Travis was very friendly and easy to work with. He came to our house with samples and really helped us both understand the process and benefits of different flooring types. We ended up going with a vinyl plank for two rooms that looks like wood AND its more durable. We also went with the baseboard upgrade, which looks really good as well. The contractors were able to come earlier than expected and finished in about a day and a half. Overall, we have been very impressed with the communication and final product.

Let me start by saying that I bought an entire house of flooring from this company. Im a week into the installation and the only good thing that I can say is that it is quality work so far. I regret my decision because they do NOT do what they say they will do. My best guess is that they are very inexperienced at doing such a large job with people that actually live in the home. The first couple days we were left with no kitchen and no living room at the same time so we couldnt cook, eat or even sit. We called the manager and he still hasnt called back. But I couldnt expect much else since they only worked a few hours on those days. Day 3 and 4, they worked 8 hours and had several people show up to work. As they directed me which room they would be working, Ive been boxing up our belongings and moving them from room to room. End of day 4, I was told they would demo my daughters room the next day. I spent hours boxing up her room only to discover it was for nothing and shed be without her things for the entire weekend. They didnt touch her room. The entire experience has been much more inconvenient than I expected. And I expected inconvenience. All I wanted was for them to do what they say they will do. This place may be good for small jobs but if youre doing your whole house and you live in it, go elsewhere. Update: the final product left a lot to be desired. The trim is uneven, the stairs are crooked and they couldnt even clean up after themselves. When asked about my door stops they had no idea where they were or what happened to them so now i have to buy more and install myself. They left cigarette butts in my yard and couldnt even clean up after themselves in the last day. And i got nothing but accused of having buyers remorse. That was not at all true. I just wanted them done, done right and clean. They couldnt do that.

Floor Coverings International did an excellent job of re-carpeting our entire office and installing tile floors in our break rooms. Travis and his team are extremely attentive and care about exceeding the customers expectations. These type of large projects can be extremely stressful but thanks to Travis and his team, we were able to do so with minimal disruption to our employees and our business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet or tile work. Kudos!

We installed vinyl plank flooring in our home and couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. The quality of the product is great and the customer service was top notch. We were a little concerned during the process with the amount of dust from busting out our ceramic tile flooring, but Travis was great about getting our concern handled in a timely fashion. From the moment Alex Alfaro pulled into the driveway with his expansive selection of flooring, we were comfortable with Floor Coverings International. Normally, when my husband and I consider a home improvement project, I JUST DREAD THE WHOLE PROCESS! Get several bids, compare the different brands and quality each company uses. Research. Argue. Wait. Change our minds several times. DID IT DIFFERENTLY THIS TIME.We chose this company to redo the flooring and walk in closet in a bedroom EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT GET ANY OTHER BIDS. Why? We had a budget in mind, we had the flooring style in mind and we knew when we wanted to get started. CHECK -- Alex called the owner, the pencil was sharpened, budget was met. After looking at several options and going through several vendors, it was Travis that seemed to be the most knowledgeable and the most professional of the floor installers we had to choose from. His team came in and did a great job removing our downstairs carpet and making sure all our furniture was moved effectively. The floors look amazing and it feels like a brand new house. We are very happy we went with this floor installer.

Great place of business. Mr. Travis Winn and everyone at FCI strive to do the best they can do! They will treat you like family and make sure that everything is up to par. I can attest to this, for as I am learning this trade he has told me to “treat their home as if it were your home.” Personally, I know I want the BEST work on my home.Also, Mr. Winn will make sure his crews do a great job as he is a willing helpful hand and he treats everyone with respect, honesty and integrity!

The project started out great. We were have new tile placed in our bathrooms. We bought our own tile and grout and the contractor did a pretty good job of cutting, laying the time, grouting and the new base boards. Where things went of track was finishing up the small, but important detail. The contractor removed our molding that was already in place, even though we didnt request that. We needed the the grout around the toilet, the toilet bolt caps, the new molding and the quarter rounds back in place. This is where these small things became way too complicated. The contractor said he would be back in a couple of days; that didnt happen. More conversations occurred to try to finish-up these small details and still no results. Again, started out great, but a rocky finish

Before they started the job, I couldn’t imagine how they would be able to correct all the flaws on the floor. The different crews that came out were so polite and friendly. They all worked so well together and did an amazing job!We are impressed at how beautiful it turned out. Thank you and God Bless!

This company has tons of samples to choose from. They really go out of their way to make sure what you select is exactly what you envision. The sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable, they focus on quality and customer service. Ive been around since this company opened and they hire me whenever they have a project that gets a little dusty. Although they do their best to eliminate any dust, sometimes its just inevitable. Travis, the owner, is super reasonable, professional and honest. If your looking for a company that will have your best interest in mind and will get the job done, this ones it.

Travis and his team were exceptional throughout the entire renovation process. We were first time home buyers so a renovation was a daunting task. I was particularly impressed with their communication with me. Any little question we had was answered expediently. Oh and the floors and new kitchen cabinet colors looked amazing too! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Paul is awesome! I knew I wanted tile with a high gloss finish, but he came with so much knowledge that he completely changed my opinion for the better. 5 stars to him and 5 start for Travis who sent someone out in a days notice as I had a tight timeframe to get this done. The start off was rocky and not looking good, it stayed that way until the last day.While there are some areas that are needing repair, for the most part.. considering the two main workers were barely 20yrs old, they did a good job. I was impressed by the two teenagers work ethic, and ability to do the work with little to no supervision. The areas that need repair are minor, and not visible unless the stove is moved or baseboards removed. We had to do the clear caulking ourselves, for the water seal.The Senior contractor, Jaime, showe that he is able to produce great work, but it is the time management from above that is doing them an injustice. The Senior Guy is spread to thin, causing corner to be cut, which is a shame, because like I said, he knows that job and the two guys under him, they are quick learners.It’s unfortunate, because Jaime is the one left holding the bag, when a customer has to be moved to a different time slot. All because of poor time management from above

They did an excellent job on installing new tile and patching some dings in our old tile. Everyone was nice and professional and their price was one of the more reasonable ones. I would highly recommend them.
