Great service. Great water. Great prices. Alkaline water when compared to tap or even bottled water is by far more refreshing and cleaner tasting. We have been visiting this location two years and have not been dissatisfied

This is a great place to buy ice for your chest. The machines take cash and cards. The ice dispenses in a bag. The prices are much better than other places.

This place was awesome when Chuck and Laura ran it. Theyre great people and they earned a lot of the 4.5 review this location has. However, the new owners are not the same people. The husband is nice, the woman is not. She called corporate on me saying that my membership was invalid, etc and they verified my account, but it was under my ex gfs name so she refused to let me use the discount. So, after paying Dream Tree for a new acct number, she again called to verify that I deserved the discount, which they confirmed. Lots of passive-aggressive and rude service later, she had the audacity to tell me recently that they are no longer affiliated with the corporation and my discount/membership is useless. After watching her for years now, I cant say Id trust her to do the right thing without any accountability from corporate. I know a lot of people who have interacted with this woman, and the consensus is not good. FYI, this location is 5 blocks from my house but there is a legit location in San Marcos that now gets my business.

It’s only alkaline water and the price is good but the woman owner is rude, greedy and ruins the experience. Her husband is very nice and if you go when he is there you will love the place. I had a few drops spill, less than an 8th of a tsp if that, and she was instantly at my side complaining. I am partially deaf and didn’t realize at first and certainly didn’t expect her exaggerated reaction. I eventually handed her a dollar and told her it should cover any potential spills for a year. I regret to say while most people would realize from this that they are in the wrong, she is not “most people”. She now has a sign up that spills may be charged an extra fee. The gall of this woman is amazing. She doesn’t understand how customer service works. Drops are nothing, if I had run water down the sink with no plan to catch it in a container it might be understandable but I doubt my drops could fill a thimble. I refuse to enter when she is there. Her husband is the only reason we still go there but I plan to stop once we buy our own filter.

Unreliable. I have tried to buy water here and randomly they’ll be closed without notice. For instance Today they were closed until 12 PM. Their hours of operation vary to much for me to ever come back again. I will gladly go to the Canyon Lake location. Or even the Schertz location.

I get all my high ph alkaline drinking water here. Awesome

I found this store when the water machine at HEB around the corner was shut down. Im really glad I did, because alkaline antioxidant water is great! Love Chuck and Laura, they are really helpful and showed me the difference between electric and natural alkaline water.I love The Water Tree!!!!

I was really happy to see this store in our town. If you dont know much about alkaline water and health, they will help. They were very nice and gave me a lot of information to read up on. I go back every week to fill up my water jugs.

Love the alkaline water.... Unfortunately this specific water tree is not reliable to be open during set business hours. Four times Ive showed up on regular days (not a holiday or any other special occasion) and the store will be closed without notice. After already being closed multiple days for the holiday season, again today I show up to an empty store. Simply not reliable. Now I have to go pay much more for less water at a store which is what I try to avoid entirely (trying not to purchase plastics). Might not return and try to find a different source of alkaline water. I dont love going out of my way for no reason at all.

A friend told me about this water, and a few months ago I started drinking it. Love it! I drive 30+ minutes to get it a couple of times a week. Recently I signed up as a member and now I get my water and products for wholesale! Someday Im going to open up one of these stores!!!!

Excellent sales pitch.Chuck simply showed me the principles of alkaline water and showed me the research .I bought the home system that came with a 250.00 shower filter for chlorine all for 600.00.Great deal and great people ! (chuck and Jerry)

Literally the most unreliable business Ive ever been to. There other location is always closed or closed before their stated close time. I went earlier and they had a kid stick a note on the door that says they dont open until 11 when theyre supposed to be open at 10. Get it together!

I have been drinking this healing water for a year now, I am fighting autoimmune deficiency and multiple myeloma which os a blood/bone cancer, I stay alkaline which is one of the vital keys to healing.

Cant get my water jug filled without the lady in the back practically sprinting to the fill station to see if I spilled any water. Im not a baby. And then they have the audacity to post a sign saying that any spills will result in 1 to 3 dollar fee. Last time I come here.

Closed early for no reason. Came by 5:15pm and supposed to be open till 6. Went out of my way to get water and were closed.
