I also had my car inspected. I needed to change my turn signal bulb before the inspection so they changed it for me. I was in and out in twenty minutes for two services. Friendly, helpful and efficient employees.

The lady that was working here 3/19/21 was fantastic. They never had me second guessing or unsure of them. As soon as i got there, I was greeted. They were able to make recommendations as i knew nothing lmao. I had an oil change and my antifreeze topped off around only 20 minutes. So pleased with my service and the service I saw them giving others. It was such an informative, relaxed working place. I will definitely go back && refer everyone over to them.

Definitely not the most competent lube techs. They couldnt figure out how to access a simple cabin filter, and for my next service due mileage, they went off my trip miles and not the actual vehicle mileage. I was better off doing it myself. Lesson learned.

I always go to jiffy lube for my oil change but I was very impressed with the gentlemans professionalism how courteous he was I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me air filters he just showed them to me let me decide for myself. He showed me my brake fluid acidity and explain that it probably needs to be changed soon so my brakes dont start eroding Ive never had that done before so I was very impressed.

Went in to see about getting an inspection and oil change. The woman in the front was very rude and just couldnt be bothered, so I left and went right next door to 4J. Couldnt be happier with my decision.

I stopped in today for an oil change and tire rotation. The team working were very respectful and pleasant to be around. The service was quick and priced fairly. I will be a returning customer!

Was in the search for a state inspection and no wait time. Tuesday 7:50am I call while I’m driving north on 35 and they were able to take me immediately in. The driveway / parking needs some work the asphalt has potholes throughout which if you’re driving a low riding car you should be aware of. Waiting area had a unisex restroom, Keurig coffee maker, and distilled coke water cooler. Total time in and out for my inspection 15 minutes. Happy Camper thank you Veronica!

VERY PROMPT SERVICE. MANAGER JEFF GOT OUR OIL CHANGED AND STATE INSPECTION DONE VERY QUICKLY.

Extremely poor customer service! Went in for an oil change & inspection, the manager recommended we rotate tires.. After agreeing & paying the bill upon completion of services everything seemed normal. Two months later after going to tire vendor for another rotation we were informed there was a stripped lug nut & recommended to return to jiffy lube to have them address the stripped stud & lug nut. Without hesitation the same manager smugly stated “jiffy lube would not be fixing the stripped lug nut & stud because there was no way to prove it”.

Always so great, I have never left here feeling cheated or unsure about anything. Definitely one of those things in life I dont mind doing (even though I do wait a super long time in between oil changes... and I cant even blame covid - thats all my own procrastination.)

Ive been taking my car here since I moved to the area, thats at least 5 years. The staff are always friendly, and never pushy. They are very knowledgeable and quick! I always get in an out quickly and feel good about putting my car in their hands. They give me suggestions on what may need maintenance eventually but never try to push me into anything unnecessary. I recommend this location to anyone in the area.

30+ min wait for just an inspection already had one done but they put the wrong vin so i had to do it all over again. Horrible customer service not very professional.

I was lead to believe the oil change was $39.95. After they changed my oil - i was given a bill for $110!!!!They said it was because i needed synthetic oil and they forgot to discuss prices first. But, that there wasnt anything they could do.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Went for an oil change about hr before closing. One employee already seemed frustrated that they had been so busy. So he was grunting and complaining loud enough to let all of us customers know he was ready to get off. Left soon after with the only issue being that they didnt fill the tires as the receipt said they did. I blew it off, really no biggie. I wake up the following morning for some random reason and look under my vehicle. THEY NEVER EVEN CHANGED OIL FILTER!!! I immediately went back (to a whole different crew) and spoke with a manager. He quickly took responsibility for what didnt happen and got everything taken care of with zero issue. Ive heard of these scams happening in businesses like these but never thought I would come across it. Just beware. Not sure this is common practice at this location but I would bet it happens a lot. Now Ive have to be that A-hole who watches from outside to ensure the work is getting done.

Ive had 2 vehicles there for inspections recently. Graciela helped us both times and she was outstanding. Very professional, thorough and extremely efficient. I was in and out in no time and we were very impressed. Great customer service!

Jiffy Lube definitely out did my Dealership and other fast oil change businesses I have used in the past. I was impressed that they actually pulled up my car on their computer to check information published by the manufacture. Helpful, money saving tips for maximum best maintenance were covered in an understandable, laymans terms way. Suggestions for current and future maintenance ideas were appreciated.

This is the only place I come to for my oil change. They are incredibly quick, but do an amazing job! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, and I know nothing about cars, but they have NEVER tried to take advantage of that, unlike many other places Ive been. I really do trust them completely with my vehicle and really dont mind having to go change my oil, unlike before when it was like pulling teeth for me! I would recommend to anyone! :)

Excellent experience everytime we go!

The guy was nice and told me where to park my car. I needed a state inspection, however, I then waited for 25 minutes with nobody even talking to me. I drove next door and was done in LESS THAN 10 minutes. They even had three cars in the bay next door and took care of me right away. Jiffy, you could learn a little lesson from 4J right here....just sayin....

Wow the lady here was super rude! I politely asked one question and she walked away from me as I was asking another. I called the 4J Car Care next door and they were super sweet and took care of me right away. I wouldn’t mind waiting. Maybe she was having a bad day but that was awful, never going back here. What a terrible experience and a terrible lady.

WILL NOT ever go back to this location again. I had a oil and fuel filter change today. Was told on phone since I was supplying oil and all filters because it was a diesel that I would only be charged $44.95 for regular service and a little extra for labor for fuel filters. When they were done, it cost me $123.00 . $83.00 for changing 2 fuel filters, whole service took less than 30 minutes. I was told over phone it was going to be 1/2 of that price. And then when questioned about it, was told at least it didnt cost me same as dealership would charge. I told them at dealership, I wouldnt be supplying all materials either!!!!

Great service

The service on my car was excellent. However, the experience was overshadowed by whatever in the wall was creating a significant puddle in the waiting room. I at one point asked for a mop and another customer put out the yellow sign to be careful on the wet floor.

I juts Went there for a quick inspection since I was told this was the “best“ place to go to since they don’t keep you there no longer than 10 minutes. I Was there for almost an hour ! Arrived exactly at 11:45 and it was already 12:57. I asked how long it was going to be and they told me another 15 more minutes . Seriously ?! How long does it take just to do a simple 5 min inspection! I’m no expert, but I know it doesn’t take that dam long ! And for it not to even be crowded with anyone . Come on Get it together!

I usually can’t STAND having to get anything done on my car. It’s usually a horrendous atmosphere and very long wait! THIS was different though. I drove up, got out, sat down for 10 minutes and was literally done! The customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! Kuddos to the entire staff for providing an amazing customer service experience!!

The only place I’ll get my oil changed. They are quick and efficient and have a comfortable & clean waiting room. They treat me well and send frequent coupons.

I get my oil changed here every 3 to 4 months. I really like their full synthetic oil as its really helped me extend my engine life and I get more mileage between oil changes . The staff is friendly and the waiting area has nice comfy chairs and there is a Keurig for coffee . Will definitely be back.

Stoped in without appointment and was in a d out in 45 minutes AND there was a car ahead of me. This team was on point and worked very efficiently together. A++++.

I know that there are some negative reviews, but I had a great experience! I had trouble finding a place that did out of state inspections...I had tried multiple places and they were all out of the form needed and when they told me to come back, they STILL didnt have the form. I decided to try this place. Though it took a little longer then what was quoted, the gentleman helping me was very professional, efficient, and nice! Everyone in the waiting room was commenting on the cleanliness of the shop and on how thorough they were being. It was also a good price!I think the reviews about people standing around is because it appears you have different guys for different jobs. I have no idea, but on their certification wall there was a certain amount of oil technicians, safety inspectors, etc. If you are getting a safety inspection the oil changing guy isnt going to do it. I could be wrong but that was my impression.I had a great experience and I am very careful with my car and who I leave it with. So far, they have been great to me.

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The representative that met me was very friendly and the oil change crew was very efficient. I have been to other places in new Braunfels and have not been treated near as good. They also cleaned my windows and vacuumed the truck out. Everything was great and I encourage you to give them a shot

This place sucks completely with the new staff. They will rip you off where they can. They always find worn wipers or dark bulbs in the hope you buy their overpriced stuff. The inspection lady there is extremely unfriendly and tells you better go to another place. We brought them many cars for inspection because we own a dealership. And she is ok with losing repeating customers. Since Ernesto is gone this place is not even worth considering. Avoid them for state inspection. Avoid them if you dont have hours of time for the 7 Dollar inspection. Because 3 people work on one car at the same time. One is working and the other two are watching the work instead of serving other customers. They act like morons. They are highly unorganized and unfriendly. They forgot customer is the word for their next paycheck. We are done with them and we will inform their corporate about their stupid behavior and how ineffective they work there. And of course we go to another state inspection in town as suggested by the unfriendly inspection lady.
