They lied about inventories, no called and no showed on delivery day, and offered zero solutions for them dropping the ball. They set our roof project back by weeks. Do not give these folks your money, even the other southern shingle branches acknowledged it’s a mess.
Poor communication by staff, they lie about inventories and availability and frequently leave customers high and dry. In today’s roofing market, these guys are bottom of the barrel, don’t waste your time or money on this branch.
Extremely poor customer service and communication on part of sales staff. Noah the manager could not of cared less about fixing their issue, zero accountability.
