and warranty issues. I had water in my fuel tank and I brought it to them being that I trusted them and the service. I bought the extra warranty and everything, I know I did not put the water in the tank, long story short they told me it got into the tank through the fuel cap vent from rain water and submitted the claim to warranty, this was after my boat was there for a month without being looked at because the ONE tech they had certified for fuel work was out. After they started the work the warranty department denied the claim and I got a phone call saying I was going to have to pay for the repairs they started without my approval. After going back and forth with the service manager I had enough. I paid the bill. These people have no idea what customer service is, nor do they understand what loyalty means. I will never buy another tracker product. There are multiple other boats out there and I would never recommend purchasing or using tracker marine ever again. Its to bad, I was really looking forward to my third boat purchase from them.

Honest, trustworthy and will fix it right. I took my boat here and was quoted $500 less than another local boat repair place and they did a great job. Roland and his mechanics had a to repair a blown head gasket and got it running like new. Thanks guys!

I had GREAT SERVICE! I purchased a new Boat and was conversing with two different people on the pickup date. Well One was my Salesman James by email and the other was Teresa by phone. By mistake I Was told to be there Friday 11am by one person and 9am Saturday by the other. So in all, I showed up a whole day early. Anyway! once I got there on Friday to pickup the boat that want ready. Everyone there jumped on it and got me out the door in less than 2 hours. Mind you they were not expecting me till the next day.On top of all that I did not bring the correct wire plug adapter & my ball needed to to higher so they switched the trailers connector to match my cars. And flipped the ball on the hitch to get the clearance needed to take the boat! So I would have to say they ALL went above and beyond to take care of me. And after all that I Was so excited to put the boat in the water I forgot my paperwork and most of all to THANK THEM ALL for taking care of me. Which I will be doing tomorrow when I call to see if anyone turned in my paperwork. So I end with a THANK YOU Tracker boat team in New Braunfels!

Pretty sure these guys are forced to sell kayaks against their will...I see that most the other reviews are positive...guess Im that guy in this situation. After my brief experience with these guys Ill drive 3hrs one-way and buy a kayak before I buy one from these folks.Been doing some fairly extensive research online regarding kayaks. That led me to the Ascend kayak series...turns out, I have a dealer 3mi from my house. Why not go see them in person?Walk-in to the the showroom and the only kayaks I see are above arms reach perched on the indoor constructed office ceiling. Marked with information tags of course. Presumably the same info from the website. Wanted to speak with a rep to get some more pertinent information about the kayaks...since no one approached me, I went over to the parts counter where I was then asked if I could be helped. I asked if there were some kayaks at ground-level that I could look at and get a feel for. Nope. That was all they had, and I guess they stay up there.The buttoned-up, white shirt gentleman was the one who asked, and thats when I said Id like to know some more details between two of their very similar kayaks. I was told the information should listed on the cards hanging from them. He was nice enough to walk over to them and point out the cards and read a line off of there...Yea, this one here is a 12 foot. All the info should be listed.I said thank you...and walked out of the door.

Maintenance is bad and the customer service is worse. Ive taken my boat here for annual service for the last three years. Each time I take it in I give them a list of warranty items I want fixed and ask them to do the annual service on the motor. The first year they were awful, slow, no communication and didnt seem interested in fixing my boat. I complained and the service manager called, we worked it out and so I came back. Last year I took the boat in with a problem with my tachometer. They said they fixed it, put the boat in the water and it was still broke. This year I drop the boat off and they said about two weeks. I waited two week and gave them a call to see how it was going. We had a bad connection on the phone and I had to call back. When they answered this time the guy said Like I just told you, its going to be three weeks from today before they get to it Then he hung up on me. Bye bye Tracker Boat Center, Ill be giving my money to someone else. Not the first time Ive had trouble with them but it will be the last.

Overall customer experience with the counter was completely unprofessional. Called for some information and was basically hung up on by the same person that cashed me out when I went to the store. Employee started arguing with his coworker and kicked a box in front of us. He seemed extremely agitated about everything. Manager was extremely polite.

After 6 months of research and seeing boat companies come and go I decided to purchase from Tracker Boating. I was treated like family from day 1. Im super picky and ask a ton of questions. I was actually offered a fair price on my trade in. The service center is exactly what they tell you. If they say it will be ready then its ready. When I brought the boat in to have a few extras added, the salesman came back to the service area just to check on me and the boat.I bought my original boat from another dealer now out of business. If you want a team that will treat you like family and continue to be there 10 years from now, choose Tracker Boat Center.

Dont take your boat here. I took my boat in last year for an estimate. I told them I didnt want to do the work and picked up my boat. When I got it home I discovered they had not put everything back together. When I took it to another shop this year they found the fuel pump missing. The New Braunfels Tracker boat center stole an almost $600 part. It you got a Mercury fuel pump from them in the last year better check to make sure you didnt get a used part.

Great staff helped alot. Bought a 20 foot pontoon and they were very helpful and a lot faster than bass pro. 3 days for the boat here bass pro quoted 2-3 weeks.
